I have shopped at Bi-Mart my whole life. So when I started shopping on my own as an adult I naturally liked to shop at Bi-Mart. But I have never been so rudely treated at any store, than I was today at this location. I am very disappointed to say the least with the customer service of the employee who rang up my items this morning! I come in to shop for a very specific item that can not be found at other stores except for online and after recently moving to the area with this location being the only one in town and the very first time I have ever shopped in this location, I am a bit flabbergasted to be treated as I was. And I feel like I was very much was being profiled by the employee. I will happily take the extra mileage to go to a different location from now on!!! No one should be treated that way!

Honestly, this place needs some work. They either need to get rid of their membership or make it so it needs to be renewed. I am in support of my local bimart. But it never fails, I buy something and it breaks or doesn’t work. The employees are amazing second to none and their loyal from what I can see. Maybe I should call the board. Lol. I really want them to succeed. But the basics.

So glad we have a Bi-Mart near where we live, we get all sorts of convenient items there. Staff are mostly really friendly, only complaint is that they recently shut down their pharmacy services and they were so close and convenient. We will miss those workers!

Bimart is awesome! We are a small town, and the wide range of products is targeted to our area. I can almost always find what I am looking for there without having to make at trip to a larger town. And the prices are great!

This is a great place to go shop for general goods or if you are on the road. The layout of the store is nice and easy to navigate and understand. The crew here is always kind and helpful to their customers.With Covid-19 they have been disinfecting between customers, there is tape to mark distancing on the ground for checking out, face masks are required. Restrooms are still open for public use.

This is really a great locally run business that has been part of the Eugene Springfield scene and elsewhere in Oregon for a very long time. Bi-Mart is definitely worth looking at when browsing around for things you want to buy. There has been a few times when I have gone in there and the prices were even cheaper than Amazon for the exact same product!

Bi-mart is an awesome old fashioned department store. Great prices, good selection of all the basics and excellent customer service. It's an employee owned corporation. I've gotten to know some of the people because many have worked there for as long as I have been shopping at Bi-mart. That's been 28 years now. I also appreciate that the vary rarely move everything around all the time. You can walk in the door and actually find what you came there to get.

I love Bi-Mart! I always joke that if you can't find it at Bi-Mart, you probably don't need it! Unless it's fresh fruit or meat, I always check Bi-Mart first, because they have the best prices. And the staff at the Creswell location, where I shop at a regular basis, is wonderful across the board. Thank you for being a part of my community!

I am not able to go inside to shop. I am so thankful that I can call ahead a place an order and a person who works there shops for what I need and I let them know what time I need to pick it up. They come out and get my card and take it in and run my card and loads my things into my car and I am safe. Rob helped me the last time. Thank you

I LOVE this Bi Mart. They have an incredible buyer because their selection is amazing. The pharmacy is top notch and the staff in the entire store is bar none the best. I highly recommend it to anyone needing to find a great place to shop for a variety of items.

Consistently the best service I have received at any pharmacy in Lane County. They are fast, accurate, knowledgeable, and friendly. The pharmacy is well organized, which keeps lines moving quickly. Short lines, fast refill turn-arounds, an easy to use phone system, pharmacists who watch the details....what more could anyone ask for?

BiMart has certain items at prices that can't be beat anywhere.I'll always remember them conducting business in the dark with calculators in March of 2019 after a blizzard left everyone without power for days. Great people willing to help their neighbors.

Nice clean store, friendly, helpful people.I was glad when Bi-Mart opened in Creswell. Finally, a place to pick up a few staple items and not be dependent on Ray's Grocery and their unfair prices. My only problem with Bi-Mart is that a year or so after they opened, they began raising their basic prices. They're not really economical anymore, still better than Ray's, but so is the Dairy Mart...So, rather go to Bi-Mart than Rays, but that's not saying much...

Discriminate against disabled people for hire.Manager is pretenses, very judgemental likes total control and talks about other employees , causes division. Gossiping is not very professional. Not a good place...
