I brought my shepherd in for her first groom and bath. Everyone could tell she was nervous but Casper spent over 10 minutes comforting her and making her feel welcomed! My dog HATES her nails done and Casper was not only able to cut them, but dremeled them, too. When I told her I had another dog who was new to me and that I was scared to cut his nails, she was adamant about me bringing him in for her to try. Ultimately, it didn’t work out and he reacted badly, but she was so kind and assured me that she was okay and that it wasn’t a big deal. She didn’t even let me pay her since she didn’t get all of the nails clipped. My shepherd will be going back there for nails and grooms. Thanks Casper! You’re the BEST!!!

My dog rolled in something and I needed a quick remedy! Petco took him in and they treated him so well. He's a little anxious being left and they made it as comfortable as possible. I recommend them completely.

My lab always comes home smelling great! The only issues I have (which I’ve spoken to the groomers) is her nails do not get cut short enough and are jagged. The other issue is, I’m not sure if she’s being brushed or that is extra but the hair just falls off of her. She sheds more after a bath than she does at home.

The grooming is affordable and fast. Groomers are skilled and caring. The employees overall are cool people.

Ripley is always treated a with care when she is bathed and groomed. She has been taken care of by several different groomers and I have nothing but good to say about them all. Ripley gets so excited when she knows where were going and always enjoys her time there. Couldn't be happier.

Everyone was professional and friendly. When I dropped Beau off he was the only dog, when I got back to pick him up, the place was full. Staff did a great job of keeping their focus on the pups while making sure my wait time for Beau was short. You could tell the staff love the dogs, we’re kind and patient, and Beau looked so handsome!
