Everyone at Hello Vet is incredible, especially Dr. Jason. I had been going to them for awhile for my dog Bear's regular appointments and already loved them, but they totally blew me away with how they handled her becoming unexpectedly sick. Dr. Jason did absolutely everything in his power to figure out what was happening with her and was extremely communicative every step of the way. I never once felt like I was left hanging, and it really felt like she was his top priority.Once he had done everything within his capacity to help Bear, he had to refer us to a specialist and I appreciated his transparency and helpfulness through that transition - even the specialist he recommended was phenomenal.We heartbreakingly found out that Bear had developed an aggressive form of GI lymphoma and when I let them know they could deactivate our account with them due to her passing, the staff sent a wonderful card and and it really was just a beautiful gesture that I won't forget. Dr. Jason and his team showed graciousness and compassion from beginning to end for both of us.I've meant to leave a review for awhile, and with her on my mind so much lately, I wanted you all to know that I can't thank you enough for the love and care you give to these animals because it truly shows.

What a great experience from making the appointment to checking out. My dog was actually happy to be at the vet. The staff was on the floor bonding with my dog and making him at ease and it worked. My dog can be a very anxious dog but he was very comfortable there. I’m so happy to find a vet like this. Thank you!

Talk about special treatment! We felt like valued clients from the moment we walked in, and Toby was spoiled throughout. The office is immaculate and nicer than some doctors’ offices we’ve been in! We were given clear explanations of everything recommended, and given options - not pushed into anything, even received a transcript of everything discussed. So happy we found them.

I have over twenty years’ experience with veterinary caregivers in the area and I would not trust my little kitty with anyone else - they go above and beyond. We have loved all our experiences with Hello Vet! I have a reactive dog and they took extra care to make sure the lobby was empty and her room was ready when we had appointments. They always made sure to make her feel comfortable with lots of treats and love! We primarily saw Dr Jason and appreciated his knowledge and kindness every time. The vet techs are amazing as well. The only reason I don’t take my dog there anymore is because I moved away from the area. I love how easy it is to schedule an appointment or get quick answers from experts. Can’t say enough good stuff about this place!

The vets and staff at Hello Vet are the best in the world! My cat has had a very complicated medical history and Dr. Jason has been so kind and attentive every step of the way and always made me feel at ease. We’ve taken our two dogs here for general care for a while now, and I’m always blown away by the care and love they show to my pets. I love how transparent they are about pricing before anything is done and how they allow you to make decisions about the care plan without making you feel pressured or guilted into something you can’t afford. Yesterday we unfortunately had to put down our oldest dog, and the staff and Dr. Jason were incredible beyond words as we went through one of the toughest things we’ve had to do. Although I was heartbroken, I left feeling so grateful for the love and care that was showered on her in her final moments. There isn’t a single thing that I would have changed about the experience. I can’t recommend this office enough.

I had a GREAT experience with this vet! They believe in making the experience positive for both the animal and the owner and I really appreciated that. I had a poor experience in the past with a previous vet and had a lot of anxiety about taking my cat to the vet. My cat is anxious herself, and I wanted an experience that would be calming for both of us. Hello Vet made us feel welcome, seen, and heard. Every time we had to go back I knew they would take care of us. There was even a time where I wanted to talk to the vet but couldn't come in person, and they were able to accommodate us virtually. We have moved away from Corvallis and I am sad that we won't continue coming here. 11/10 would recommend.

I lost my cat not to long ago and had to put her down. This vet was great in the way they handled it and made a very hard experience better. I was able to get her in right away after they learned of her state, we were in a room with calming music and nice lighting. They had tissues available and took payment upfront in the room so we didn’t have to wait in the lobby to do it. They let us say goodbye and had a little doorbell so we could alert them when we were done saying goodbye. The veterinarian explained the process, and was great in the way she handled the situation. I just got a call and they said that she was ready to pick up, but let me know that if I am not ready yet, I can pick her up whenever.Losing a pet is very hard, and heartbreaking. I’m glad that Hello Vet was my vet to help me through this process. I seriously recommend this vet to anyone- and this will continue to be my vet if I ever get another fur baby

Update- I took my dog in for a recheck and there were a couple things I didn’t get a chance to see my first visit that I thought were unique. First, the waiting areas are private. They are almost like little cubicles. They have beverages and snacks you are welcome to. Additionally with the waiting areas, they have a door to the exam room behind them. This is such a thoughtful design for scared/reactive pets! Second, the VET TECH fills the vet in! I love this because you usually have to repeat yourself 12 times. Lastly, the vet assistant/receptionist is exceptionally informative of what to expect while you wait to be called back. They offer you refreshments, explain your paperwork and let you know how long your wait might be.Original review:May be a little early to tell, but I’m going to review anyway. My dog hurt is paw pretty bad and I needed to get him in to a vet ASAP. My regular vet was all booked up as well as the 8 other vets I called. I called Hello Vet and they were able to get me in in 30 minutes. I walked in and they already had a room ready for us. Dr. Mullen and staff were very kind and so gentle with him as he was in A LOT of pain and wasn’t happy about it, needless to say. They didn't default to a muzzle, they used lots of treats, squeeze cheese and pets to distract him and make him feel comfortable. I was blown away at the price also. They did a full exam, treatment and gave him 2 prescriptions totaling $180! At my usual vet, it would be around $300, the prescriptions being $160 alone! I may have found my new vet clinic!

