Nice and convenient store, with lots of organic options. Their fruit and produce selection is not as large as at their Medford location, however their bulk nuts and seeds ile was stuffed with good quality products at really good prices, including dried mango, pecans, good variety of spices, etc. I was hoping for a greater wine selection, hopefully they will extend it in the future.

I could never be more pleased with the people and the products in this store. This Coos Bay Natural Grocers is top notch. Great service and wonderful group of employees. Every since they opened, it has been a blessing to shop there.Very awesome place. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

They have so many lovely different options than standard big box store and their prices are rad. We found soy curls for $5, which is the lowest price anywhere we've checked. Super excited!

First impression was the store smelled so good! It was neat, organized, easy to find things. I was waiting for my rode so I only got chocolate, but they have a decent selection of healthy items. I also saw they have good kombucha! They also take the food stamps.

I really liked it when it opened but tonight staff were absolutely too busy doing inventory to help customers. I found an employee after searching for over 5 minutes, I watched her for a bit to ensure she was an employee and not a vender. I asked her where an item was and she pointed while giving me verbal directions. As soon as she finished speaking, while I was repeating back the directions she went right back to her counting and never checked on me again. I prefer to drive out of town than go back there.

Found the greatest back scratcher in the world! Been looking for years and they had a great variety to choose from. It's a sheet of exfoliating material. Just perfect.

It was either here, or drive to Eugene 2 hours each way. Prices only about 30 to 90 cents more per item, this is a much better choice!I'm chemically sensitive, and this store has no extra fragrance beyond the stock.It no longer carries my favorite coconut bliss ice cream ☹️☹️

This place is the best! They are all about offering humanely raised animals which of course would include grass fed animals. I have never seen so many grass fed options or even dreamed they were out there! The prices were surprisingly low I think because they did offer so many items - they had to reduce prices at times which is most likely why I could afford so much. They also have a section for quick sale in the dairy section. Items here are truly price chopped. I purchase a lot of stuff this way. They do not sell ice. But other than that I highly recommend this store brand if your into your health or your weight 👍🏼I also was very surprised to learn that the treatment of the animal DOES AFFECT THE FLAVOR OF THE FLESH.

I shop here all the time. The customers are really good about always being masked up. as well as all employees. They seem to realize that they are helping to protect those that could be vulnerable to the covid virus. However, they won't go the extra mile for those who don't mask, like announcing over the PA a reminder its a state mandate to mask up in this store. It could be generic in nature, just to get the point across. Your protection drops 50% when the other person does not wear a mask...I know its probably not that statistically, but morally it is.

Excellent prices on vitamins. Some of the checkout staff needs to learn more about the business but since it's new to the area I'll give them time. A little tiny produce area I wish it was a lot bigger, same with the meat and Dairy. But I do like shopping here. And so far things that I purchased in California are much cheaper here so I'm very happy.

Great place to find odd diet items. The people are nice the stuff is pretty expensive but it's a health food store so that is to be expected. Its a good option for people looking to eat a healthier way. I really like this store but I can't afford to shop there very often

Beautiful store, higher than expected prices, fair selection, poor customer service.The cashier #19214 was not friendly. We informed her it was our first visit. Crickets. She didn't show any interest in us at all. We had to ask for boxes to pack our purchases. No"thank you" or "please come again." She met by wife's attempts at engagement as distractions. The store wasn't busy so she wasn't rushed.Other employees walked by while we were shopping. No energy, no acknowledgment, no smiles.Store has tons of potential but no personality. We probably won't be back. Safeway employees treat us like family.

This is the newest health food store in town. They also have a big selection of items. Unfortunately, that’s about all the good I have to say at this point.On the flip side, the prices aren’t really any cheaper than the existing health food stores and the check out process always takes longer here than anywhere else I shop.Taking bottles in for deposit was also very frustrating though, as the store employee warned me it would take up to 5 minutes to empty the two, roughly thimble sized containers of crushed glass. It turned out to be closer to 20 minutes without seeing anyone return with the empty containers before I finally had to leave to an appointment.To sum it up, I still shop at Bailey’s where they get you through the checkout line much quicker.
