I use this specific pharmacy because it's near me. It's very small to be serveing the rapidly growing population here in Coquille OR. They close for an hour lunch everyday and end operations at 6pm. So you got to plan it right and be prepared for a long line at times. The people who work here are incredible and caring. They more than make up for the set back of small town pharmacies.

Tried to call but had to listen to a minute of flu vaccination information and then I had an option to talk to a staff member but no one ever picked up and I got a message that their mail box was full and if I needed to talk to anyone to call back.

New system requires more time for staff members to locate prescriptions. Wait time increased for customers to double what old system took. People are waiting 25-30 minutes. Line from counter to the door . It is worst than ever

We've been coming to Safeway Pharmacy for many years for prescriptions and vaccinations and all the workers are professional and always very friendly even during the busiest hours.

This is one busy little pharmacy! The Safeway Pharmacy staff work hard, provide friendly, competent service, and the pharmacist has given us helpful advice on more than one occasion.Every once in a while there is a script that seems to take an unusually long time. I have found that if a new prescription is sent in, it's important to call in to find out the timeline.I do wish that Safeway, as a corporation, would provide an expanded and combined grocery store and pharmacy here in Coquille. Can't speak highly enough about the staff, though. We're glad they're here.

The staff is super amazing but the service is just not good. Every time I have to get a prescription, it’s at least 15 minutes of waiting in line. They really need more registers so people don’t have to wait in line forever.

Very rarely will you receive polite customer service over the phone. After speaking with my son's doctor and being informed that his medication request was sent to this pharmacy multiple times, I was told the doctor's office had not sent any request even though I witnessed it requested at the doctor's office the first time it was sent. Only after the doctor spoke to the pharmacy directly that his prescription was filled, 3 days later. The doctor's nurse informed me that they were extremely rude to them over the phone as well. If you are able to travel I recommend using another pharmacy. Please know I was calm and spoke with respect during each interaction and was surprised to not receive the same decency in return.

I received both covid shots and my booster from safeway pharmacy.My experience was very positive each time. The staff was very good.They are on the front lines during these times... Others I spoke to have said the same thing....We are a very lucky community to have them.Keep up the good work.....

Dentist prescribed antibiotic for abscessed tooth Monday afternoon (2 hours before closing time). Safeway pharmacy said scrip wouldn’t be ready until the following day. Went to pick up scrip after work Tuesday, and it was still not ready. Was told to come back on Wednesday. Fortunately, Safeway called later in the day on Tuesday and said scrip was ready. Abscessed tooth is very painful, and waiting 1-2 days to start the healing process is unacceptable. Online info shows usual wait time for scrips is 15-30 minutes. Very disappointed.

Safeway needs to provide better pharmacy resources and services to their rural Coos county location. Our only option for better selection, service and price is to drive and drive some more.

Worst pharmacy experience ever. Staff was terrible at explaining anything and only addressed things as they came up. After my 4th time in a long line, I just got my prescriptions back. First and only time I'll ever go. Don't recommend. Drive to coos bay

I don't like going in only to be ignored. I'll be standing there in line is my time to go and check out and the phone rings after I've been standing there and Lady picks up the phone ignores me and sits on the phone forever.... All I had was a question and all she had was no time for me
