Great place for self dog wash. Highly recommend, I will be back! They have all the equipment you need and it’s awesome to have a private space for bathing if your dog is a little nervous about baths and other dogs!

I've been taking my dog here for a little over 3 years now and have nothing but good things to say about this place. The staff is always very friendly and inviting and if my pup could type he'd say the same thing. I've taken him to other daycares in the past but won't take him anywhere else as I can see how excited he is to come here (he sprints to the door and about busts it open). His social anxiety around other dogs is night and day difference from the first day compared to now, really put all my trust and faith into Must Love Paws and can't thank them enough for how well they've been to Finn.

Our dog Bagel came back from boarding with a wound that needed multiple stitches. We've been loyal customers of Must Love Paws for almost a year. This is not the first time Bagel came home with a scratch or two. We brushed it off because we understand dogs are playful and trusted the business. After we picked Bagel up from our most recent visit, we immediately noticed a wound on the side of his body. It was almost one inch long, and rather deep. Called our vet, they thought it was serious, needing surgical care and bumped us to the earliest appointment possible. It's quite upsetting for our whole family. The vet visit was several hours and hundreds of dollars, Bagel was weak and shaken, he will not be fully recovered for a few weeks. Our vet was quite surprised that with this kind of injury, the boarding service did nothing and brought no one's attention to it.We reached out to Must Love Paws, wanting to get an answer for the lack of care. Their first reaction was to question us the timeline of the vet appointment, denying that anything had happened at the boarding service, and said nothing with the slightest compassion."I spoke to the staff that worked Friday and they said there were no fights. The dogs gather around the openings when dogs are coming and going and sometimes jab at each other or catch a fingernail? "If by catch a fingernail you mean injury that needs serious medical care. We are very hurt by their dismissive attitude. We refused their insincere offer to pay for the medicals, because that's not going to make up for the lack of responsibility or recover the trust. We will not have any of our dogs suffer like this anymore.

I read the older negative reviews and was skeptical taking a new puppy here. These folks have been great! They monitor behavior, separate dogs into appropriate play areas based on size/age/temperament, and give me feedback about my dogs day.My pup plays and naps quite often during the day. He comes home smelling sweaty. What do you expect? He's a dog! I don't think this is a reflection of the business at all.Staff is friendly and consistent. Price is right. I'm happy with the service they provide. I'll be taking Mr Cheddar Biscuits here for a long time.

The people that work there are really nice, but the place smells like urine so bad. We have to bathe the dogs every time when bring them home because they smell so awful. They smell as if other dogs are peeing directly on them or something. We have boarded and done day care at other places and they’ve never smelled like this coming home. One of my dogs also comes home with cuts and scratches. He is a very rough player, but I was really disappointed that the staff did not inform me of a situation that resulted in so many cuts. I didn’t see them until bathing him when I got home. Other reviews on yelp etc state that their dogs came home covered in cuts so that worries me. They must not supervise the dogs good enough if multiple dogs are fighting to the point of broken skin.

Pricing is pretty good. Dogs like going, convenient times; caring and professional staff. Contract/Terms are clearly outlined to you.

All the dogs that regularly go there are so excited and it’s really cute to see. And even with new dogs that are a bit nervous their first time there, the staff take their time making the dog feel comfortable and once the dog is in the play pin with all the others, the staff watches and takes care of that dog carefully and they make sure the dog makes friends etc. The staff play fetch with the dogs frequently and also give them all lots of cuddles. If you go check them out later in the day, you can see that many of the dogs will take a nap and the staff respect that. I don’t see why some of the negative reviews are saying that the dogs “never get a break” from the constant play, because I’ve been in there and many of the dogs will take little naps in the afternoon. I love that the staff always give feedback about our dog’s day at the end of the day and they really care about giving the best experience ever to these little pups. I know actually that many people are afraid of boarding their dogs in general, and finding out recently that a few special members of staff actually give extra attention and pets and love to the boarding dogs makes me feel so much better about having my dog here if I’m on vacation. Everyone on their staff really cares about every dog there and it’s very assuring and heartwarming!! I definitely recommend, and the prices are good too!

Had to find a new doggy day care since the one we were using on the coast closed shop. Love the option of being able to drop ogf my dog for a couple hours so she can play while we run errands, go to appointments, etc.I also appreciate that they are willing to work with my special needs dog. She loves to play with other dogs, loves people, and apparently has a fence jumping/climbing super power we didn't know about.I highly recommend Must Love Paws for day care and for boarding. 🐾

I've taken my pit bull mix here for over a year and haven't had any issues. Sometimes he gets to play a bit rough with the others but that's part of being a dog. He's boarded here as well without problems. The extra grooming rooms are a nice addition too. They're always nice!

