It’s been almost a year now since we got our boy from Lori, and we couldn’t imagine life without him. When we went to meet him she had everything ready and organized for us regarding things like papers with info on his parents, health testing, vaccines, microchip, ect. You can tell she really cares for her dogs, even today she still checks in on how he’s doing. One thing I really appreciated was her contact stating that the dog will go back to her if something happens to us (or for any other reason), it gives me some peace of mind knowing that he’ll never end up in a shelter. Every experience I’ve had with Lori has been a positive one, I highly recommend her if you’re looking to add an Aussie to your family.

My husband and I had lost our best friend, Jake, a yellow lab, about 6 months prior to finding Stella. we had been looking for our furever baby for about 3 months when we found Loris ad about her Australian Shepherd puppies. We had done research in the breed and knew it would be a good fit for our lifestyle. We called and requested a visit and some pictures of her litter. We went thinking we were going to take home a different puppy, a blue merle. Once we arrived, we were so happy to see all the puppies AND Mom on site. Lori was so wonderful to allow us all the time we needed with them to see how they interacted with each other and of course, we wanted to see if any of them connected with us. we spent over 2 hours playing and watching them all interact. We fell in love with our Stella. a red merle that wasn't even on our radar until we got to spend the time with her. Lori was wonderful about answering all our questions and giving us all the information on both Mom and Dad. it was obvious that They were all very much loved and well taken care of. All were up to date on shots and worming and had been to the vet as well. Stella is so spoiled and I love that Lori still loves to hear about and see updated pictures of all the babies! She truly cares about these puppies and ensures they go to good homes. I trust everything about Lori's breeding and the quality of the breed. Visiting the farm and meeting with Lori was a great experience. I was searching for an Australian Shepherd puppy for months and was looking for someone who bred and raised dogs with their best interests in mind. Lori made me feel at ease to ask all my questions and has been a resource since taking my pup home. My dog is almost a year old now and has been a great companion pet.

My Family and I decided to start looking for an Australian Shepherd puppy last summer. Having not had a puppy for many years, we felt a little overwhelmed by all of the considerations! We just hoped and prayed that we would be able to find a breeder with integrity.Our hopes and prayers were answered when we were connected with Lori at Farmstead Aussies, what had seemed like an overwhelming process, became encouraging, exciting, and fun! From the very first contact, Lori provided open, honest, and transparent communication.Being first time Aussie parents, we had a lot of questions about the breed. Lori made us feel as though we could ask her anything, and she patiently took the time to help us feel prepared. Not only did she answer the questions we had, but she also anticipated the information we would need to know, and provided exceptional education.When our puppy was ready to come home with us, we arrived at the Farmstead with a great degree of excitement! As we drove up, it was quickly apparent…our puppy had spent his first weeks in a literal “puppy eden!” The property was absolutely beautiful, full of all kinds of animals, and had almost a small “community” vibe. It gave us a tremendous sense of reassurance that our puppy had been well cared for and loved.Lori was prepared with an organized folder of all of the information we would need; including but not limited to: vet records, genetic history, registration pamphlets, and much more. She ensured that every detail was covered. All that she had promised was delivered upon. Our experience picking our puppy up confirmed and made abundantly clear - Farmstead Aussies was able to achieve that magic balance between providing a loving, caring environment, while at the same time, approaching the dog breeder responsibility with unwavering integrity and professionalism.From the moment we laid eyes on our “Cashy Boy” (Cash), we knew, he was meant to be a part of our Family. Each and every day, he brings a new level of love, laughter and life into our home. We have NEVER been so crazy about a pet in our lives! In fact, we used to mock people who treated their dogs like actual members of the Family! Well, Cash has made hypocrites of us from the beginning!It is difficult to put into words what Cash means to us and how grateful we are to Farmstead Aussies. We truly feel as though we are a part of their Family and that we can always reach out for advice or support.We cannot give Farmstead Aussies a higher endorsement!

Lori was super helpful through the entire process and had everything ready for us at pick up. We drove 5 hours each way to pick up our pup, 10/10 would recommend LS Farmstead!

LS Farmstead are friendly and easy to work with. We have purchased several weiner pigs from them and have always received healthy happy babies that we have raised for our use. We also purchased a goat from LS. I would highly recommend them.
