I worked with Modern Floors to do a large project for a commercial building. The ownership changed at the beginning of the project. The new ownership was great. The ownership sent their area manager Kelly over to work out details and to get the project moving forward. Kelly was great to work with, honest, and accommodating. If you've had a negative experience in the past with this company, I highly recommend giving them another shot. The new ownership really seems to care about serving the customer and building a good reputation in the community.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The whole team is amazing to work with, but extra thank you to Greg for going above and beyond. Our carpet for our bedroom was damaged in shipping and processing and was delayed delivery but was redone. Greg kept us informed the whole time. Great customer service and great quality product. We love our new carpet and padding, we don't want to step on any other floor!

Have a 1100 sq. ft mobile that I had vinyl flooring installed. Paid $6500. Almost two years later piece of flooring in the living roomis loose and coming up. Called them and they came and looked said it was not manufacturers fault so they won’t fix . Asked for installer info . never got a call back . Said they changed owners so nothing they can do .I will not recommend this company or ever use them again .

I have three hunter Douglas blinds in my house that were purchased by a previous homeowner through modern floors. They all three quit working recently. I called them and spoke with a man named Kelly and he told me he would call Hunter Douglas, and order the parts and fix the blinds for me. From the very first call to me picking up my blinds. Everyone there was very helpful and communicative every step of the way and he didn’t even charge me for the blind repair. I definitely will be going back when I need my floors replaced.

Terrible customer service. Spent over an hour in this store talking flooring and carpeting. They came out to my house, took measurements for carpeting and stated they would call me with an estimate. After a week I called them and they could not remember what carpet we wanted. Huhhhhh.... Said they would get back to me. Nope!!!!! Never heard back. Called again and was placed on hold for twenty minutes. Finally got Chris again. Asked him why he had not gotten back to me his response. Oh god! See ya

I have dealt with a lot of materials companies over the years, and really only have good things to say. I have never dealt with their installation staff, but the sales folks have always been polite, friendly, and have done right by us. The few minor snafus were made up for right away. As such, one project turned to two, which then turned to 4. I expect to continue doing business at the place where the long term staff even remembers my name.

Nice floor room and salesmen came out to sell us what we wanted, however upon ordering my materials to finish my bathroom project, customer services fell flat. I placed an order and the salesmen said they would call me back to get my deposit and kick off the order, never got that call until I called them later that week and found out that the salesmen never placed the order yet, so project set back a week. Fast forward to the next week, never got my courtesy call for when my products were in, when I showed up to pick up they only had half an order for me and never gave me an explanation of what happened. As I write this I have no idea how far back my project is pushed as they have yet to call me back for when my floor tile will be here. Customer service is serverely lacking, they have lost my future business.

Installation was the worst we have ever seen. Happy for the people who had no problems but sadly that wasn’t us. Will end up tearing up the new carpet and replacing it. It was purchased and installed in May 2017.

Never made it to the store- just the phone call to them and the young girl who answered the phone had attitude when I asked about a certain product /price it was to much of a problem for her to look...Bad customer service!.
