Was a bit busy when I went through drive thru. Still under some construction outside but I can see its going to be a great place to go. Their winter seasonal menu is up. Drive thru register was down, things happen. My seasonal pumpkin cream cold brew was the best I'd had so far! Staff was very nice, they know their menu.

manager was rude about my service dog and says it's ok to have a service dog here but won't let us sit at the comfy chairs . never had this problem at another starbucks and I travel I go to all of them

Went to pick up a mobile order through the drive thru. The ice coffee I ordered was filled to the brim with a very loose lid put on the cup . No matter how I dealt with the overflow, I was going to end with a lap full of ice coffee. Had to stop all my errands because of this and go back home to change. Never going to order from there again.

Some menu items - for example a dark roast coffee - are only offered between certain times of day. You’re a Starbucks, so coffee is what you do. This is not an ordering or supply chain issue, it’s just the policy of this particular store. Likewise, their food and bakery items are put away for the day around 3:00 and cannot be purchased. When you’re open, you should have all your menu items available for purchase if that is within your capabilities.

I am giving this Starbucks 5 stars mainly because of the Barista Alexis!!! She was so sweet and kind and made me an AMAZING coffee! Very attentive and knew exactly what she was doing. I had to make sure to remember her name so she can get the recognition she deserves.

I won’t be ordering at this location anymore. I order often and the last 4 times my orders have been messed up. I pay for extra cold foam and never get it now. Its always a normal serving ifNot less. And this time I ordered a PSL with extra pumpkin cold foam and they gave me a plain latte with the pumpkin cold foam. I got the PSL a week ago maybe and it tasted way different.

As of 12/13/2020, this shop is recently opened and in an area that's not obviously open or easily marked. It does have a drive thru and had excellent service. I'm frequently in Coos Bay so I am very happy to find that there is now a drive-through Starbucks here.

Our visit was wonderful, we enjoyed a walk to the place. Then mobile ordered and found a seat. Overall it took about 10 minutes to get our drinks. We were not in any rush and they looked pretty busy. All of the baristas were on task. They ended up bringing out gift cards with our drinks as an apology for taking so long. We never would’ve known how long it took if they hadn’t said anything. The staff was all very sweet and vivacious. The space was also very relaxing and inviting.

The first time I ordered here, everything was great. The second time -- not so much. While I understand being short staffed, the mobile order function wasn't shut down when they lacked an opener. I completed my mobile order, and, when I went to pick it up, they were closed. I appreciate the handwritten note on the door. However, my mobile order was already submitted and I was leaving the area shortly, so I couldn't stick around for an unknown opening time.I tried calling the store several times to find a way to handle the situation ($10+ for an order I didn't receive because they were closed) but was unable to get through. I then called the main Starbucks customer service number, and they quickly addressed the situation.Use mobile ordering at this store with caution!

I went by walking with my dog. They are NOT dog friendly. Could not bring the dog in. So I stood in the doorway near the counter to see if I could get someone to help me. They were not busy. 6 employees there with no customers at all at the time. No one even acknowledged me. Walked around to the drive up window to talk to someone. NO cars in line at all. I tried to ask them if I could just order something and pick it up inside the doorway. The girl was rude. Unhelpful. Shooed me away like I was an insect. "This is for cars only-I cannot help you!" I give them 1 star for customer service ONLY because I cannot give them a ZERO! 😠 PATHETIC!

Terrible service at the register. She barely understand the order. I did order just simple things but everything messed up. If I’m not wrong her name is Abby her face was unfriendly service with bad attitude. So I used to come here many times on the beginning of the business like just opened. The gentleman who taking care in the front he was Amazing. But now very terrible service I was disappointed. I won’t come back again better to go to the Safeway.

Tried to work here on my laptop and all the outlets were covered over and locked. This seems to go against Starbucks policy as "third place". Unfortunately I'll have to go work somewhere else. I prefer to work at 7 devils brewery but they are closed on Tuesdays.

I'm editing to take you down a star... ...lately when I come in, my order is not as correct as I'd like it. I love whip cream and I get hardly any. I ask for it. It's a bit ridiculous. Stop hating on my whipped cream addiction and just load that bad boy up. Look at the pic I attached. What is this? What even is this? Earn that star back guysToday I witnessed 2 entitled customers (a couple their 30s) treat the young batista horribly over a mistake they made. They came to pick up their mobile order. The order had no name so the batista called out the drink. The drinks were unclaimed. About 5 min later the rude couple got off their phones and went to look at the drinks. Realized it was theirs. Got upset at the batista for not calling their names. She calmly explained there was no name on the order..they treated her badly over it.She remained calmed and tried everything to make them happy but some people are just miserable and like to treat people badly. Imagine being that miserable where you have to treat teenage employees like that. The batista did an amazing job making all the drinks and keeping calm despite two rude adults making things difficult.

It took 20 minutes to get my coffee. It appeared the line at the window was way more important than inside. The people weren't polite and having to ask 3 times if my coffee was done wasn't fun. Other customers that came inside had similar experiences as me as we all waited.

This Starbucks needs to hire a lot mor employees, so they can keep their lobby open. This past Friday, I was enjoying a drink with a neighbor. We arrived at 8am and at 9am were asked to vacate the lobby, which was closing! That has "never" happened to me in the 15+ yrs. I've been a Starbucks customer. Their lobby lately is closed on Sundays. They have very limited hours during the week and you never know if they will be open or not. It's extremely poorly run and someone needs to clean their wall grates, which are filthy and disgusting to look at in an eatery.

Terrible service...@ the register. Maybe the server was Day#1 on the job?She had difficulty with: 1)giving me receipts for each interaction...each of 3 times I asked for a receipt...politely...2)She told me I could not get any decaf except Pikes Place..which I knew otherwise...and one of her colleagues graciously explained...to her & me...it was do-able...3)the gift card I purchasedNEEDED a receipt (in my gift card giving experience)...this "newbie" put the whole receipt (credit card info/details)into the envelope.) I explained ...only the amount is needed...she was not clued in...so I took the receipt & told her to cut "here." I bet she's headed for a great career...but that 10 minutes...was NOT her finest. MORE to be revealed!

Can I do a .5? literally can't believe how this location handled this situation. I decided to make my day better by walking to my local Starbucks location. It doesn't say anything about not being able to walk through drive thru. I start my mobile order as suggested on the signs and then walk up to the window where I am told I can't be served if I've walked. Wow. Well excuse me for not having a working vehicle and still trying to show my support. Won't happen again.

Clean, extremely friendly staff. The cashier (Maz) was friendly and had great patience as this was my first time in. Delicious Blueberry Muffin and Hot Chocolate (that came with a fancy little drawing on the lid. The store had great music when I went in (Cast - Live The Dream), and overall gave me huge nostalgic feelings of when I lived in California.

We love your products. Please just update your hours when you are closed, regularly closed early on Sunday’s produces crying disappointed kids nearly every week now… just update your hours, or stay open as stated. Closed at noon today but hours say open until 6pm.
