I walk in and there is a young woman working here who is helping a woman in a wheelchair. She was very nice, professional, and easy going. Give this person a raise. She is too cool. My nephew is on some kind of Prime Drink / Beast(?) Chocolate Bar kick. I do not know. This store did not have what he was looking for. Wal-Marts are moving their groceries up front. Doing their part in the Grocery Chain Lack-of-Competitive-Pricing Notwars.

Signed up as a Spark delivery driver to make money as a gig worker delivering Walmart orders. Was initially disappointed with the lack of offers made to me after going through their months long approval process. The app continually sends you shopping orders, which send you walking back and forth across the entire store hunting for each item as they are often not located where the app says they should be. After spending three hours inside the store shopping, its extremely confusing how to check out, because the items have already been paid for. The amount of pay you receive for all the time spent picking, checking out, driving to the destination, and delivering the items doesn't even pay for your gas, let alone reimburse you for your time. I even called the driver support number to ask why so few offers were coming through. They told me that new drivers are not given many offers, while drivers who have been with Spark longer get the lion's share of good offers. So I stopped doing the Spark deliveries for several months. I continued to receive the incentive notifications during that time, and decided to give it a shot again this last week of 2023. Wednesday, I was offered one non-shopping trip, and made $8.00 for 4 hours worth of waiting. Thursday, I completed two offered non-shopping trips, and made a total of $26.66 for 3 hours of waiting, Friday, spent 4 hours again and made 1 run with 3 stops. I did make $60.00, but $40.00 of it was from one tip. Without that tip, I would have made a measly $20.00. Saturday (today), I made $0.00 waiting for 2 hours, and no non-shopping offers. Several others made repeated pickups during the same time today. I tried calling driver support, and they will no longer discuss the lack of offers with people. The phone server just hangs up on you. The Spark app teases you with all those incentive offers of bonues, etc, but then refuses to offer trips to help you achieve those goals. So to sum this up, I spent 13 hours in four days waiting for non-shopping offers, and made $99.00 for my effort. So my hourly rate of return was $7.62 per hour (-$4.54 per hour leaving out the $40 tip I received). Hardly worth my gas, time or effort to work this. I recommend not wasting your time or gas with this app. There are other more lucrative gig opportunities out there for you to focus on.

While on a trip, our granddaughter developed a case of strep throat. After being seen at a nearby Urgent Care center, we had the prescription sent to the Walmart pharmacy. This was the first time I visited this Walmart. It is a smaller store than others I have been to. And, it was fairly busy. When I got to the pharmacy, there was no one in line and I was helped right away. There were a few hiccups in the procedure (we were from another state, the associate wasn't completely familiar with the process, and Walmart didn't have the type of medicine the doctor prescribed) However, within the hour, all was sorted with the help of the associate and the pharmacist. They both did a great job.

This Walmart now requires you have Walmart+ to use self checkout.No, it's not just to regulate traffic, there was literally no one in self checkout and a lady preventing anyone from using it.

A quick trip for things you can't find locally. The service desk is quite helpful.I do hesitate to ask staff for locations of items,as most of them have quite a long list of tasks that they need to get done during their shift.Prices are reasonable. The store is clean, produce fresh, a large variety of lunch meats and other lunch must-haves. Large dairy section.Clothes aren't the best quality but serviceable.

Self checkout is not user friendly. I don’t enjoy shopping and then doing someone else’s job while they stand there and watch me bag up my own groceries. Oh wait… they don’t have any bags unless you remember to grab them before checking out.Merchandise locked up have to hunt down an associate to get help.It is frustrating and Walmart is coming to its end I think.

My sister lives in this lovely little town just off the I-5 and I am always amazed at how much nicer, cleaner, friendlier this store is compared to my hometown Walmart.

I was in for a vaccination yesterday afternoon and had to wait a bit. The pharmacy was so busy. I was very impressed by the pharmacist who was literally running the entire time trying to keep up with consultations and vaccine appointments. She was kind, cheerful and efficient. Please take a note Walmart: your pharmacist is truly exceptional and should have additional help if expected to run a vaccine clinic along with regular duties.

