In my opinion, this is the best auto store to go to. If they don't have what u need, they won't hesitate to send me to a different place to get me what I need and I appreciate that. I Needed a new battery and they offered me several choices and then they installed it and I was on the road in less than half an hour. Very friendly service!Update! Battery was not holding a charge 8 months after I bought it. Easy warranty exchange. No fuss!

As a former Autozone Store Manager, I found it hard not to be loyal to the Zone. Unfortunately, after multiple bad experiences with Coos Bay Autozone, I have switched to Oreilly, and their customer service is hands down above the rest. The Brookings store could learn a lot from the folks at this store. Both stores are over an hour away and only one has my loyalty, the Coos Bay location off of Hwy 101!

I needed to find out if my starter was going out or if I needed a new battery or if there was something else going on with my good old truck. So I stopped by O'Reilly Auto on Hwy 101 in Coos Bay, and the service worker came out and tested my vehicle for me. He said, "The battery is fine." So... ? Maybe the starter? I asked. His response...Shrug.

Luke and Justin went above and beyond excellent customer service...they are knowledgeable in automotive repair and ask the right questions to ensure that the correct parts are sold the first time... Only once have I received an incorrect part (hub bearing assembly), and they made it right with me. 5 stars isn't enough... This is the only parts store I go to now. Both of these gentlemen deserve a raise!!

We pulled into O’Rielly’s Auto Parts on Evens Road in Coos Bay about 7 o’clock on Monday evening with a broken power steering/alternator belt. We were on our way home to Medford after spending the day at the coast and really wanted to get home. With the help of Steve, Shawn and Robert we were able to replace the belt, which was no easy task. They were super helpful, providing tools and assistance. Since the part wasn’t at their store, they called and found a part for us at a local competitor.During the two hours we were there working on our car, they also assisted another customer needing help in the parking lot.We can’t thank the three of them enough for being so helpful and getting us back on the road. We recommend this store and Steve, Shawn and Robert who work there, for excellent customer service!

Went to AutoZone originally because they advertise that the carry snow cables for cars, but. . .they have to order them and it takes 1-2 days. Would not work for us as we needed them immediately. O'Reilly came through, no problem, and the price matched Amazon's. Good job, O'Reilly. You saved the day.

The store wasn't very busy, so I was able to get the assistance of a staff member with ease. He didn't know what was the least expensive brake grease was however, I discovered a single use package at the register which I bought and saved $3.

From out of town hours away. Had issues with truck charging or keeping charge "Devon" was working on this Sunday happy joyful and very helpful with patience he helped us get the correct Item "alternator" let us borrow or rent tools and made it alot beter for a Sunday trying to get home. The best service I've ever had at any parts house. If you have a question they will take their time and try to get answers for you. I have to say that I will rather wait for a part than go somewhere else. Try them out and you wont be disappointed at least I wasn't. The only parts house I will go to.
