The help in the store are rude and need to get some manners! The manager said I was talking to him when I called, I talked to a woman, so somebody else must have called and jumped him! So he took it out on us when we brought back a tomato plant that had been over watered and was dying by the next morning . We will never go back in the store with the old nasty people working there!

Miss Kayluh is absolutely the best groomer this store has had come through it. Her work ethic is unparalleled in the best way possible. Her attention to detail and attitude towards the industry animals and owners shows her extensive knowledge of her job duties and capabilities. This groomer should absolutely be noticed and awarded by hierarchy as she will be paving the way for future groomers and salons throughout the us without a doubt. Thank you Kayluh for being one of a kind and for selflessly grooming year after year. You really need a vacation!

Wilco has a great selection of baby chickens, amd all the supplies required to start your own backyard farm.It's my goto store for all the hardware we may need. Their bolts and nuts stock is second to none!

I recently visited the Wilco Farm store during my travels, and I must say it was the most unfriendly place I encountered in my 2000 miles of travel. As my partner and I entered, we greeted the girl at the front counter, but she appeared annoyed. Our curiosity was piqued by the newly arrived shipment of ducklings priced at $3 each, so we approached an employee to inquire. However, our attempts to engage were met with complete indifference. We stood there, waiting for assistance, but the employees continued to ignore us. In the end, we left without making a purchase. This disappointing experience occurred on September 19th around 12:30 p.m.

She was very polite, she did an amazing job on my dog Stewie‘s nails, she smoothed his nails with the dremmel, the best I’ve seen, she’s very professional, I highly recommend her, thank you. They are always so kind & patient with my very athletic & zoomy dog, and they always do a great job, whether we’re just doing a quick nail trim or a whole bath. I’ve made several purchases here this year including new boots, dog food, fence posts, ect. The staff is always pretty friendly and I like to come here from the coast to do my shopping because it’s clean, quiet, organized, and far less crowded than next door. The only “complaint” that I have would be the message board by the elevator isn’t usually kept up so there isn’t a lot of room to put anything current up.

Customer service is severely lacking, and the store set up is hard to navigate for someone who isn't used to this location. Last time I was here, I was being monitored from afar by a floor associate who I'm assuming thought I was shoplifting, when in reality I was walking circles in the shoe section trying to find the boot dryers, which were haphazardly and randomly on an end cap at the back of the section. Definitely doesn't make a person feel welcome. 0/10 would not recommend.

Until recently, I have only shopped downstairs in the non-clothing items. But, my daughter really wanted a western shirt to wear to an upcoming event so we ventured upstairs. Everything was fine until she wanted to try some things on. The associate told us that there was a 5 item limit, which is normal. Something about the way she said it, prompted me to make sure she would be able to trade a piece of clothing she had already tried for one she still wanted to try, as long as the item number stayed the same throughout (a common practice when trying on) she said that would be ok as long as I showed her. But, when my daughter handed me two items (right next to the associate) I handed her two more to try on and then went to give the items she had handed out to me to the associate, she became almost angry. She told me that she needed all 5 items at a time which is what I had asked about in the first place. I asked if she meant that my daughter needed to get back into her clothes, come out, hand her all 5 items and then get the other items she wanted to try on, she said " yes, because of theft problems" She was very rude and said other things that implied that we were being dishonest also. I was shocked, as I had been very careful to ask ahead of time and to show her the clothes we were trading out. I always try to be honest, up front and compliant with rules so it was very hurtful to be treated as if I were a thief. Needless to say, we didn't try anything else on nor purchase anything. Instead we went to Coastal and had a marathon of trying clothes on with a very helpful and friendly associate.

This was actually one of the nicest stores I have been into. It was clean, including the bathrooms. I love the two story store. It's way organized. I also love that they had an elevator & stairs. Super nice employees.

Visited yesterday because if the latest flyer. To quote -"prices in this sale flyer are good for 11 days". Below that quote are the 11 days concluding with May 14th - Mother's Day. Top ad is 20% off 10" or 12" premium annual hanging baskets. Wife purchased 2 baskets and was charged full price - because the ad is red as is the 14th on their calendar. In s pite of the prices being effective for 11 days, promos in red are good only on Mother's Day.

All the groomers do a great job. Holly groomed our elderly dog and took great care of him. She also bathed our new rescue and was patient with his anxiety.

Tempting to give them 2 stars but they do have some great hardware and pleasant staff. Coastal is just across the street and is my now preferred store for these types of things. I was in Wilco one day last year trying to make some decision in regard to what I needed for a gate/fence project. Seeking advice a nice employee suggested I get both and see what works best in the actual application. “Bring it back if it doesn’t work.” Fast forward a couple months and I finally settle on what parts work and what doesn’t. I tried to return them, had no receipt and the product is something they still sale and is just simple hardware they can put back on the shelf. They refused to take it back and seemed to enjoy implying that I might have originally shoplifted the parts. It was a strange interaction that left me wondering if being dressed in my greasy shop clothes from working on my vintage car was the issue. Seems like I hit the mean girls crew that day. Now I am stuck with hardware I have no use for and take my business to Coastal as much as practical…rant complete.

I went in near the end of the day to get some firewood and the employees were all incredibly helpful. They pushed my online order up in their queue, so they could get to me right away and were incredibly friendly throughout the whole process. This experience has turned me into a big fan of the Corvallis Wilco
