My cat had already been seen by a doctor. Prescribed his medication. Our doctor left to be an emergency veterinarian. Got offered refills by original veterinarian. Banfield would not grant refills even though they were prescribed 4 month ago without charging a new visit and charging for blood work. Felicia was very angry and aggressive. She did not care at all about my cats life. Worst pet hospital ever. Horrible. I've never seen such lack of care for an animal in my life. Would give a -20 if I could.

Literal nightmare. Took our dog in for a scheduled appointment and they never told us until we got there it would be a drop off and a wait but we had not been given a heads up about any wait or drop off. I had to drive an hour to bring my dog here because no other place had any availability but my dog needed to be seen ASAP. They said it would take a couple hours before the vet could see our dog but it ended up being 6 hours and it wasn't until they were about to close before they finally helped our dog. They had locked him in a kennel for 6 hours with no water. When we came to pick him up after they finally called, it sounded like the vet employees were having a party in the back room. The lady at the front desk had a crappy attitude for literally no reason. This was a horrible experience. I hope I never have to come back here, but there aren't very many good vet clinics left anymore. Hopefully if you're reading this, you'll have a better vetrinary experience than I did.

I have been a banfield client for about 15 years. I have moved and been to many offices and have seen many vets. I have been to the Corvallis one about 5 times total with my 3 dogs. My dogs act shy and take a minute to warm up and they all take the time to get them comfortable and give them what they need. I have seen Dr. Fenton and Dr. Jackson and both are very nice and did great with my crazy dogs.

I brought my dog in for a check up and the visit was a complete disaster. No greeting from the front desk, I went to check in and but told to sit and wait to be called. Okay, fine. We sit. I was told we would be seen in 5 minutes. Another person came in with a highly anxious dog which affected my already nervous pup. Instead of showing us or them to a room to wait, the staff did nothing. 20 minutes later a vet tech came out and we were shown to a room. By this time my dog was so scared she wanted nothing to do with any of the staff. The vet I was supposed to see wasn't there and saw another vet who had little empathy and barely looked at my dog because by this point she was a nervous wreck. The tech took my dog to get her nails clipped (very bad idea) because I could hear her yowling from the other room. We have never had such a bad visit with a Banfield location. I should have read the reviews before bringing my dog here. Never again. Train your staff when there are animals in distress by putting them in a quiet room or ask them to step outside until you can see them. The worst experience I've ever had.

Our experience with Banfield Pet Hospital in Corvallis, OR. was great from start to finish. Kai and I were greeted with smiling faces and the atmosphere was very welcoming. They truly LOVE what they do and just adored my kitty. They showed a sincere interest in my kitties well-being. I couldn't be more happier with the service we received. They addressed my concerns that was within my budget and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend Banfield Pet Hospital.

Usually go to the Eugene clinic but they were booked out into December. I made an appointment online for 9am Friday, arrived a half hour early to be told I had to drop off my dog and she would be seen at 3:30pm. I was told the doctor was in surgery all morning and that’s the soonest they could see her. I’m very agitated that I was allowed to schedule an appointment that wasn’t available, no one bothered to call me although they opened 2 hours earlier and clearly saw the schedule for the day. The receptionist was apathetic and unhelpful. I asked for a number to call, 1-800 number or a manager to speak with and all she could say was “I don’t know.” She never once apologized and acted like she didn’t even care. I drove 80 miles one way to an appointment that they refused to honor. Won’t be back…

I have been to 2 other banfields and they have taken care of my dogs for 8 years. This is the absolutely rudest snottiest bunch of techs and vets I have ever encountered. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!

Went for the free visit my first time. Highly disappointed, they rushed through things and before I knew it, the bill was at 400$. They then suggested buying the most expensive subscription in order to save money. Then when the time came to cancel it. They ignored me on the phone, kept transferring me to other people. And refused to help me until the charge came out, starting the next month cycle. I guess they either don't care for struggling families, or don’t know what it’s like.

Absolutely fantastic veterinarian office! The front desk, assistant, and vet were all incredibly kind and welcoming and treated my spooky baby efficiently and with clear love and care, as well as provided me with plenty of information at each step of the process! The rates were very budget friendly as well, and I highly recomendable this location to any pet owners in Corvallis!

Very knowledgeable vet techs, and we never feel rushed. They can get a bit busy and sometimes difficult to reach, but I almost always get a call soon after leaving a message.

I have been waiting for months for this Banfield location to open. I have had Banfield plans for my cats back in California and when I moved to Oregon the closest one was in Eugene which was a long drive. I am a Big fan of Banfiled hospitals and specially now this one in Corvallis. The staff were super pleasant, attentive and the vet was nice and friendly. Also, I love the fact that I could book appointments on the weekends which in most places I wasn’t able to. Highly recommend this place.

Since we left Yachats, have had the most difficult time finding a reliable vet. We are so thankful to have found one in Banfield in Corvallis. Thank you for taking the extra time with our puppies. I won’t lie, Grove is a tough to beat group. So thankful for both!

Banfield was able to get me in on a Sunday when all the ER vets in salem were 4-6 hour waits. The staff were great, treated my dog very well, and was very affordable. Highly recommend.
