Worst 711 I've ever been to staff are rude and could be considered abusive. I always leave there feeling disrespected and honestly the staff there has made me so uncomfortable I am moving so I no longer live near this store. These 711 employees have ruined a chapter in my life and I wish I had never met them.

The staff are usually friendly and the store always have a large variety of products available. Those products batteries, candy, slurpees, cold sodas, other cold drinks, hot pizza, hot taquitos, funko pops, and age restricted items (including cigarettes).

Customer service is always excellent. Although, I have gotten two products in the past week that have been past the expiration date. I know it is half my fault for not checking before purchasing but shelves should not be stocked with week old items.

Never fail to greet me upon entering. Thanks. Prices good for beer and coolers... that's why I come here. What the hell else you want? Deli items in the hot case? Well they've got those too. Sweet-hot chicken on a stick? I can vouch for it. You can feel good about trading (money for stuff) here.

One star was generous. Their customer service was absolutely atrocous. The prices were high and they rung up prices much higher than those clearly advertised. When I went to the 9th Street stores, it was night and day better. They told me prices old prices are often left up for weeks at the kings store which causes even more disgruntlement among customers, which I can personally attest to. The two employees deserve a pay reduction and a kick in the rear.

Best 7-11 staff ever. Whoever runs the night shift cashier on Tuesday deserves a promotion and a raise. Lovely and handsome man with above and beyond service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was in the store to make a purchase recently and I gave the cashier 20 cash and paid the remainder on my credit card. I was charged the full amount on my card and have never received a call back from the store manager. I have called multiple times and went into the store and given them my info. I have started a claim with corporate but still have no resolution 3 weeks later. I will not stop at another 711 ever.

This is the cleanest 7-11 I've been in a long time. Food is always fresh. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The manager Duane is always friendly and helpful.

Both the male and older female that work there are absolutely THE rudest people I have dealt with since moving to Corvallis. My suggestion if you hate working with the public that much GET A DIFFERENT JOB! What happened to customer service with a smile and good attitude?!? They would get zero stars if that was an option 😡

Standard 7-11. Usually stop by here if going to Fred Meyer would be too much of a hassle.The male employees can be unfriendly. I've never seen them be rude - just barely a 'hello', they ring up your items and take your money.The woman who works there is always nice though.

Very rude. Not sure if I had the same clerk as michael who commented before me, however, this middle aged man.. foreign (just a description).. fat.. was extremely rude to me. I've been there many times and I am always "out of my way" nice to this guy and he's just a dick. Will not be back.

“Janie” called me a meth head when I asked to use the restroom... After telling her I have no problem buying something to use it she proceeded to direct me to the back. Midway through the door I changed my mind and took my business else where. I’ve never done any hard drugs, or been accused of doing so. Very unprofessional to say the least.

Moldy food, tried getting a cheese wrapped salami roll for lunch and it was absolutely covered in white and green mold. Should of known better with gas station food

I walked in, the clerk pointed at the door, and asked me to leave......very strange. I went to another store (where the employees did not ask to me leave) and bought my chocolate milk there.
