Great place and people! They're very helpful with even tricky projects. Contractors can have them deliver and special order. I've been remodeling my house and have been able to save trips to the city.

I have shopped at this store for over 40 years and have dealt with many of the same employees for many , many of those years. I love and depend on those employees to help me when I go in because usually I know little about the products I need. It is this service that keeps me shopping here--that is how good they are. It is true there has been a change in checkers over the last year, but I have not been mistreated.

I went in and bought 6 2 by 4s and 2 sheets of plywood and various other things. Paid a pretty penny instead of going to Eugene where it would of been at least 30.00 cheaper ... I wanted to keep it local. Well I’m here to tell you the service was horrible when I went to pick up my lumber I sat there at least 8 mins when I got out of the truck and looked for help and that worthless man on the Forklift just pointed in a randomly direction. Now I have never picked up any lumber from this establishment before and will never go back I will do all my lumber shopping in Eugene. I finally found a nicer gentleman to help me and even helped me load it to the back of the truck. I guess you gotta be a hometown local to get better service.

I could see that what a clean and well stocked hardware store. I'm sure it's a community favorite for contractors and DIY too. They have great customer service there to help you find everything you need for your hardware supply needs. Cascade is a great store overall. They have friendly staff with varying degree of knowledge on home improvement projects. I’ve used cascade’s products or knowledge to insulate and finish the walls in a garage, Build a large 10ft play house for my kids, replace the floorboard heaters in my house with vent-less forced air heating units, Insulate the floorboards of my house, repair/replace the deck in my backyard, install a new toilet, repair plumping in my bathroom and kitchen. In every job the employees were friendly and if they didn’t know the answer to my questions they knew someone in the store that would. I would recommend using cascade on any home improvement/maintenance project you have

Meh it’s ok. Prices are high on most stuff. Still glad we have em! Staff people are a mixed bag but generally helpful. I really hate how they have somehow been able to block off the city street as s loading zone. Very inconvenient. I’m not sure how this even happened.

Helpful employees that are patient in assisting with product selection and advice. Pricing not much different than driving to Eugene and probably less considering fuel cost. Yard is a bit awkward and can get backed up but that's pretty normal . Another plus is that can drive up to your lumber and load directly, instead of having to load it on a cart and then reload into your vehicle. If the owners read this, just so you know - Manager Stan is the lifeblood of the place.

Customer service not very friendly and dismissive. Was asking questions about buying a door and the employee stopped helping me mid sentence and started talking to the next person in line behind me. I was shocked to say the least.

Holly s*** there workers have no clue what they are doing, asking a question where a product is is lit asking a 5 year old how old mom is. There product knowledge is on par with a 6 month old changing it's own diper