The staff has been great to me thus far for daycare and my dog loves it. They recognize her at the door and seem to care. I get that it's relatively smaller and more indoors but it's right downtown, always available, and my dog is happy, so as long as boarding goes well I am pleased. If your dog is easygoing and healthy I can say it's perfect, not speculating beyond that. It is indoors on concrete! Not pastoral meadows! But I just want the high quality dog to dog interaction which its fostered so far, I think it's good for dog socialization and burns energy. My long walks take care of the nature side.

I take my dog here three times a week to play for the entire day and he loves it. Practically pulls me in through the door when I drop him off he’s so excited. He spends the entire day playing with his buddies and comes home happy and tired. The owner and her staff are great!

This place has changed my life! (And my dog)The owner genuinely cares so much for her business and the pups that come in. It makes my day to see how waggy and excited my girl is going in.I have noticed that my dog has become much more comfortable with other dogs since she started coming here. I think it’s great that they get the opportunity to learn socially here. The improvement in my dogs behavior has made my life so much easier even on days she does not attend. She always comes home sleepy and content on days that she does attend.I am so grateful for the business. It’s a blessing!

this was my first separation from my "biscuit" for more than 24 hours, and it ended up being a whole weekend. of course i was panicked and nervous and missing my puppy thinking she was in some kind of cage puppy jail but actually, she had a blast. she was having fun and hardly missed me, got to visit some fellow sniffers and the doggy care givers were so loving and nice, my puppy had a great stay. i had some special treats for her they're probiotic chews from petlabco and they were happy to feed her them on schedule. thank you!

I have used must love paws for both boarding, and day care of my pack. They have always loved being there and are well taken care of. The owner is always great at communicating regarding their care, and is always aware of the individual needs of the pups. Will definitely be using them for all of my dog care needs in the future!! 5 stars!

Please don't come here. Respect your dog enough to find another place to board.Upon coming here the first thing you smell is urine, practically overwhelming. When you look I'm the play area, it's basically just a rectangular patch of cement.... after a day of playing your dogs feet will be sore from the cement. Their pictures on the website show astro turf, it is really misleading to see that and not have it match the actual conditions. When we got our dog back he was worn out, as if they just let him play every second without a break. He was crunchy and sticky, I've never felt like my dog needed a bath after coming back from boarding before. He did not look like we had a good time and I felt awful bringing him. Please just go elsewhere, it's not worth even a 2 day vacation stay.

Must Love Paws has been the greatest lifesaver for our pets AND our family! The super cool people that run this amazing spot totally go out of their way to accommodate the needs of my animals, and make my life easier at the same time! They are loving, gentle, and patient (with humans too!). They are so flexible, knowledgeable, and efficient. The establishment is safe, welcoming, and very clean. There are tons of activity and exercise options for animals needing long hours of care. I feel totally confident in the care my animals receive in my absence. They take such great care of our pets, Bean and Rhett, who both just LOVE spending time at their home away from home. The Corvallis community is so lucky to have a dog care center/park of this magnitude to utilize!!! Thanks you guys!!!

Pretty simple: drop your dog off to let them play in an indoor space all day. There's always lots of dogs there. I have taken my border collie for daycare and boarding with no problems and he has a great time. There's usually 2 staff- one receptionist and one in the back with he dogs. There's extra enclosures in case any pups need separated. It's probably not the best place for a dog that isn't good at socializing, but otherwise it's cheap and easy!

