Pretty decent. I like that they are more personalized than the large chains in town. It's also great that they offered some free items for newly adopted pets from Heartland. That said, the selection for cats tends to be fairly low and doesn't seem like it changes much. This is a detracting feature as our cat gets bored easily. The lighting also seems quite dim, which can make the store look less inviting and dirtier, even if that's not the case.

This review is a bit delayed, but I visited this shop while on vacation a bit back because the pets back home needed their own souvenirs too.Sian was a great help in showing me what to get my fur babies and even helped me picked out some treats for my senior cat. Granted, this cat never really liked treats before but she ADORES these treats. It's almost like she's a kitten again when I pull them out and I appreciate that so, so much. Thanks again Sian!!

They saved me from the constant moewing of my cat and special ordered a cat toy for me called mousezilla that I bought on a whim in Portland previously. If I knew that it was going to be the only cat toy my cat plays with on his own, I would have found something less obscure. Hopefully with age, his tastes will change. Thanks!

My pups love this place. They may be a tad on the spendy side but when buying high end food that tends to happen. They typically have most things I need and they know and love my pups as much as my pups love them!

They are a little on the expensive side but their costumer service it Top tier!!! They have great food options for your furry friend and also great toys! And when you get a new puppy or kitten they give you some free food and other pet supplies! I love this place!

I love the staff, and so do Bugsy and Coco. They are two adorable Boston terriers.Bugsy (black and white male) decided he'd like a job there. He put his paws up on the counter and clearly (to us) explained this desire for a job there to the staff. After being asked for a resume, he wrinkled his brows in obvious concentration. He promised to bring one next time.We'll see how this works out. We'd love him to start buying his own dog food and toys, or at least to contribute a bit...

So happy to have their knowledge and support for a new puppy. And the generosity to load me up with all kinds of food - wet, dry, raw, different proteins, plus treats, and more. I also picked up an 'insulated treat plus poopy bag satchel all-in-one with a belt clip, belt loop, and detachable/adjustable shoulder strap!!'I also appreciated how understanding they were when my puppy pooped on their floor unexpectedly, than threw up on one of the staffs shoe 😕 Poor puppy and poor sneaker.I am giving four out of five stars because they did not have a kennel in the size I was looking for, and they were all out of goats milk, which they strongly recommended I have for the puppy.

Staff is amazing, there prices are high but they carry a lot of brands... I have trouble finding my dog's food "Nulo" Animal Crackers has many different bags of Nulo... I was traveling 56 miles now 30 minutes 🐶 Thank You Animal Cracker for such a great selection 💫

Excellent local pet store! They had everything we were looking for for our new dog. Great customer service, the lowest prices, and a variety of selections in food and toys. One worker fitted our new pup into a harness without us needing to ask; we had no idea what we were doing, and she jumped right in! Great place!

Just visited this shop for the first time today! I LOVE IT! Great quality items, knowledgeable staff that are super friendly and helpful, and a great overall atmosphere! I got a new baby kitten, and so they have a program when you adopt a new cat/dog you basically get allll the supplies you need for FREE! What?! That was such a highlight of my day. Animal Crackers is an amazing pet supply shop. They have great quality products. We buy our hay for our rabbit there and we are never disappointed, it’s always nice and fresh. They also have a rewards program for their products which is another perk. The staff is super helpful and they have excellent knowledge regarding their products. They have a great selection of doggie treats and toys as well! We enjoy the fact that they are always willing to order something for our girls when we most need it. Also it’s nice to see that they carry local items.

Definitely the best in the region, for quality supplies, foods, toys and advice. Their product selection is clearly done with great care, and emphasis on top quality. I've made repeated visits as my dog is going through complicated diet changes and other health concerns, and each associate who helped me was individually very knowledgeable instead of having to call upon someone else. I also like the customer loyalty program.

Staff are always helpful and friendly. They genuinely love animals and are happy to give my dog attention and treats whenever we stop in. They have a great selection of harder-to-find treats and high quality food. If your pet has any dietary restrictions or you want to make sure they are eating well, this is the best place in Corvallis. There are also supplies like toys, harnesses, beds, cat trees, leashes, bowls and more.I recommend Animal Crackers to anyone looking to spoil their pet.

My dog and I love it there. Their prices are the same as online retailers so they aren't marking anything up (I price check on Amazon), and they have a frequent shopper program that makes buying expensive dog food easier in the long run. It is well stocked and the brands they carry are awesome so I'm not worried about buying a faulty product. The staff are super sweet and knowledgable as well. Thank you for being an awesome yet local store!Oh, and they have dehydrated sweet potatoes IN BULK! For a realistic price too! My dog thought she was in heaven when she sniffed the giant bin of them! The prices of the prepackaged bags are insane but the bulk is very affordable.

Staff is so friendly, helpful and professional! I've been taking my cats to have their nails trimmed for the last year, and every staff member who has helped me has been very gentle and kind with the cats, even when that means that the nail trims take a little longer. The store has a wide variety of healthy food, litter and toy options, and the staff are always willing to talk you through the options and to give advice about how to cope with problems that crop up as pet owners. I love this store, and always look forward to going in! They even keep track of all of your proofs of purchases for you!

If you ever have an issue with the food the return policy is really smooth and easy. Great selection of toys, beds, and they have a small cattery with cats available for adoption. You can bring your dog, on a leash, too. You can also order items and pick up and pay for them at pick up, so you can order food for your pet ahead of time. This is a great shop and worth a visit.

Fair prices on food, and a good selection of high quality pet food. I like the fact that they don't carry anything other than high quality pet food, and offer many options in terms of quality and price. Many of the people that have assisted me are very knowledgeable in the diet of cats and dogs, and can point you in the right direction. They also have samples of food if you want to try something new or give them a little variety.

These people are so amazing. Every visit to Animal Crackers has been a real treat, both for my cats and I! Fry loves his dehydrated raw treats, and Leela hates the fact that we're making her lose weight but takes solace in the fact that the food Animal Crackers gave her is delicious! If you need quality food for your fuzzy friends, this is the best place to start in Corvallis!

What an awesome pet store. The best in town. All of their products are carefully selected, so you know they are good for your pet. They have items for dogs, cats, and even little critters. They have a variety of food options, clothes, treats, and other things like bowls and feeders. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. This is my go to pet store!

Great place!!! Their staff is actually knowledgeable about animals unlike so many of the other pet stores I've been to and their product selection shows that they really do care about animals. No sugary yogurt treats for bunnies and they actually consulted a vet for all of the products I buy from there (mostly bunny food because they are the only ones that sell oxbow brand pellets in corvallis). They also have some cool products for dogs and cats such as puzzle boards or calming treats and scents that a really helpful.

Good place to get crickets if you have time to wait. But they have literally no other reptile or amphibian pet needs and they quit carrying taste of the wild dog food so I don't shop there for my cat or dog anymore. Though I do bring my dog in sometimes for the attention and treats. Friendly staff.
