Consistently the worst walgreens iv been to. The pharmacy is constantly closed and constantly having problems. They've had the Pharmacy closed since the power outage. Its been over a week since then and they still haven't opened the pharmacy just completely denying everyone stuff they rely on. And now I have to go through a whole process of getting my prescription switched over to walmart... who's pharmacy was open DAY 1 once we got power back.If you live in cottage grove, switch to mccoys or walmart. This place is terrible.

This pharmacy is the worst. They don't answer there phone and you can never speak to anybody. They don't care if you get your prescriptions. I was on hold 4 times today trying to get info on why they hadn't filled my prescription, I started trying toget the prescrption for a week and 1/2. It just kept saying in process on hold 20 minutes a piece with one caller in the que. I called the store and ask for the store manager and they gave me a girl named Breanna. She could of cared less and she should be fired. told me if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else. Then she hung up on me she should not have a job. Tomorrow I am going to go to corporate on line and conplain hope they shut down the Store altogether !!!

I honestly don't know how they are still operating. The pharmacy is unreliable at best. The rest of the store is a ghost town. If you are going to be a part of this small town. Work like you have some sort of investment in the community... Pharmacist!

They had my prescription for a week & didn't fill it. I called them a week after they'd received it to inquire on what was going on since I had not been contacted. They said they'll fill it now & it week be done in 30 mins. I got off work and rushed over because they close at 6pm. Went to drive through & there was a sign the drove thru was closed due to staffing issues. I hurry to go into the pharmacy & as soon as they saw me coming they closed the windows. It was 5:59. I tried to holler at them, that the drive thru was closed or else we would have been here a minute sooner. They completely ignored me and said nothing. I'm livid now. I would give them a -100 star rating if I could. Save yourself the trouble & do not us Walgreens pharmacy in Cottage Grove. They are absolutely the worst.

Worst service ever!I am trying to get my prescriptions transferred to a different pharmacy after we moved and after a week and a half of my new pharmacy trying to get a hold of Walgreens with no answer I called them.I waited on hold for at least 2 hours. When I finally was able to talk to a real person the guy just told me how overwhelmed he was and that he had too many requests to find the fax my new pharmacy sent. He said "Have the pharmacist call me". Guess what, a pharmacist is not going to wait on hold for 2-3 hours to talk to someone at Walgreens! I then said "cant you just send the orders over there?"He said he needed their information. I told them I had their contact info. I gave him the phone number, and fax of the new pharmacy and then he asked for the pharmacist name which is the only information I didn't have. The guy then cut me off and said "just have them call me, ma'am just have them call me" and then hung up!!! Really!? You cant fix the problem while on the phone with me? He just didn't want to take the time to send it out. I am in shock of how long this is taking and never want to go through this again.I am current out of my medication and Walgreens is the reason why!! I am so upset right now and will NEVER do business with them EVER again!!I would recommend others find a different pharmacy. They do not care about you or your health, their only concern is themselves.If I could give them a Negative star I would....

So I have medications that I must have every single day. I was going to Mexico for 15 nights and made sure that my doctor sent over everything they could that I needed. I called Walgreens last week to make sure everything was a go because some of them are controlled substances. They said everything was good and I could pick them up on the 14th. So when I went to the store today on the 14th the pharmacy was closed because their pharmacist did not show up to work. I have never ever seen such a thing. So now I have switched over to the pharmacy across the street which is a local McCoy's pharmacy. Be careful if you're dealing with them if you have life-saving drugs you need because they are not always available and the service is poor.

If I could give zero stars for professionalism I would. Staff sit in the lobby visiting 15 to 20 minutes after their lunch time ends, every day I've visited, even though, like today, there was a line of 7 people waiting for them to reopen. When visitors complained about the wait today, 45 minutes in the drive through with no movement, I heard a staff person lie directly to the customer and say the wait was due to covid testing going on that day... but I had been in the lobby area since 2pm and not a single person had been tested or was even there to be tested. Walgreens has always been the gold standard of pharmacies, but after four visits to this one in Cottage Grove, I feel confident saying I'll never return. I don't know that I've ever seen worse behaviors from people who were supposed to be professional. The drive through customer left the store cussing and screaming because of the way she was treated, and while I strongly disagree with her method of complaint, I completely agree with her sentiments.

