My family and I have been using Dot's Trophy Shop for over twenty years. They have made specialized plaques, pet tags, engraved Bibles, name tags and of course trophies. The owner really cares about the craft and is very personable. I agree that he can be difficult to get a hold of due to how understaffed and busy he gets. However I have noticed with myself and others, that when you go to the shop he always makes the time to be friendly and answer any questions. The quality of work and the care that is put into it is why we will not go anywhere else. It's worth a little phone patience and the trip there in person.
