As you can see in the image the product costs 0.68 cents per pound, when I was about to pay it came out that it was 0.68 cents each. I asked the cashier for help and told him the price they were set and he told me no, they are 0.68 each. cents and that's what he did, in the end I ended up removing the product and without receiving any help, what bad service and how poorly trained the workers at this Walmart.

Came to Walmart at 9:30 in the evening to buy my son Robitussin because of a bad cough. In my haste, I left my wallet at home. Given that I can pay in a variety of ways, I didn't need it anyway - or so I thought. Upon reaching the self checkout my screen lit up "ID required". I waved over the attendant and laughed to myself about it. How ridiculous, requiring an ID to purchase Robitussin.When I did not have my ID, although I am a 40-year-old man, the 20-year-old attendant decided that he couldn't sell it to me without my ID and removed it from my cart. In shock, I explained that it was for my son and I had left my ID at home. "Sorry bro" was what I got in return.So instead, I let them know that it was disgusting that they would deny the sale for that reason and then went and spent twice as much at rite aid for the same product. If their goal is to drive their customers elsewhere, they're nailing it.

It's really sad when you can't pick up a Western Union from this location because you'd employees are wrong, but you can go to an actual western union to pick it up. Even Western Union said your "policy" seems to be outdated. Your courtesy booth employees need a lesson in courtesy. They think way to highly of themselves. I have often wondered why the employee turnover is so high. Now I know. It's your employees. Lesson learned. Thanks bunches. And BTW your location was the only one that refused my ID and paperwork.

Online grocery with Walmart is a scam. Delivered groceries without itemized receipt and over charged me by $46. Called to get receipt and was told it wasn't possible and when I asked for a supervisor they hung up on me. Don't purchase anything online from this Walmart.

It clearly posted on the website the items i could purchase using my wellcare spendable visa card. At the checkout it denied two items that were in the catalog. I asked for help about this and the attendant didnt really know what to do about it and did not ask anyone for help. He simply removed the items and walked away. I was frustrated and felt that my needs were not met properly. The items should have been honored and the attendant had poor pr skills. I wont be coming back to this store.

Red headed older lady with glasses at the pharmacy is so rude. Has a really bad attitude. She needs to find another job if she cannot handle being nice to customers.Never EVER going to this pharmacy..Even if you fire her.. nope.. She was enough to break the camels back.

That dani kid you have working the self check out and sometimes regular check out is probably one of the worst workers you guys have had. He’s lazy, all he does is gossip and talk up front, and then be rude AND lazy when you ask for help. “I don’t know about getting the last one. It’s helllaaa far” in his exact words. And then it was gone the next day by someone who was actually willing to get it. If he wasn’t lazy and unwilling to use his brain, he would have figured it out. Now he glares at me anytime I come in because I asked for him to grab a couple things for me that I couldn’t reach. Makes me feel really comfortable going now. I suggest you finding workers who actually want to work and do their job 🤷🏼‍♀️

That was the Rudest encounter I've had in quite a while. You made my daughter cry and me too. It was already a rough day for us and you made it 100xs worse with your ignorant comment. Shame on you. Knight Vision Security is harassing customers at Walmart during business hours.Walmart has had a long time agreement with it's customers and travelers allowing them to overnight park.Now thanks to the owners of the parking lot and Knight Vision Security all that is over.I was stuck and packed out of the way doing business in the area and waiting for the bank to open to get new credit cards due to my wallet being lost. I was in the Walmart parking lot around 7pm eating dinner i purchased at Walmart when the back door to my vehicle was opened by a representative of Knight Vision Security taking pictures. Rightfully so I was irate and told him to get away from my vehicle. I went out to shut my door and he pulled pepper spray on me. I had talked with the manager of Walmart and had their permission to be parked there but the security company works for the property owner. He refused to tell me who hired him, used profane language and was overly rude.He didn't talk to anyone else in the parking lot, just me.So I'd you're in Corvallis at the Walmart on 9th, don't be surprised if you are biased profiled and harassed by Knight Vision security.

I called this morning to check to see if this location had any covid tests. I was told they had some. I immediately placed an online order for delivery so I can test my son and my boyfriend after I tested positive. They ended up selling the tests i bought online and when I called to inquire about when it will be delivered the guy told me he could see my order but I didn't place it with their store. After investing a little bit, I found that I DID INFACT order from that store.I'm so irritated.

Was initially worried that shopping at the Neighborhood Market rather than a superstore would limit our choices. Much to my surprise, we found everything everything on our list. Store personnel we very helpful and pleasant.Would highly recommend this location.

