I am in a wheelchair and it'sy only mode of transportation so when I left my doctor's office I was told they had the medicine ready at my Safeway pharmacy and when I went to retrieve them they said it would be after 4 pm so I sent a friend to get them at 4 and he was turned away. They told him to wait another hour so I had to rush over just before closing and they still has yet to fill the order even though I had a rush pur on by my doctor.

Undertrained and understaffed. At least when you complain something gets done and they're much better about answering the phone, but what happened Safeway? This branch has REALLY gone down hill in the last few years.

I scheduled appointments for my booster two different times, and both times my appointment was cancelled the day of my appointment. I understand the pharmacy running out of vaccines, and I followed directions the first time and waited a couple weeks to reschedule. It's just inconvenient when the appointment is cancelled the day of the appointment and it would be helpful if the pharmacy could cancel the appointment further in advance if they know they're not going to have enough vaccines.

I went to the Cottage Grove Safeway Pharmacy today at 5 minutes before they opened to pick up a refill I had ordered 3 days ago. Three people were ahead of me. Unfortunately they only had 1 staff person (a Pharmacist) on duty. With many Covid Shot appointments I waited over 1 hour for my medication refill.It is not the Pharmacist fault but someone needs to figure out a way to get Pharmacist Technicians so 1 Pharmacist is not expected to do Covid shots, Medications, answer phones, help customers etc.I will solve my problem by changing to McCoys Pharmacy and never have to deal with an hour wait time.

I’ve never seen a pharmacy so slow at the window. They are in needed of reform to make their business more efficient and fix the problem of making people wait like they do. In the midst of finding a new pharmacy, this has been a repeated pattern long enough at this particular place

I was scheduled for an appointment today for my Covid Booster vaccine. Showed up 15 minutes early waited in line only to find out they can't honor my appointment due to staffing issues. I understand staffing issues but what I don't understand is the following: No e-mail notification , no sign posted outside store or on window of pharmacy regarding this issue.

Slow, just like the grocery store lines, the pharmacy line requires at least one hour of waiting in line. 2-4 hour wait for a fill the same day. While the staff is friendly to a point, they are definitely understaffed or need a more efficient system. Thankful I've been able to get most of my dad's prescriptions in 90 day quantities so it makes the trips less often.

Took them 12 days to fill my insulin rx & 8 days to fill my levthiroxin- transferred all my prescriptions to Wal- mart without notifing me! Horrible pharmacy- they're make someone awful sick& they don't care

Samantha and Karen go above and beyond to help my husband and I with getting the best deals on all our medications. Even calling with updates after hours! Great service and recommend this pharmacy!!!!

Always remembering me by name and this makes a huge difference to me! Occasionally there's a wait depending on the time of day. But, that's to be expected with the need to absorb pharmacy(ies) not open any longer. I believe that leaves only 3 pharmacies in Cg.

Waited in line for at least 20 minutes, to get up there have my prescription on the counter and be told to come back in an undisclosed time frame because apparently there is only 1 person behind the counter that knows how to do the billing and she's out at the moment. Are you serious right now!!!! Man did I choose the wrong pharmacy to have my script sent too.