1) The smell of dog urine burns your nostrils. I am glad they got rid of the astro turf, so it is not as bad as it used to be, but the urine is probably permanently soaked into the concrete.2) I boarded my dog here twice and both times they were not able to return her food scoop and her left over food. Apparently they just throw your dog's stuff away when they feel like they are finished with it. Did they actually feed my dog her own food at the amount prescribed by her vet? I have no idea.... Now I need to go back to my vet to get another food cup...again.3) The young (teenage?) woman at the desk rolled her eyes at me when I pressed her to search for my missing items. I felt completely disrespected. I was firm with her but not rude and don't think I deserved her attitude.4) While I was waiting for my dog and her things, I observed that they only have two people working there, and they kept leaving the dog play area completely unattended. Some times the dog play was elevating to levels that were questionable...large dogs jumping on one another and a smaller dog yelping because it was crushed under the jumping.5) When I dropped my dog off before my trip, there were several sticky puddles of urine in the area back by the boarding. All of the boarded dogs were locked away in their kennels. It was already 10am, so they should have already had time to clean up and let the dogs out to play.6) The owner seems incredibly sweet and caring. I think this place has good intentions, but there are a lot of kinks to work out. Given all of these issues and that they are by far the most expensive place to board your dog in the area, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I will never bring my dog here again. They were not attuned to or responsive to dog behavior. Borderline abusive.I brought my dog for an overnight a few weeks ago. She was frightened by all of the barking dogs in the play area. Instead of giving her a quiet place to get use to the chaos, or pairing her with a mellow buddy in a side pen to ease her in (the way they have at other doggy daycare places) they drug her into the big pen by her collar, with her feet scraping the floor, tail between her legs, literallly throwing her into the pen with about 20 other dogs. She was frightened, urinated out of fear, and was snapping at the other dogs who mobbed her. All behaviors I've never seen in her. (She's very social and loves to meet new dogs and play at the dog park.)When I returned the next day they informed me that she jumped out of the pen twice, so they kept her isolated. While I'm glad they finally kept her isolated, it shouldn't have taken that for the people caring for her to realize she was frightened. She was also dehydrated when I got her home. My guess is they limit water so the dogs aren't peeing as much? The dog daycare in south town is much more professional and responsive to meeting the needs of anxious dogs.

I would seriously NOT recommend you take your dog here. My brother’s Frenchton puppy escaped in less than two hours of being there and they didn’t even realize it until it was time to pick him up. A lovely person found him terrified running down 9th St. And there’s a thread of over 100 responses on Nextdoor with people who also had serious issues with this place, including 3! other dogs who escaped (found running down 9th St)! as recent as a week ago. And when the person who found the dog talked to the manager/owner, they were rude and unapologetic, which is crazy to me. Please take your dog to a more caring and safe place.

I seriously regret taking my dog here. She was returned to me dehydrated, caked in grime and urine, and very lethargic/sickly. The images of the facility online are misleading. The images of Astro turf are concrete in reality, and the place is horribly understaffed. We’re afraid she might have picked up some kind of illness while there. Save yourself the peace of mind and just board your dog with your vet, it’s worth the extra cost.Update: she contracted giardia.

Caring, friendly people work here who really seem to love dogs! I think it is fantastic that you can easily see where the dogs play while they are visiting daycare - everything is out in the open which fosters a sense of trust. My dog is always very excited to arrive & ready to play. I’m glad I found this spot!

I don't know how I feel about this place. I post this review in the hopes that they will change. The two times I've gone there they have left dogs unattended in the play area for longer than 30 mins. Even when they are around, they aren't monitoring play styles or pairing suitable play partners and styles. The dogs didn't have access to a reliable water source. There were clearly some distressed dogs that were left alone in the play area to manage on their own. I wouldn't bring my dog here unless they hired more workers and made a rule that stated someone must always be in the play area. On top of that, they have let dogs in without verifying vet records. It's quite carelessly managed and honestly a danger to the dogs.

TLDR: they lost a dog and didn’t realize it was missing until a group of strangers found and returned it.First off, I haven’t sent my dog to this place. I was in line at the nearby Dutch Bros when I saw a small dog running across 9th street without an owner in sight. I ran over, scooped them up, and went around trying to find their person. They didn’t have a name tag, just a number tag. A few others came to help out, and we remembered that Must Love Paws was nearby. We took the dog in and asked if it was one of theirs. At a glance, the woman at the counter said it wasn’t. I told her about the tag, and she suddenly started paying more attention to the dog. She went back, found a coworker, and they realized they had lost one of their dogs. When they took it back, they didn’t seem particularly shocked or upset that they’d lost one of their dogs! We were shocked at how nonchalant and uncaring they seemed. Mistakes happen, yes, but I was taken aback by the fact that they didn’t realize they were missing a dog, and that they didn’t seem at all upset that they’d lost one in the first place.

I can not rate my grooming experience high enough!! Having just moved to the area I had a difficult time finding a groomer that would take on my very cranky Toby as a client. From the second I walked into Must Love Paws 🐾 I knew Toby would be in fantastic hands.Toby looked great! He didn’t want to leave!I’m so grateful for Must Love Paws it is the only place my family will every trust to care for our Toby!!

Many great experiences, Ace loves the place. Have been going since they opened. Being a Grate Dane and so large it was hard to find a place for him to fully run around indoor / outdoor while at work but this facility is grand making him very drained when coming home at night.