Wish I could give them no stars. First they put my rushed prescription on a delay but couldn’t tell me why after being on hold for over an hour. So I had it transferred to Walmart. Then got a text message from Walgreens saying that it was ready so I went to go pick it up, as I needed it ASAP, and they hadn’t even started on it yet. Now it’s going to be a 30-40 minute wait while they fill it. WORST service ever. They really need to get it together. Having all my prescriptions being sent to Walmart from now on.

25 minutes waiting in the drive up line is too long. Six cars deep. You need to hire at least 2 more people. Drive up should only be for picking up and dropping off prescriptions. Never ready when they say it’s going to be. I’m going somewhere else for my prescriptions.

The pharmacy was shut down for over a week due to having their one sole pharmacist out with COVID. This greatly affected me and lots and lots of people I talked to had the same serious issue around this small town. How could a company on Walgreens' magnitude completely rely on one pharmacist for a pharmacy that serves a town of 10k people?

I love the savings and how fast they work to fill your orders. I find it fun to check out their clearance isles too while waiting. The place is always clean and the staff is always friendly. I like that you can earn points on medicine and other items to save on future purchases.

This is Ridiculous!! I waited on hold for 30 minutes, never reached a person and the computer kept saying there was three callers ahead of me... seriously, I don't buy it!! Stop putting customer service 2nd!!

Don't waste your time going to the pharmacy to get any prescriptions filled. I’ve gone to Walgreens all over the country and have never had an issue until this one. The woman working was incompetent, cold, and not empathetic what so ever. They told me my antibiotics would be upwards to $50 and when I asked for the script back to go somewhere else, they refused. Definitely not the environment you’d want to be in while running a fever and trying to get antibiotics.

Terrible customer service, my large order arrived damaged, axe spilled all over everything, dented cans, boxes smashed, all looked beat up and nasty. call, get the run around, items missing. Tell me if I return by mail 45 to 60 days to get refund, outrageous. Option 2 return to store, wouldn't call that free shipping, Go to store with huge box that's heavy, rude clueless clerk accuses me of slamming box on counter, tell her that obviously box is huge, heavy and no I did not slam on counter. The store was unclear how to do my return, since it was an online order, and i used rewards. What they tell you on the phone vs in store is always a different version. I had called 8 times that day to resolve my damaged order, everyone was rude, clueless, no help, put me on hold constantly, transferred me, hung up on me.( I never swore, screamed, lost my temper, told the clueless twits how I really felt about them)Reorder, I did not get the free beauty bag, still didn't get all I ordered, items still not packaged well. I would not recommend walgreens, looking for a drug store.

Girls in the pharmacy were cursing with ear shot of customers and employees stocking shelves were shouting loudly about how they don’t want to wear masks or get the vaccine. Everyone is allowed their opinion but everyone doesn’t need to know your opinions especially while at work.

This place is horrible. The pharmacy is charging my partner 440.00 for a prescription that costs less than 80.00 . They don't know how to contact insurance nor do the proper coding to bill insurance. I use Save On Pharmacy at Albertsons. At least they know their stuff and they're properly trained. Do not ever have your prescription filled or transferred there. Worst place.

Never had a bad experience in this store. Been going since it opened. Staff is friendly and helpful! If lines get long they are quick to direct people to other registers to get them out quickly. Good deals every week on things I actually need!

Excellent customer service! I came in looking for some vegan snacks, and the really cute manager knew all the choices and kindly showed me around! Probably the greatest Walgreens I have EVER had the pleasure of visiting.

I have never not had a problem with them doing simple billing to my insurance. Last time I gave up and paid for my rx because I'd waited so long. They are also very rude in the pharmacy dept.

Leaving your customers hanging without your company having a back up plan is horable buisnessI've transferred my prescription and im removing you from my doctor's pharmacy listHaving my prescription transferred is taking me almost 2 hours with a lot of stress and phone callsJust so I don't have to walk 3 miles with chronic pain to pick up the prescription whenever they decide to re open, because I don't have a car to drive 25 miles

Seriously been sitting in the drive thru at the window for 20 minutes while my refills are sitting just on the other side of the window, people are leaving that are waiting behind me. It's 9:00AM. I have been taking all these measures for two years. RIDICULOUS. UGH!

Worst experience ever...as they put it "crazy busy"...waited 1 1/2 hrs to get script filled...just outta surgery...so I waited...went thru drive thru waited another 45 min...got to the window they said " sorry we don't have enough medication to fill the script....live way outta town ...had to go to another pharmacy
