My last visit to "Homemaker Hell" took too long to:A) Find something I was looking for....B) Find someone to help me.C) Find out that they only sell tubing in pre-cut lengths.And of course you need a co-signer to buy lumber.If you're close enough to Jerry's in Eugene, Oregon go there. The sales associates are friendly, helpful, and the store has everything you need, and at a better price point.

We live in a town where a 1/2×12 foot PVC is like $4.00. Make my H.D. list and we are on a road trip. Last one bought at HD was .99 cents. Jeez if you're going to rob me at least stick a gun in my face 🤣

We ordered a gas stove there with delivery and installation. They came, the recommended install kit didn’t fit. Of course the old stove was removed. And then they just left the new stove in our living room, told us it’s our responsibility to buy the correct adapter fitting and left. No instructions what size adapter to get. Nothing. So we went back to the store the next day. No one could help us. They were all clueless. We left again without an adapter. The installers also claimed they had rescheduled the install for 3 days later. We called today and no one knew anything about that.

Caitlyn was extremely helpful in assisting me with my purchase being delivered to my house from the store. She was professional and informative during the processes. I was expecting the delivery to take a couple of weeks to arrive at my house but it was much sooner than I had expected. While the delivery was being processed I received emails and text messages with updates, thank you!When placing my order I had asked if it was possible for the large heavy item to be left in front of my garage door. The delivery duo Frank and Brian handle the item with care and did an amazing job placing it in the driveway right by the garage door.Thanks again Home Depot in Corvallis

Stay away from any type of store pickup/curbside. Absolute joke. Waited for twenty minutes in a curbside spot after checking in on the app. Gave up and went inside to customer service. Spent 5 minutes looking up my order to tell me I need to drive to the other side of the store to pickup. Did so, went in the store again to wait, and another 15 minutes later walked out with my one item. Trying to accomplish this on my lunch break and thought online ordering would make it quicker. Just don’t do it.

I had a Refrigerator, Microwave, Gas stove( Dishwasher on it’s way ) delivered. The Movers where awesome. Friendly and Knowledgeable. They also just installed a big French door Refrigerator with ease. I Love Home Depot. And you are allowed to bring your dog along as well. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Great Company.Flawless ordering and delivering.

Order two sets of shelving for my business and they delivered to us on saturday with a homeless camp 50 yards from our door, they left it out front.Our business is closed saturday and of course they were stolen. When i called they pretty much said too bad and the Manager wouldn't even get on the phone. Absolutely horrible customer service. This is why you should do business with smaller companies that actually value customers. My business will never purchase from Home depot again. Unbelievable.

I was bitten by a customer’s dog here a couple months ago. Unbelievably, they even encourage dogs here too — they keep shopping carts at the front door that are outfitted with indoor/outdoor carpet for the dogs to pee on. Today, I witnessed someone walking two pitbulls down the main aisle. Meanwhile, small children are running down nearby aisles. Unbelievable. These are injuries and lawsuits waiting to happen.UPDATE 11/28/23: No one from Home Depot has ever attempted to contact me any being bitten by a dog in their store. I find that fascinating!

Home Depot's employee Paul S. (1 year award) in the garden center was outstanding. I bought 1000 lbs of Rumbel Stone for a project. He actually calculated the weight of my purchase then found the gross vehicle weight (load capacity) my car could handle. In the end all was perfect, evenly distributed, and home safe.Thank you Paul S.!!!!

I love going to Home Depot. The employees there are always eager to help. If they are unable to answer your question, they get someone that can be of help to you. You are pleasantly greeted by everyone that works there. The way the merchandise is laid out makes finding all that you are needing effortless. I have never been able to only purchase for I came to get. It is a guarantee that while I am picking up the items that I came for I will see great deals on other things that I can't afford to miss out on. I could just go on and on about why I love going to Home Depot but all I need to say is... If you have never been there you Really need to go. It will be most pleasant place you will have ever shopped at, then you will see why I love it there and you will too.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT allow these folks to recommend “ordering” or “placing an order for” ANY goods. Nothing is in stock: You Cannot Get It if it is not in stock; it NEVER comes.You may get an email informing you that your order has been cancelled a month or more after placing the order. But at this point, THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY and they may not be willing to give it BACK.They keep calling now, months later, asking for my personal information over the phone. They won’t simply refund the card NOR will they mail a refund check. The store manager is…unable to give a refund without me being physically in this store, so I suppose we will spend the $30 in gas to go visit with him for my refund on some caulk.Very bad experience here, nothing like it.

Ordered to pick up out in parking lot. 44 minutes after they said they'd bring it out, I ended up going in and picking it up from the customer service desk. I called and let them know I'd be in to pick it up. I didn't want to spend the night out in the parking lot!

Great helpful staff. The store has just about everything you could ever dream you would ever need. The staff are everywhere and so if you don't know where something is just ask anybody and they will stop what they're doing and locate it. this box store like so many and Oregon has a huge issue with theft. if you see anyone walking out of that store with merchandise you know they haven't paid for then call 911. The city and citizens are doing their best to protect this well-run home Depot. this is not the only home Depot in the United States that faces theft by mindless twits. those of us that use this store are very loyal to it. theft does drive up costs no matter what kind of store you go to into that experiences theft

Lies about return policy. The return policy we were handed does not match what the CS rep gave us online. We are stuck with a broken appliance that we can't return and if we did it would be 15% restocking fee on a broken appliance. Absolutely ridiculous

Took 3 weeks to get my refund for a fridge. The manager said that we usually don't take major appliances returns. When it clearly says on the paper you have 48 hours to return. Taking my business to Lowes from now on