No cell service ever inside on Verizon anyhow. No complaints, cept for customers that sit in the middle of an isle and are oblivious to anyone else trying to get past them. Usually and older Lady and never fails to happen. Def a regular shopping stop for me though :)

THIS IS THE WORST WALMART IN THE COUNTRY. I had been driving for days to get home for thanksgiving, and I stopped at this Walmart to get a few things. First, NO CELL SERVICE. Not necessarily Walmart's fault, but a huge inconvenience and more than enough reason to never return. Anyways, I walk into the store. Mind you this is the day before thanksgiving, and they had all the Black Friday stuff out with silly littles signs "not fore sale until Friday the 25th" I had no intent on actually buying it. but I picked up a box simply to read the product information, is was some electronic gizmo. Some CRAZY associate walks up, YANKS the box from my hands, and snapped at me that the item wasn't on sale yet. Shame on this rude, incompetent employee. I say that I was just reading about the product, they said "its doesn't matter, its not Black Friday". Then, I get up to the register. Pay, and leave. I'll never return. I expect a written apology from your corporate office in Bentonville.

Any time I go into the electronics no one wants to help me. One day there were 3 employees standing around not one asked if I needed help finding anything, not one approached me once. Same thing every time you literally have to stand at the counter for 5 mins before anyone decides to help you. And yes they’re always just standing around doing nothing. Or when they see you coming to the counter they look at you and walk away!

I was there today and customer service was great. But the other day I went in and was told by an employee to look for the product myself because they refused to do so and due to the fact that they were cigarettes I can't just go back and look through the shelf. Sometimes cigarettes are not out visibly seen on the shelf but they still have cartons they use to restock the shelf. And she wouldn't even look for them, she quite literally turned around and for a second and said "do you see them?" But that doesnt mean you dont have them! The next day I went in and they were on the shelf again I specifically asked if they received a shipment in and was told no not yet, so basically they had them and then didnt get the sale of the item because the employee wouldnt search. I buy multiple packs at once to avoid going to the store every few days the employee lost a sale of at least $30, which isnt much for a big company like Walmart but if I dont come back ever than that is a lot of money in the foreseeable future unless I miraculously quit smoking. My s.o. and I smoke about a pack a day between both of us so $10/day time 30 days in a month for lets say a year thats about $3600 at least! And thats if we dont smoke more than half a pack each which sometimes does happen. A year ago that would have been double the total because we did smoke a pack each which is well over $7000 a year. Which can be a lot of money for a company even like walmart its the people who regularly come in that made and make it into the big company that it is! Most the employees have been extremely helpful but the one employee really just has overshadowed the good experiences, sadly. I am new to the area and it definitely doesn't make me want to shop at this location! Especially considering I already have to travel to Eugene for work might as well just keep shopping there afterwards than have to deal with that.

Nice people there. I found everything I needed and more. The only thing I didn't like was they didn't have any Halloween reusable bags. I guess they were out.

A typical Walmart Supercenter experience. My favorite location due to it being the closest to home. The cons about this specific location are that I avoid the entire produce section as the few items I find that aren't about to turn or damaged, have almost zero taste. At least half the produce section has a pungent smell of mold. I'm frequently not able to find multiple items on my grocery list as they're sold out. These can be items they've carried for years, but makes me think whoever is ordering isn't ordering enough regularly.

The store is clean and reasonably well stocked. The lower level staff tries to be friendly but are clearly strained by the overly aggressive managers. Every interaction, the staff seemed terrified and the manager used glaring as her main method of communication. It was very uncomfortable to be around, but kept happening throughout the store. :/

Everything in beauty aids in a locked cabinet and no employee to respond to my request to get it opened. All I needed was nail glue, so I went to Dollar Tree and got it for less money.

I shopped online and picked up the next day at the store on W. 11th. Everything was smooth and easy. I love the new cheaper meal planner options when shopping for groceries that suggests recipes and the ingredients needed to make them for $4, $5, $6, etc. per person meals. Great idea and super easy when you can think of what to make for dinner. Thanks Wal-Mart.
