The girl that works the night/early morning shift on Mondays and Tuesdays has the worst attitude and horrible customer service. This isn't just 1 time I have dealt with her I usually fuel up every Monday or Tuesday around 5am and she actually turns my mood upside down with how rude and nasty she is. You can tell she doesn not want to be there as she will stand inside the store and watch to see if you are going to pump your own gas (this is in the fuel isles where it is not self serve). I have complained to Brad already and I am unsure if he has spoken to her yet but I just dealt with her this morning 11.21.2023 @ 5:15am and same thing, stood in store for almost 2 min after we pulled up and then didn't say one word. Out of all the employees at this store I have only ever encountered 2 rude and incompetent employees with absolutely no customer service. I will continue to say something until this issue is resolved...

Got here at 945pm and was told that I had to wait to make any purchases until 10pm because of shift change. I've worked many retail jobs and service jobs and have never turned away customers because of shift change. The clerk stood outside smoking a cigarette for 10minutes. I decided to go to a different convince store because of this. What kind of place runs successfully this way?! Really? Hope the management knows what's going on here.

The shopper keeper is quiet, but polite. Not warm food at night. Restroom is not too clean and is not having tissues.

Customer service is fine, just concerned that customers are being told to leave at 930 for a “shift change” and they will sell again at 10:10. This doesn’t seem to me to be a company rule but an employee taking advantage of a system for their own conscience. I manage 2 stores and if I found out about this I would be letting people go, 40 minuets of no customers is lost money and bad rep.

Terrible service. All gas attendants are short and give dirty looks to customers. Also one cash attendant cashed me out on a 100 dollar bill and gave me my change was giving me snotty rude eyes the entire time and she has continued to disrepect me everytime I come in there, but she also gave me a fake $20 dollar bill and refused to give me my money back. Something needs to be done everyone thier is rude and treats people off the wall I was shocked.

Staff are rude and lazy. More than likely that's a refection of management. Also, fuel is cheaper at 76 and they don't make you walk into the store to when paying cash.

My daughter and I walk here almost every day after discovering the AmPm app! Every scan gets you more goodies. The more you spend. The more you get. She saves up to buy her icees here and she loves it. The employees are always great and patient with her wanting to count out her own money. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We love it here.

I just wanted a hot dog and a drink I was told we're doing a shift change. It would be 30 minutes before they could sell anything. This is not the first time or second not even the same time at night 9:00 - 10:00 p.m. don't even waist your time stopping. Simple fix leave a set of pumps open and one register open then switch.

Fairly priced fuel and I've never had a problem with it. The staff is always super friendly and the establishment is clean. I enjoy their fresh cookies, snacks are fairly priced and so is pretty much everything else. Stop for fuel or snacks.

The employees at this AM/PM excell at offering their customers some of the worst service imaginable. IE not rsponding to start fueling, not removing the nozel when the fuel tank is filled, unable to keep the flow of cars moving through without creating a rush hour traffic jam in a 50 foot square area.Their lack of customer service skills are exceeded only by their apathy towards their work and appearance.I like the cheap gas and fuel up here exclusivley, but no more. Enough is enough.

My husband and I stop here all the time. We've always been treated well, staff is great, store is clean, bathroom hasn't always been the best, but considering how busy it gets I understand why.
