When my overnighted live animal package was mis-sorted and at risk of delay I was able to speak with staff at this location and get immediate assistance. The folks behind the counter were helpful and understanding, and escalated my concerns to their supervisor. Shout out to the manager, Gun Nelson, for tracking down and coordinating the retrieval of my package. He even stuck around during their closed-office lunch hour so I could get the sensitive cargo asap.4 stars instead of 5 because, while I got excellent help from on site staff, fed ex customer service is both difficult to access and navigate, requiring folks to advocate for themselves in person at the location involved. One cannot contact an individual office directly, and must go through the tedious process of responding to the robotic customer service agent. I think it was risky for me to ship something time sensitive and fragile through FedEx, and I will only ship non-living and low priority items via FedEx going forward.

I've always had issues with FedEx. We ended up having to go to the shipping center to get our box and it was super annoying. Keep in mind from 1-2 their on lunch. It won't say it on their website but they are.

I have been working with FedEx for years in many states and always had a good experience. Unfortunately, the branch manager at this branch is the single most unprofessional, incompetent, and rude human FedEx has even employed. They (she) called me to let me know I had a box to be delivered at the business and a delivery attempt was made and to come into THIS location. I went to the facility to pick up the package and was told she had no idea where the package was and which truck it was on. I told her, she called me to come pick it up! She told me she did not have my info or the sheets she could look up, literally I told her, you just called me a few hours ago! She told me there was nothing she could do and to wait for more delivery attempt! Mind you, this is medication. I asked her why did she call then, and she told me, she was unable to find the package! It's literally unreal!

(I'm rating the shipping center staff, not the delivery drivers, that's a whole other animal!) The staff are always pleasant and helpful. I make drop offs there frequently and have never had a problem with these very nice people.

Package delivered to wrong address. Called 20 minutes after receiving notification text. Not my front porch in picture. Instead of sending driver back to pick up and fix, sitting at almost 48 hours with no contact. Was told would be contacted with resolution within 24 hours. I really wish mail order companies would put shipper on ads so could avoid fedex. Worst company/customer service.

Generally not one to complain, but this one was a bit excessive. Purchased two new iPhones and was told I would need to sign for them at delivery. The driver left the packages on our doorstep while I was at work.I received notification of the delivery which also stated I signed for them, which of course isn’t true since I wasn’t home. My wife retrieved the packages, one intact and the other....well not so much. I figured the driver didn’t want to address the damaged package so didn’t request the signature delivery.Called FedEx and they wouldn’t take my complaint just told me to contact my cell career to request they file a claim. Cell company took care of me, not so much from FedEx.Like I said don’t complain often, but sure seems like someone dropped the ball here and didn’t want to be confronted about the damage.

I received a package today that was a gift. The delivery guy knocked on my door and I grabbed the package immediately. When I was opening the package I realized that it had already been opened and my hydro flask was stolen out of it. Maybe hire employees who don’t steal people’s packages?! Not happy with the delivery service. Called the 1-800 number and filled the report. Never using fed ex again

Had an extremely rare set of unfortunate circumstances line up that made it nearly impossible to find my package after I moved from the original delivery address, and the staff at this location went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me! Excellent service and so helpful!

Terrible delivery drivers. The leave a note on my door without knocking instead of dropping off my package, then say that nobody was home. Now the alternative is driving 45 minutes away three hours later to pick up what was gonna be a Christmas gift. Customer service is useless as well

Extremely poor service.Driver would not deliver this package to the house. This was my Husbands Chemo Medicine and had to be delivered within 24 hours. It's been 3 days now an I have to go to Corvallis, Oregon to pick it up. For them to schedule another delivery it will be another 2 or 3 days. They will not give me a Supervisors Phone Number.

I paid $30 dollars to make sure I would get a package sent Thursday from the midwest to me the next day. It was sent it at 9 a.m., you'd think it would make it ... nope. Fedex and specifically this office really messed things up for me. The package didn't make it to this office until Saturday. Okay, that's not this office's fault, but they still really made a mess. I called Fed-ex and tried to find anyway to get the thing: Saturday delivery, pick-up, whatever. Yet, even though it was at my local Fed-ex I was out of luck. The person who could give the package to me apparently wasn't in, and won't be until Tuesday. I guess fetching packages isn't something just anyone can do. In fairness Monday is labor day, but nonetheless getting an "overnight" shipment should not take five days.

Worst customer service ever! Had a hold on a package and then they go and put it on the truck refuses to get the manager to resolve these issues. DONT GO THROUGH FEDEX! UPS USPS OR DHL IS WAY BETTER THEN FEDEX. UGH!!!!!!!
