I have never had any negative interactions with customer service here but had my 1st experience with a cashier that was beyond rude for no reason at all. While waiting in line we witnessed her being really pleasant with another customer and 2 employees, then it was our turn and her entire demeanor changed. It was the most negative experience I've ever had here. Super disappointed. Not sure why her attitude changed towards us but felt it was uncalled for.

Went and purchased a ton of wood pellets from these guys. The customer service isn’t the friendliest and the prices could be better but they do a pretty good job at keeping their shelves stocked and that means alot. Maybe they’ll try harder next time?

This farm and ranch store has everything from live chicks to western jeans. I found lots of camping gear, dehydrated meals and canisters of isobutane fuel for backpacking too. The only downside to shopping there is that so merchandise is crammed into the store, that you can't see over it or around it to find what you're looking for.

I see everyone complaining about a cashier and unfortunately came across her tonight perhaps. The year is 2024 and your squat actually does stink and very disgustingly so girl so stop acting like you’re supermodel. Roffl. It shouldn’t be normal for coastal to hire disrespectful employees who only in public are hateful where they are seen. Cornelius is very diverse and the Karen gal is very lucky she hasn’t gotten famous on social media yet!!

The store is usually well-stocked for all our chicken needs! The clothing/footwear selection is nice. Gave a 4 star rating because the A/C has been out for 3 months (summer time!) and its usually sweltering in there, even first thing in the morning. C'mon Coastal corporate office, get it fixed!

I love this store, you may think it's just farm and ranch from the name. But it is so much more, I dont have a farm or a ranch... yet, I always find multiple things I want from clothes, boots, guns, dog accessories or yard ornaments. My kids find toys we can't find in department stores for decent prices. Stop in, you might be pleasantly surprised at what you find.

I first went into coastal I didn't expect much and my gosh is that place a ball to shop in!We bought a heater later fireplace insert here, and the installation was smooth Price was good and they took real good care of us

This was a great place. Usually, it has exactly what we want, and annually has free chicks (as in baby chickens), which is a really good way to start out with a farm and learn what it's like. Didn't have what we wanted today, unfortunately, but it is still a great place in general.

Thanks Coastal!The propane tank refill price at Coastal is the best in town, when it works. (And once or twice a year they half-price propane!)

Amazing inventory. Friendly staff. I bought a raincoat, mineral salt lick for my deer friends, bear spray for mushroom hunting and a bunch of cool things that I didn't really need. Great store. Give it a try. It's worth the drive.

Pretty good, however lacking in some areas like Garden Supplies. The Fishing section is surprisingly fairly decent and actually targets the Fish available in our waters. The Flowers and Vegetables were priced quite higher that compared Market and needed to be watered yesterday. Shade plants were in Full Sun, while the 'Full Sun' plants were kept under shade(?)... tad dissatisfied with that. Otherwise they carried a large supply of almost everything.

Prices are decent but you will spend a good one or two hours waiting in line as the one and only cashier carries on a conversation at the register.Then you'll wait some more as they load your car and when you get home you'll be short a couple bags of feed. I don't recommend it.Wilco is only a few minutes away, it's more expensive but the service is much better and if you count getting shorted a couple bags if feed here ... well then wilco comes out cheaper lol. I didn't come back and complain bc it's a 40 minute drive ... but ... Given how poor customer service is i doubt they would even bother to count their bags of anything to see they shorted me. Don't waste your time and money here.

If your a first time gun buyer and a little intimidated about the prospect of it, don't go here. They are unfriendly, and seem uninterested in your "beginners" questions, as though you are wasting their time. I thought being a salesman incorporated some customer service, but not here at coastal. My experience was uncomfortable and I will be continuing my search for my first firearm elsewhere.
