Good overall attitude and good variety of merchandise. Lacks produce and has little amount of meats and fresh veggies(mostly canned or if your into gardening there's plenty of that!). Generally fast lines for cashier's (unless super busy like mother's day or a holiday). I am a bit biased as I do work here

They got 2 stars because the beer selection is good. But it took two people to verify my ID so I could buy beer. And then the manager had the gall to interrogate me about my ID. Ma'am, I'm 29 and trans, not some teenage boy that stole someone else's ID. This is 2023, I shouldn't be having this discussion with people anymore. Pure discrimination.

I've been a member at Bi-Mart for over 30 years. It never fails, they always have what I am looking for, and always at a very good price. Their staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, they will go out of their way to help you find what you need and they all have a very positive attitude. And I find this at every Bi-Mart store that I go shopping at, whether it's my local one here in cottage Grove or if I go to Eugene, Springfield or even as far away as Madras, I get the same kind of service.

I love Bi-mart, it has a little bit of everything you might need. Get fishing and hunting license here. Great place to get soil and plant starts in the spring. Best of all its employee owned.

Love Bi-Mart!! 98% of the employees 100% of the time are fantastic!! They're consistently in a great mood which makes spending money even more enjoyable. Great buys and quality. I love that they put out a coupon book but you don't need to clip the coupons.Mike in the photo department in particular is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond for customers.

They are well stocked. But my handicap accessibly was a bit restricted by all the outdoor plant racks. Still a good store that has a couple of my treats that no one else carries.

Our checker was Joelle, so helpful and paitent. Store is always clean and nice. Valery helped us in sporting goods, my grandsons first fishing licences, and she made my 12yr old grandson laugh, and they talked, it was so damned sweet. Love my local cottage grove bi mart.

The local Cottage Grove Bi-Mart is a good place to shop after you check your lucky numbers on Tuesday, or any other day of the week. Local, friendly faces. A great variety of outdoor vegetables/plants in the spring and summer. They have you covered from bread to beer and cat food to paint.

I love the plant selection for flowers and vegetables. They have pretty good deals when stuff is in sale and I have never had an issue with an employee being impolite or anything. Lucky number Tuesday is fun too, haven't won yet, but one day. The membership costs $5.00 for a lifetime and when you purchase a membership then only at that location do you have a chance to win something on lucky number Tuesday.

The Cottage Grove, OR Bi-Mart has exceeded my pharmacy needs monthly with low wait times and their customer service is spot on. Their attentive support staff have never left me feeling ill-informed about any items I both inquire about and/or purchase. Hats off to everyone!

This is a store who's only true desire is to take care of their customers! They excel in every Department in every way possible, they are truly amazing. We count on them for everything, especially the pharmacy where Ron, Bo and Sarah are real life Superheroes that always get it right. We are Sooo thankful for the "Oldschool" care and long term, first name friendships... What you won't get at this Bi-Mart is attitude and condensation from a service dept. that's nearly every visit at the retail giant's.

I've been shopping at Bi-Mart since the day they came to Oregon still go there many great buys and a great place to look for things they have a great garden section and the people that work there are very friendly and try to help very much one of the few places you go where there's actually people it will help you when you need help . Surprising what all they have in this store! Name brand items, no empty shelves, no settling for whatever is left like our local Walmart! The staff are super friendly and helpful. I actually enjoy browsing and shopping here. Fun place to shop. Check them out, highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I were in for no more than 5 minutes trying to find speakers for our monitor and once we found them, we were greeted by who I assume was the electronics Manger. She asked if we needed help with anything and we told her we just found what were looking for but thank you anyways. Then she proceeded to stare and start to follow us wherever we went. We decided that it was ridiculous and put the speakers back, which at that point she was within a few feet of us still staring. I usually am the last to leave a bad review but I was extremely angry.

Some of their prices are over what you will find in some stores, but that is only some. They have decent sales on other products. They're always friendly & helpful. And they have a nice, clean public bathroom for their shoppers!

Clean place and mostly good staff. Watch out for Kaci she likes to approach customers with an attitude and make accusations when people encounter payment issues. Stepped out for not even 20 minutes and her approach was "We had no choice but to void it because you guys stepped out and held up his line for an hour." Maybe she's having a bad day, I'm not sure. Don't take it out on the customer. My cashier was very pleasant thankfully.
