I have purchased many rats and mice from this store. the ladies are very nice and take care of the animals. the smell is not overwhelming, but does smell like animals (considering it’s animal store with many open caged animals). every time i go in there are new animals to look at, and i recently purchased a boa constrictor from there. he was healthy and fed correctly while on their care. they are my first choice in getting feed for my snakes and to look for new reptiles!

Called ahead and spoke on the phone with the owner letting her know I was coming to pick up a hamster. I drove from out of town to find out that she decided to close up shop an hour early. Can I have my gas money back?

I try to support local businesses, but I couldn't even stay in their shop for more than a minute. The overwhelming animal smell was too much. *I'll gladly update this review if they improve their store conditions.*

Animals in deplorable conditions and inadequate enclosures. Most look sick and the shop smells like pot. Absolutely disgusting and should be shut down.

Store smells really bad, pets in tiny cages, they cleaned while we were there, which made it smell way worse.

There are not consistent with her hours. There’s a lot of time is it supposed to be open that they’re close. Have you been called the set up a time to make sure she was gonna be there and still nobody was there. Kinda like she doesn’t like business
