I continue to have issues with this pharmacy. I called in this morning to make sure my meds were ready for pick up. They said yes, and that if I could pick them up same day they would have them—I said I would. I got there 2 hours later and was told they were all sent back/restocked and there must have been a miscommunication. I’m a busy person and there always seems to be something going on that makes what is actually available different than the texts I receive! I feel bad for making this comment, but I had to tell the person I was talking to repeat/speak up twice because I couldn’t hear or understand what they were saying. It makes it very hard to figure this stuff out.

I believe this store is a financial loss for Safeway. A friend was the manager there and told me. But they keep it open as a community service as it is the only grocery on the south end of Corvallis. There is a high level of theft that affects this location. I've seen theft "teams" just walk out the door with alcohol. But the staff works hard to provide service to customers. Personally, I appreciate having a store at this south end location since I live south of Mary's River. It also is nice not to have to drive further for pharmacy items. Wenn and pharmacy staff are reliable hard workers. I'm sure they are slammed like pretty much every other pharmacy in town.

Never had any issues with this location. My significant other gets his meds every month with no problem and I recently got some stuff filled and it was a smooth process. I didn't have insurance and the pharmacy tech was nice enough to help me out with a coupon so it would be cheaper. I live down the street so this location is very convenient and have never encountered a rude employee and the store is always cleaned and stocked.

Horrible to try and get ahold of someone when their lunch breaks end at 2pm. Here it is 2:15 and still get connected to Cisco Unity Messaging Systems. What the heck?! Called the main store number only to be sent on hold. I need my medicine, not to be shoved to the back burner because they don't feel like doing their jobs.

Absolutely horrible I've gotten a prescription was given a prescription to Phil at their pharmacy when I go to get the refill for my prescription they want to tell me that I need to pick it up in Albany why would I need to pick up my prescription that was issued in Corvallis I live in Corvallis and was already filled once in Corvallis but now they want me to go out of town to get it absolutely wrong last night without my medication was horrible please please bosses of Safeway pharmacy hear me roar correct this issue immediately so that it doesn't happen to people behind me it could cost lives

Have had to make 3 separate attempts over the course of a week to place a delivery order for filled prescriptions, being told something different by the pharmacists each time and never receiving the order. I've paid for this set of prescriptions several times now, being told they do delivery until I call to check on the (then late) order, at which point I'm told they don't, and then that they actually do once it's made clear I can't come in due to both recent and ongoing medical issues (caused in part by being out of the medication I've been trying to order).I'd hate to imagine how this affects anyone else who ends up stuck at home, whether chronically or in the short term.

Not a good pharmacy I hate it but sense I live close to it it's easier to get. They have messed up my billing so many times. As soon as it's fixed the next time I have to pick it up they charge me which makes no sense, since it was fixed before and I shouldn't have to pay for it because I have OHP. Pharmacy takes wayyyyy too long on top of that half of them don't know what they're doing and should be retrained.

I was there when they opened and the nice gentleman that checked me in said my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes. The female pharmacist corrected him and said we just opened, it will take me 45 minutes. The foot and phone traffic was light and she stayed glued to her monitor most of the time. It took 55 minutes and upon check out she was rude and disinterested. I will avoid the pharmacy or at least the pharmacist in the future.

Traveled to the Corvallis area this weekend. My Coumadin somehow got lost in transit. I called this pharmacy asking them to just give me a 2 day supply to get me through the weekend. Something other Vons/Safeways have done in the past. The first person I spoke to shouldn't even be employed. Anywhere. I asked to speak to the pharmacist, who was very rude. If you have options on where to get your scrips filled, avoid this place.

If you are uninsured, your 2022 flu shot here will be $72.50. Costco has them for $20, so if you have a Costco membership, I recommend going there.The staff were helpful and courteous, which is why I’m giving them 3 stars instead of 2.

This pharmacy is a mess. They lose the requests my doctor sends in, never have my medication filled on time, and they don't answer calls. I've been trying to get my medication since last week and I've had to drive over there every time because they won't answer calls, and you can only leave a voicemail 1/2 of the time. Every time I come in though they keep pushing when my medication will be ready and lying about how long it will take. This happens just about every time I get my medications refilled. If you have time sensitive medication or don't have the time to baby sit them every time you need your medication refilled I suggest you choose a different pharmacy.

Compared to other pharmacies, the time it takes to get prescription filled is substantially faster, usually less than 15 minutes. The pharmacists are adequate. Not very friendly, but not rude.I would recommend double checking interactionswith other meds on your own, if you don'talready.After having used this pharmacy for 2 1/2 years, I took my business elsewhere due to an assistant's poor customer service skills on multiple occasions. With that being said, ideal if you aren't on regular medications and only need to fill a prescription with limited amount of time, and you live in the neighborhood.

Terrible service, lousy selection compared to other Safeway stores. This should have been dismantled 20 years ago when they started phasing out the old mini-Safeways. The checkers are slow, there's no self checkouts, or meat dept. They're there to take money from OSU students, which is fine I guess, but really estate is valuable in our cute little downtown areas, & we're blowing a full city block on a store that's not an asset. Tear these walls down.

Poor Service, not sure how they pay their staff but it seems like there is no motivation for them to do better. Also noticed people get constantly trained and replaced. So might be a management issue. Just a store to rip off the college students. I'm trying to avoid it but times sometimes does not allow me to go somewhere else.I recommend Trader Joes to everyone.

The only reason this store is still open is its proximity to campus and Southtown and the fact that the City begged them to keep it open. The corporation intended to close it, seeing as they have two other (new) stores in town but the next nearest supermarket is better than two miles away, that being Market of Choice. Trader Joe's is not a supermarket, not in the real world. So... the typical customers are oblivious, self-absorbed students or people pissed off because they are in a hurry and that store is the only option. That rubs off on the staff.

I really dislike Safeway. I don't like their club card system. I don't like their prices. I don't like their beer selection. I don't like their customer service. I don't like their nasty produce. Winco, Market of Choice, and even Albertsons are far better choices. Just my rant!

An old lady who seems to always work as cashier at the express checkout line is really rude to me every time I go.My most recent visit fared better as she was not there, and a customer service guy helped us redeem a $10 coupon after checkout.

I've been going there for years, and am always pleased by the staffs helpfulness. They are not the cheapest, but for the employees are very helpful and take all the confusion out of pharmacies!
