Ordered hot drinks for 8 of us a few minutes before closing. The espresso drinks were ok, not fabulous, and the barista mixed up a mocha with a kids hot cocoa, despite the labels on the cup and lid. Kids loved the hot cocoa though.Note to parents: the decor is decidedly mature, I wouldn’t bring little ones here unless you’re ready to explain swear words and unique artistic expressions. Fine for teens and older.Parking: Parked across the street in a public lotKid-friendliness: The decor is not little kid appropriate.

I've been looking for a new coffee house to try for a while and found this one while searching Google Maps as I knew I was headed to Coos Bay.While entering the establishment, I noticed all the art on the walls as well as fun decor. They have great music playing, as well as a full kitchen for breakfast, pastries, and great coffee. The staff is also super friendly and serve your drinks to you wherever you happen to be standing or sitting.I will be back.

Cute place, delicious food and drinks, and the staff is wonderful! My husband LOVES their Chai tea! And I rather enjoyed my hot chocolate. We have every intentioned of hitting this location up again when we journey back here and HIGHLY recommend that others try this place out as well!

I stopped here on my drive to Portland and I am very glad I did. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The decor is pretty unique and interesting. But most importantly, my drink was excellent and just what I needed to give me the energy for my drives. Thank you all for a wonderful cup of joy!

This is a great coffee shop in Coos bay with great coffee and options to hang out. The store has a really nice vibe and they've got books, games, dvds in there. I also tried the bagel sandwich and avocado toasts there and they were great. The takeout experience was super smooth too

Good food and coffee or tea.Great variety of choices and some gastroanomically challenging brews.Spicy jalapeño foam or habenaro spiced milk... awesome. Come for a cup, leave with a punch card toward a few one..Parking: Usually parking is near enough to walk without difficulty.

New in town and this has easily become one of my favorite places! The coffee is really good and the food is just awesome and priced very well. The pastries are always a hit. Passing through and looked online for a breakfast burrito and found great reviews and a breakfast burrito great fit right? WRONG, over 30 min wait after we placed our order, no meat in burrito and no taste or flavor, $35 of food thrown in the dumpster. despite the friendly service this is a NO GO for anything quick and not worth the wait. this is a local vegan/vegetarian hang out not for meat eaters and people passing through.

Not only did they have great coffee but gluten free treats to go along with it. If you are allergic to gluten you know how rare that is! So was sweetly surprised to get a treat with my coffee. Friendly staff and great tasting coffee!

My husband and I thought we’d try this place out due to its 4.7 star rating. We were not greeted when we walked in and went straight to the counter and stood there politely and patiently for about 5-7 minutes and the person at the counter took 3 phone orders without saying ONE word to us the whole entire time. When she finished up on her 2nd phone order and we thought we’d be helped next, her rude self answered the phone and took ANOTHER order right in front of us. The place smelt like burnt food and the atmosphere was bleak. Extremely rude staff and I wouldn’t give a cent to this piss poor establishment. If I could leave NO Stars I 1000% would. Horrible, awful and won’t last long in this business honey bun Xoxo

Bad atmosphere, real "Keep Portland Weird" vibe to it. Blatant satanic imagery posted, which matches how abysmal the quality of the food. Oily, disgusting, and somehow soured cinnamon roll for $3.50. The staff I interacted with was rude and dismissive. The mocha came out with GREEN whipped cream on top (NOT requested or informed about!) Being that I was taking a person with food allergies out to grab coffee this was a huge disappointment. Had to throw away most of the coffee, which looked like waste runoff once the sickly green whipped cream was removed. Picture not included because we had to find another place to grab our morning coffee. Only plus about the place is the Vonnegut recognition in the name and imagery.I wholeheartedly recommend walking right past this place!

So it goes, had a great experience, lots of different kinds of coffee drinks available, was a beautiful day, sun was shining in and the atmosphere was radiant. I enjoyed my drink amongst good people and the air quality was perfect. I’d love to try new things next time I’m there, hope everyone enjoys their trip to the so it goes coffeehouse.