Clean and stocked location. I'm not a tall person and when I asked a tall young man who was stocking in another isle. He had no problem helping me out. They have many self Checkout lanes. The lines went by fast. Low prices and it was a one stop shop for me and my family.

I usually do my pick up grocery order in Eugene, but I was running errands in Corvallis today so decided to do my grocery order at this one. I’m really frustrated because there was a lot of things missing from my order. Luckily getting the refund is easy, but it’s frustrating when you need those items and you don’t live close to a grocery store. The costumer service was good though. That’s why I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1. I think the people that handle the grocery orders just need to pay a little more attention when there’s a big grocery order like mine.

Okay I will start off by saying I have never been treated so badly in my life I was 5 minutes late to pick up money at 8 so I called customer service customer service instructing me to tell the manager day he can open it back up for me to receive my money beans that I was 5 minutes late and then I had to wait almost 20 minutes just to see the guy okay his name is Chip search it precedes to tell me no come back at 8 a.m. and then 86 mi from the store because I told him what customer service told me to tell him so I believe I'm going to take legal action because I think I was treated very unfairly and he had no right even to give me from his door and I want I want compensated for my loss of money to go back to Albany in the morning for my loss of time now I have to go to Albany he needs to be canned with unemployment. Yeasto get my money I wanted you to know that Chip from the Corvallis Walmart has not one ounce of customer service skills at all. I think I will file in court tomorrow

Went I today spent $50+ on groceries.. standing out front waiting for cab not even 5 minutes after checking out and was picked up. Employee named Elizabeth approached me less than a minute after going outside said you need to move on can't stand here. I tried to explain waiting waiting for cab nd was paying customer.. she screaming about how nope you're loitering leave or I'm calling the police.. you don't need to come back

Things have improved a lot over the last couple years since I left my first review, so I thought it would be fair to move them from 1 star to 4 stars. It's clean and they keep it stocked up. Can't ask for much more. Even the employees seem nicer, which tells me they had a horrible manager on staff around 2 years ago making people miserable.

I'm not a fan of Walmart but will shop here when I have to. The self check out is awesome and they keep it cleaner than anywhere else. (Scanning your stuff over dried leaky stuff is disgusting.) The vegan protein shakes are pretty reasonably priced. And they do have a good selection of protein bars and healthier crackers.Ok so here's the but and it's a big but. Always and I mean always check the expiration dates and really look at the item your buying. I bought 2 bags of prepackaged cheese. Both were close to expiring but not there yet. My daughter ate one stick and realized after eating most of it that the bottom portion was green and smelled disgusting. Checking the others showed the same. I also bought 2 tubs of hummus, I opened one the next day and it smelled off. I checked the date and yup expired.I had to return everything I bought that day so now I don't buy anything perishable from Walmart. Although Corvallis grocers in general are terrible about taking expired items off their shelves.

I am a grandma of 16 grandchildren one great-grandchild I'm on a fixed income since my grandchildren are scattered I buy them Walmart gift cards to send them in the mail in the past that is always worked well with me if by chance the Walmart didn't get the money added on I use the receipt and they added on promptly this time I mailed it to my granddaughter and it's been almost 30 days it has not been received I called my Walmart I have the receipt I have the card number it was supposed to go on they said they could not help me would not replace the card would not even check to make sure it had not been spent I was to eat that 60 bucks so I tried to call corporate all I got was an email when I went to go file the complaint it says it cost me $9 just to file the complaint what am I to do I feel loved I feel where has customer service gone and maybe they need big bold letters above the gift card saying we do not stand behind our product we will not reimburse not even if you have a receipt I feel Walmart stole from me

First time going to this store today around 11 am on a Saturday. It was extremely picked over. There were pallets at the end of every end cap just sitting there. Product not being stocked. I found it more like a Grocery Outlet than a neighborhood market. Let's just say, today's visit will be my last. There were no cashier lanes open, only self check. But the empty shelves, pallets of goods not being emptied and no cashiers to check you out was enough for me to never go back. If they are short staffed and that is the reason for stacks of pallets everywhere not being emptied, then, I don't know... maybe pay a better wage to get workers? It just made me feel dirty walking into it.

I actually worked HERE for a while. Not only did I catch the OMICRON virus -- along with the vast majority of other employees! But... The management, Team Leaders and most of the other people working there tend to be real 'A' holes!! Did I quit??? You better believe it!!
