Food was cold, saw the managers back while distracting employees more than his face... Placed a basic order for 2 sodas on the kiosk and the cashier sent a text, saw me sitting there and asked "is there something I can DO for you?" In a bit of an attitude way .. had to go the counter to ask for my cups, literally... Then we not offered a straw and didn't bother asking. IDK had better McDonald's for sure

They had the sign up for buy one get one for a 1$ sausage Mac muffin with egg. Went to register to ask if it was available. Server said it was still good. After ordering and before paying, someone said that it was no longer valid as of this morning. Told them it was still morning and the sign is still up on the front door. I guess I made a mistake and they said they would not honor pricing

This place is very clean! So impressed with the cleanliness and the modern look. Drive the was packed so I went in. Yep the Carmel Frappe was calling my name~Barbara Z and I answered. The inside guest seemed to be enjoying their visit and food. The staff was friendly and kudos to the special kids game room set apart for their fun. Traveled from Yakima Washington to watch a swim meet and sell some of my $5 Fashion Accessories and have been to a lot of McDonald's so I must say this one is at the top of my list! Great job Cottage Grove!

Came here at 5am (google said they were open), and all the workers were standing around out front smoking weed. Came back 30min later to see that lights were on and everything appears open. Went through the drive through and was told that they won’t be open until 6am due to “everyone being late!” 🤣 I don’t eat McDonalds, but it was the only thing “open.” Just sad. Management should do better!

I come here every day, and I get the same thing every morning using the McDonald’s app, today the worker added all my stuff after she typed in my code from the app ( which you need to do before hand) I told her I come here everyday and I’ve worked at McDonald’s I know the order of operation, she tried to tell me it “must have changed over night” instead of admitting she was wrong, she also refused to redo my order to correct the price discrepancy due to her own mistake. I even showe her ion the app “ eligible items” and she wouldn’t re type in the code or my order

This is what they gave me. Good luck eating that and driving. Ended up just throwing away. I only ordered that so I could continue to work through breakfast. Was given hot sauce instead of mild picante sauce (normally I wouldn't complain about something so small).

Stop for a quick bite.Ordered the McRib, this is what I got. Ask for a barbecue sauce because the sauce on the McRib look like water and they said yeah no problem $.25 each and don’t give me wrong. I don’t mind paying for things if it’s in excess, but let’s get real. It’s freaking McDonald’s and sauces and condiments are just part of your meal.I live locally, but I will not be back! Of course they get all the highway traffic so they don’t really care I’m sure ….

First I would like to say that since McDonald's is a franchise, not every McDonald's is going to be the same. They have strict criteria for (corporate) rule compliance, but some things such as setting prices are up to the franchise owner.I checked on their website What the cost of a Happy meal with milk would be versus one with soda chosen and they were both $5 and yet someone on here reviewed that they charged her like an extra 95 cents for the milk because supposedly "only The small soda was included in that price." Franchises are allowed to choose their own prices for stuff but that seems absolutely ridiculous because on their website it doesn't say that at all.My cheeseburgers from here have been hit or miss, so I'm gonna order them plain now.From what I've seen at this particular McDonald's they seem to be short staffed, and management doesn't seem to be equipped to handle it. I've never had a McDonald's have us park in a lot space to wait for our food so often, just to keep the line moving, while the others behind us are told to pull into a parking space too. It seems inefficient, and looks as though it puts more stress on employees. I'm just a third party observer so I know there's stuff I'm missing but if they need help they should try to get it.I really hope it all gets sorted soon, I say all this not to talk s***, but to convey my concerns for the cottage Grove McDs fam. McDonald's is good food, with reasonable prices (normally), and it shouldn't have so many bad reviews 😕

8-22-18 I love this McDonald's. Today an egg McMuffin meal and because I show my CDL Commercial Drivers License, I get a free sandwich. And you can always get truck parking. (Almost always)7-4-18 bless the crew of McDonald's for making my breakfast this morning. They come in so early to get thingd ready. Today a Egg McMuffin hash browns and coffee.05-22-2018 Still the best deal for truck drivers. Show your commercial drivers license (CDL) buy a large value meal and get a second sandwich of equal or lesser value free.Been coming here for years.Now the quarter pounder always fresh and cooked to order. For a McDonald's it wasn't terrible. Got the order correct. Fries came out fresh. They let my son get a couple extra toys which were Super Mario Brothers so that was neat.

A large coke went from $1 to $1.40. A 40% increase. The national inflation rate is at 3.7%. McDonald's is over pricing us by 36.3% and blaming it on inflation. They now charge for $.25 for sauce packs. What is next, coin operated door locks on the bathrooms? I would boycott McDonald's. Especially after they got caught processing human meat into their food. The regularly body that discovered this not only could detect human meat in 3 of McDonald's 5 processing plants but could distinguish that the human meat was infent human meat. Aborted babies ground up and fed to you by the globalist elite.

I ordered 4 happy meals at 4.55 each that were suppose to come with drinks. When I asked for the milk option they wanred an extra 95 cents each. When I asked why I was being charged extra they said because only a small soda is included for that price. They need to post the prices for the other drink choices they give you with the happy meals.

I am seriously done going to this McDonalds today was the 5th time I have ordered Frappes to go,and Everytime there is more ice cubes that are whole still then actual drink in the cup. A small frappe and the cup is still 2/3 full of ice while the drink is gone. Their staff needs to learn how to blend their blended beverages a little better.

Customers denied cups of water.It is monstrous and inhuman that this cheapskate of a food joint maintains a practice of denying people water. We only had a $100 bill to get some food and some waters and when they said they don't accept $100 we were completely fine with that and just wanted the water instead then.50 cents, 50 cents for a basic human right to be denied. We were lucky and able to scrounge around and find 1 dollar to get the water.I am shocked and disgusted by the inhumane treatment to deny something so cheap but an absolute necessity for human life. How many others were seriously hurt to save this business 50 cents... what a monster

I stopped here because I needed to use the restroom, went to order some food before though stood at the counter while 3 employees just stared at me from the fry area.Musta been the Restaurant manager that walked past me to talk about the people they are hiring. I get she is busy with the onboarding she didn't even acknowledge the small line that started to form behind me.Ohh well I didn't really need to eat just thought it was something I should do using their bathroom and all.I worked as a cook for years at a restaurant and even from back on the grill I would call out "front counter" at least letting people know I'm aware of them and they need help.

I can see why they’re so understaffed and why so many call out. Went in for a job interview scheduled for 8:45am, my fiancé took time off his job for it and I had to wake up my 1 year old at 7am. I get there and the manager goes “oh HUNNY, I am not doing an interview today I had 5 people call out, I’ll call you” then walks away without another word leaving me standing there wondering if she’s actually serious because there’s no way, doesn’t seem apologetic, doesn’t offer to reschedule it other than to “call me”. Completely unprofessional and rude. If you have an interview scheduled and you know you’re gonna be too understaffed to do it, call them. Let them know. So that people aren’t wasting their time, money, and gas to come try and work for you. Now I’m out money and I certainly won’t be working here.

Be aware this location parks everyone that comes through so it may appear the line is short but you will be waiting. We usually wait anywhere from 5 to 12 minutes and sometimes even longer. A guy and I were chatting about 20 minutes last night since we were both waiting a very long time. He ordered 13 cookies. I ordered a lot more and mine was first. 🤷‍♀️