I recently had to make the heart wrenching decision to let my cat cross the rainbow bridge. Hello Vet was nothing short of kind, compassionate, and professional. They made sure I came in at my convenience and offered multiple times/dates to make it easier on me. When time came they were extremely gentle with me and my beloved pet. They created a treat board for my kitty and kept her very comfortable. They guided me through the entire process and were there for me as I needed. Afterwards, they created a remembrance paw of my cats as well as a nose print and extra paw prints. I also received a very touching card signed by everyone at the office wishing their condolences as well as forget me not seeds to plant in honor of my cat. I truly am so extremely touched by the care Hello Vet’s staff offered me during such a difficult time. Thank you so much Hello Vet. You are all so lovely -Victoria

An amazing first time wellness check. Last time I was at a vet, my puppy was so scared of being examined he relieved himself on the table. During this checkup, the Dr and vet tech were both so helpful and willing to wait on certain vaccines since we were unsure how it would affect our puppy contract. They really listen and are patient in explaining everything! Never seen my dog more happy at a vet’s office than here.

I used to have this review as 5 stars. I'm going to keep this simple and just say that I spent way too much money here and they missed that she had a flea problem. They made me think she had way more problems than my cat actually had. I will never go back. Polite people, good facility, and caring staff though.

Update 2/19/2022 - After several visits since our original review I continue to be very impressed with Hello Vet as a whole! Rory loves Taylor, and my husband and I appreciate the care she receives. Next week we'll be bringing in our cat for the first time and I definitely trust this team with her care, too!We are new in town and were looking for a great vet for our pets. Many people recommended Hello Vet so we decided to give them a try. Our dog Rory is an anxious girl and Taylor and Jason blew me away with their attention to her needs. They got on the floor and immediately got to work on gaining her trust. I appreciate their gentle approach and willingness to take the extra time and care to meet each pet where they are in that moment. Brad was also a welcoming face at the front desk and so personable and nice! Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I feel great about my pets being seen here. Thank you for being so kind and welcoming, not to mention affordable!

My poor boy has severe anxiety and yesterday he finally got to come see Dr. Jason and his crew. I love how gentle they are with the animals. I volunteer for a dog rescue and I have been to Hello Vet a few times now and I'm just super impressed with all. They were able to keep the visit short but in that short time, we got a plan together and hopefully Odie is on his way to living his best life. Best veterinarian clinic I have been to.

Our nine year old dog became a new patient this year, and after three visits I continue to be impressed with their caring, professionalism, and responsiveness. After changing vets several times, I have finally found the PAWfect one in town! Our first visit exceeded our expectations! The front desk staff was super friendly, and offered us drinks, making us feel warm & welcomed. The vet & vet technician were really patient with my fur baby, and gave her lots of love as well as treatos and cheeeeeze! Moki is one HAPPEE GORL! Amazing first vet experience. They are incredibly friendly and rather reasonably priced. We got a whole round of vaccines for my puppy and paid $300. She was wagging her tail the whole time. I would recommend this to any dog owner. I feel the cat experience wouldn't be the same. But I don't have a cat so I wouldn't know.

I had heard about the Fear Free philosophy and was fairly doubtful that my senior Spaniel mix girl would be fooled. Other pet owners will appreciate how well Hello Vet’s dedication to Fear Free care works when I tell you that my Holly dog stretched out and went to sleep on the exam room floor while Dr. Jason was going over the treatment plan and answering my questions.The appointment was not rushed and the prices were fair. It was a fear and stress free visit for my dog and my wallet!Update: July 2022I’ve had reason to take my elderly dog in to see Dr Jason 3or4 times over the last year for issues related to her advanced age. I’m so glad that we have care established at Hello Vet. The entire staff takes care to ensure that Holly Dog 🐶 is relaxed during her visits. I’m hoping that Holly will have a few more happy, comfortable years. It comforts me to know that Dr Jason is sensitive to her quality of life and I trust that he will help me know when it’s time to let her go. Not a happy aspect of vet care, but an important part we all sadly have to face eventually.

Dr. Jason was great to work with. All of the staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. When I arrived I was taken back to the exam room right away. The folks here are very generous and provided my cat with plenty of treats, and they even brought me a cup of coffee and offered me snacks. It seems that the team here really cares about making you and your pet feel comfortable. They asked a number of questions about my cat and how they could reduce the stress of the vet visit for her. The team here goes above and beyond to provide quality care their patients.I have never received such quality of care for my pet. This is a 5 star veterinarian office. No doubt.

Hello Vet, Dr. Jason, all the staff (Aly, Taylor, Mikayla, Tamara) were so responsive and kind when my dear pug Emma Puggins became suddenly ill. They were able to see her the same day she became sick and started a treatment plan when she was diagnosed with pancreatitis. They scheduled her for fluids five days as she would improve then worsen again. As she wasn't fully improving they ordered an xray. The xray sadly showed a mass and they were able to get an outpatient ultrasound done at River's Edge in one business day. She was found to have metastatic cancer and there was only palliative care left for her. They did EVERYTHING possible to provide comfort for her with medications and fluids. Any time I was worried I could text and hear back within hours what to do. Unfortunately she wasn't comfortable even with medications and fluids and when I saw how much she was suffering they scheduled her to be put to rest within 2 hours of my call. She was 12 yrs old and fully healthy before this point, it was awful watching her spiral down so quickly but the team was there for us every step of the way. Dr. Jason helped me feel comfortable I was making the right choice for her as I had so much guilt. She passed peacefully in my arms and when I came home there was a beautiful rainbow above my house. I know my Emma was telling me with the rainbow that she made it there safely. I treasure this vet and their team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
