Went for our first visit today and I was so impressed. Salon was very clean and puppy friendly (my dog will eat almost anything on the floor) The shop has a large open entrance with a couple dogs toys which my pup picked up one she liked and the groomer used the toy to lead her back to the grooming tables while I snuck out the front door. The staff were very personable, easy to chat with, and offered plenty of options/ideas. They also cleaned up between her toes and cleaned her ears which was awesome.

We have been using wizard of paws since they opened.Initially we were very happy with the service and the customer service.Recently however it has degraded significantly.Last time I called for an appointment they never returned my call so I finally called them again.The person who answered could not find our account but did finally set up an appointment.Then we received a call letting us know that the appointment they set up was not available and it would be six weeks before they could schedule us.Since at this point it had been 6 weeks since I had first called for an appointment we have decided to find another dog groomer.We are sad be giving a bad review as we really like the people but felt very shined on and considering we had been using them since they opened , very surprised by the lack of consideration.

I have been bringing my cat, Fiona in for a little over a year to get her toe bean nails trimmed and sometimes a sanitary shave. Every single time, she treats Fiona so well and is quick and efficient and gives her lots of loves and attention. I always feel secure in knowing Fiona is in good hands and I highly recommend.

What a great place to have your dog groomed! Each dog gets their own appointment and the rates are reasonable. The owner is not only skilled, but genuinely caring, about each dog and each person. Conveniently located, with plenty of parking, and in a plaza where you can take care of other things while your dog is in their appointment. Best dog grooming business I have used! My dog always looks great after her appointment!

Nice little pet salon. Seemed very reasonable on price points, they were extremely professional and genuinely care about the animals. They were great with my small senior dog and handled my other dog perfectly, and he has special needs lolHighly recommend!
