I go there to have my cats nails trimmed. At $7 per cat, it's such a good price. I'm in and out with 2 cats in less than 7 or 8 mins. if you go later in the morning. Nice and friendly staff. They do not groom cats, though, just dogs!

Lovely employees. Busy though & appointments are a little ways off like 2 to 3 weeks. So book early. My dog always looks & smells lovely when she is done.

I took my pup to be groomed and for the next four days, I was healing my pup from cuts and razor burns. I called and sent pictures. No one responded so I called back again. There was absolutely no Customer Satisfaction given. I've been in Customer Service for years. This business is below par.

I took my dog here just yesterday. He has never had any grooming experience nor is he used to being around a lot of people/other animals. They said he did really good, besides getting nervous once in a while. The staff is absolutely amazing and so very kind. They loved my boy, took great care of him, and he smells absolutely amazing!!! His fur is so soft now and his nails look wonderful! I highly suggest taking your furbabies to get groomed here

Scheduled two weeks out and showed up 7 minutes before open. She threw up her hands upset that we had shown up early. Turns out the groomer didn’t show up and she was mad that we were early. Didn’t have a solution and sent us away. Tried to call back to reschedule and claimed we were there 20 minutes early and still upset we showed up early. She was very excited when I told her we will go somewhere else. This was our first attempt at making an Appointment. Not a great impression and will not be rescheduling

Super helpful!! Wanted to get our dog’s toenails trimmed and it was a few minutes before closing! The owner told us not to worry as she would wait for us!!Who does THAT anymore??Terrific place, clean and comfortable!

They don't listen to what you requested, such as shaving when it was supposed to be a shampoo and nail cut. Then, instead of taking some accountability they get snotty with you. NEVER AGAIN! Save yourself the trouble and go ANYWHERE ELSE!!

chopped my dogs hair up. it looked worse than the homemade quarantine haircut i gave her in 2020. they also told me she pee’d on them which is extremely out of character for her. her entire demeanor had changed after i picked her up. she wouldn’t stop shaking and kept flinching at the slightest movement. i have no idea what went on in there but i know it wasn’t good. do not take your dog here.

Horrible , they are rude, they didn't use cotton in his ears so he got ear infections he has razor burns, he acted like they sedated him, they are using cheap shampoo, bad employees with not a care in the world how they care for your beloved pet.

The people are friendly but I asked for my puppy's hair to be about an inch long and it was really short. On my other dog they said he moved so there was a chunk of hair out of his tail. When I looked they had cut about an inch into the fur all the way around, so it definitely wasn't accidental at some point. The hair cut didn't look natural at all. We have gone here for years, but they really didn't do well this time.

1st time there took 3hrs to get 1 of my dogs haircut. Was wanting it short.. Missed a few patches. Excuses was someone called in & they was busy. 2nd time took 3 & half hrs. Didn't even start on the 2nd dog after 2 & half hrs. & only 1 of the 2 needed a haircut which was the 1st dog i brought the 1st time. Still didn't cut the hair right. Paid all together to this business for the both times $95.00. Believe given people 2nd chances, but never going to be a 3rd time for this place. Even small fur babies/dogs me & my wife have. Know this won't do any help for my wife & I, but maybe help others in deciding more carefully where they get their fur babies/dogs groomed. From now on be cutting their hair myself. Not even a professional, but can cut my dogs hair in about 1& half hrs. & do a way better job.

Just brought our new puppy Molly here for a trim and 1 nite board.There all great and did a good job on the trim.You can tell they love dogs.Used to take our last dog(Duffy) here until he passed.He loved coming here.He literally got very happy when we showed up here and he knew he was at his 2nd home.
