Went their for a passport photo. Lady that helped me seemed annoyed and had a very bad customer service. She also gave me 2 blurry photos! I had to go and take new ones. Never visiting this location again. Save your time and money.

The worst customer service in their pharmacy. I had a scheduled appointment for 6pm. A lady who came after me and had an appointment for 615pm was attended to before me. I was courteously waiting for them to call me because I can see they were busy. I waited until 635pm to ask when they would get me in. Only to find out that I wasn't waiting for anything! I was left to wait again for another 10mins without anyone telling me what was going on. I got so frustrated I cancelled my appointment and left. This location's pharmacy is a disgrace to the Walgreens chain. Not deserving of the 1 star. I only marked it cause the post won't go through.

I just have to say I have always used Walgreens for any of my photo needs. It’s quick and easy online process. I enjoyed being able to place my order and having my fiancé or family member pick it up. Today was different. I ordered my grandma 2 pictures to pick up. When I checked out I selected to have a friend pick up so she could grab them while I was at work. The manager on shift today and other gal working the photo station were incredibly rude to her and kept trying to charge her for the photos. I already paid for the photos and had a screen shot of the payment and confirmation number. Ever after providing that, they said having a friend pick up is not an option they have. After my grandma refused to double pay for the photos, the manager tossed the photos at her and told her to just take them. How incredibly rude and disrespectful!

The pharmacy needs to educate their employees. Doctor sent the prescriptions 8 hours earlier and the continued to say they had nothing. Customer service is a low priority to them. Just DON'T LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. Not a good Pharmacy. One star is the lowest I can give they deserve a negative star's.

For five consecutive months my daughter has received a notification that her prescription is available for pickup. Yet after I arrive to get it the only thing that is available to get are excuses and they have a LOT of those regarding why the prescription isn't available. This game of notification and then non-availability will happen 2-3 times each month.I've attempted to contact their corporate office but the online portion to 'Contact Us' is rigged so that when you select the location of the Walgreens it takes you to a different page. Once at the new page you cannot select the location and return to your narrative.Too many impediments to getting a simple prescription renewed. So... moving on to a reliable pharmacy.

Super slow, super uncaring staff. Building always seems cold. Items are frequently not where they should be. The last straw was standing in line for over 15 minutes while behind a person trying to use invalid coupons while two other staff member stood around and chatted with each other in front of me without opening an additional lane. Walgreens just so happens to have an exact product my wife wants so I am bound to return and suffer again and again. My only joy is trying to guess just how long the receipt will be for the 1 or 2 items I am purchasing that day.

Walgreen Pharmacy is 100 % unreliable. If you call for refill, you can be waiting for up to 2 weeks and simply be left without medications.My doctor sent 3 months refill a week ago, pharmacist made error and lied that my doctor sent a month refill and my cost is $265 verses $10.Then she blamed my doctor for sending refill for only a month and I was told that I have to wait at least one more week till the vendor bring the right amount of my medication.So far I been waiting for a week for the Pharmacy Vendor because my medicine was “out of stock”, today my 90 days supply is still “out of stock” for at least one more week or longer.Please choose another pharmacy and competent caring employees to serve your medical needs.

This Walgreens is staffed with an awesome evening employee. I arrived as she was closing, locking the door. I was certain she wasn’t going to let me in but I still asked and she said YES! All I needed was a couple boxes of cigarettes that no one else in a 5 mile radius sells. And like her, I too work in customer service and some days, it never hurts to go above and beyond. I don’t remember her name but I often see her in the evenings on my way home. She’s a great employee and she deserves the best recognition because good customer service is rare these days. 5 stars for stellar service! Thanks a million Walgreens!

A 6 o'clock flu shot APPOINTMENT, not a walk in, I was 5 minutes early, it is now 6:45, are you serious? Absolutely ridiculous! And not ok, people have lives, that is why we make appointments. And there is nothing I can do, so frustrating!

A prescription was sent in about 4 hours prior and I show up to pick it up and still not ready. They told me it would be another 15-30 minutes that I would have to wait. Their excuse is the Covid vaccines. My question is why they don’t have a specialized team that handles the testing and vaccinations. Usually this location is organized but today, not so much. Pick up the speed and don’t have a team do two people’s jobs. Over corporate America trying to turn employees into slaves to save a penny.

Very frustrated. The Walgreens COVID website showed >16 vaccine appointments available (& yes, I qualify), but when I click to schedule, it says no appointments available. What? It contradicts itself! So I called, was on hold for > 30min, several times the phone would enter the "ring" and then someone sent me back to hold. Life is sufficiently frustrating - this is not good for our health. Get you website to work!!!!!!!!! Or, answer the phone.

I got an automated message that part of my prescription was ready. It also said they close at 8pm. Drove an hour to the pharmacy (the only one to carry the medicine, as all other Walgreens were out of it) and when I got there at 6:45pm, they were closed. Sign on the door said they had to close early "due to staffing shortages". Ugh.

Wouldn't even give 1 star. Get notification saying RX are ready. Go there and they have nothing. On top of that, 4 out of the last 5 times I have been there during the hours they have posted and there was no pharmacist on staff so I couldn't the prescriptions. I highly recommend NOT going here.

The store is okay but their photo section is slow or they misplace things. I get it there isn’t a dedicated person running this area but the lack of knowledge from the employees just slows down the process every time.
