I highly recommend trying and supporting this store. Mud Bay has the best workers and items. My only recommendation-- keep adding diversity to cat toy selection. This may be difficult for them to do economically, but if they keep adding new options, we'd be happy to keep visiting.At many of the pet stores in town, the cat selection is disappointingly minimal and uninventive. We often go in to check for new cat toys-- ready to buy if we think anything would appeal to our picky cat.At Mud Bay, there is an excellent array of toys and accessories, and the workers make you feel welcome and cared for. They also have a great refund policy and great lighting, increasing the pleasantness of shopping.Sometimes we can't find something new to buy our cat, so we leave without buying, but even when they do not stock something, the workers have helped us find different versions online of toys similar to those that we have bought there.

As soon as you open the door and walk in, you see so much! Visually pleasing with plenty of space to explore with your best pooch. My favorite thing about this place is the large selection of their items. I love the treats station where they have many to choose from. Their toys selection is the best! Great quality, different sizes and types, at a reasonable price. The foods they offer are all of great quality and nutrition. the staff is ready to answer any questions you might have and to help you find the right item for your pet. I will definitely go back and keep it in mind for any gifts and treats for all our family's pets.

I had high expectations for this Mud Bay because I love the ones in Eastern Oregon but I can’t believe how disappointed I am with the Corvallis one. Every single time I have gone in, I’m greeted but that’s it. No one asks if they can help, if I need anything, what I’m looking for. Today, two people stood there spending more time talking to a friend and their dog than helping us. I had questions, I needed more than what I got, but I left with one thing. I won’t be returning to this store.

This was my first visit into the store. I have an old dog and she can only have soft food that’s not chicken or beef. I usually go to Petsmart or Petco for Blue Diamond. It’s expensive. But my trip to Mud Bay was a very good experience. The quality of dog food was top notch. I purchased the Salmon. It smelled like salmon and the texture looked like salmon. I always let her lick the can after I empty it in her bowl. She ate and cleaned her bowl spotless, and she even loved the can. I highly recommend the high quality dog food and the price is better than the other places I used to go to! 👏👏

Worth the wait! Wonderful employees and a great stock of food, toys, and all sorts of other goodies. I went with specific questions about weight loss diet for my doodle with food sensitivities. Moss helped me choose a food and then worked up a feeding plan for my dog and sent home instructions for switching to the new food and taking care of my pup’s sensitive tummy. They even have a scale so I can weigh my dog and monitor his progress. I am beyond impressed and so grateful.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave me multiple samples of wet dog food to help try and convince my puppy to be more interested in her food. She had great suggestions and was very welcoming. I will definitely be going back.

The most awesome pet store! They have reusable tubs you can get and fill them with treats for 15% off! It’s so cute and they have almost everything you would need!

I came in today looking for a possible solution for my puppy eating his feces. Zena approached me with a friendly attitude and helped me with several possible solutions to my issue. She spent a good 20 minutes with me giving me helpful advice and even gave me a few samples on different things that may help. Thank you for the help!

I went to the Grand opening on Saturday and was very impressed! My dog Buddy loves their dog jerky! He's very picky when it comes to his treats. They have great prices on their dog toys too!
