Strongly recommend this service for any restaurant/food truck. My knives are like razor blades. I think my Shun (if you know you know, Shun knives are killer) is actually sharper than when it was new. Super reasonable pricing and solid results. I wish everyone would run their business the way Fritz does. He was on time, communicated leading up to the appointment, and was super friendly. Let me also mention that my knives are sharper now then they have ever been. He even fixed my pocket knives. His prices are super reasonable for the value of the service. Will 100% use him again in the future.

Called Fritz to have my shears sharpened, he came out to the shop first thing in the morning. He sharpened my shears on site even offered me a loaner pair to use while he worked on mine.He had them sharpened and back to me within 10-15 mins. He gives 2 weeks warranty on his work which I had to use, I dropped my shears next day and put a little dent on the cutting blade. I called Fritz and he came out same day and resharpened them under his warranty! I will definitely be using his services again, he was even able to put me on his route and will drop by every few months for sharpening.This guy is great, I’d recommend him to anyone needing sharpening service!

After receiving a last minute request for an in-home lion shave, I was in desperate need of getting my clipper blades sharpened right away! Unfortunately, most places required at least 1 to 2 days to get the blades back to me. I called Fritz and left a message stating that I needed help as soon as possible IF possible, and Fritz returned my call with in 5 minutes! He was able to meet me in 30 minutes and had all 3 blades sharpened in no time! As an added bonus I got to hang out with his sweet and adorable little dog named Bella Roo during my wait! Excellent, fast, convenient and affordable service! I'm so glad I found this place, I will continue to use Oregon Edge for many years to come!
