I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN THEY ARE THE BIGGEST RIPOFF PLACE!!!I will explain why and what happened, from the day I went to rent a generator. They told me that it was going to be 50.00 per day. So when I went to pick up the generator I got there at 1:30 pm and they said that the generator needed to be back at the store by 6pm the same day, other wise they would have to charge me for another day. The last time I checked a day was 24 hours. So they charge my card for 50.00 for 1/2 a day. I rented for 4 days. But every day after that I called and said I would need it for 1 more day. Which turned into 3 days. On the last day the rental guy said that if we didn't get it there by 6pm. To just make sure to be at the store first thing in the morning to return it and he would not charge us for a another day. But when I got there in the morning at 7:30am. The guy I talked to was not working. But I dealt with a guy named Eric. So Eric took in the generator and we went to close out the open ticket for it. And Eric charge me for another day... when I realized what he had done. I got really upset and Eric called Mike the manager to come down and do the refund. After I explained to Mike he told Eric to give me a refund of 75.00 but Eric only gave me a refund for 40.00. and before Mike could get back down there Eric closed out the ticket so that Mike could not see what Eric had done. They told me that they can't reopen a closed ticket. I'm so mad. I don't ever want to do any more business with this store.

Probably one of the biggest Ace Hardware stores that I’ve been in. And look to me like they have about everything you would need to fix a rebuild your house. Staff was, how would I say, not the friendliest and not the most helpful that I have experienced but they did answer my questions. my unfortunate experience was that I bought a chair that was priced at $109. When the cashier rang it up it came up $119. She had to call for a manager to come and make the price adjustment, in fact she called three times. After several minutes a manager never showed up so I just paid the 10 extra bucks and Left the store.

Haven't experienced better customer service anywhere. Literally the best. If a person does not know what's needed, they will make darn sure to find out and help get the best information or product needed. I've seen some complain on here about the feeling of being watched or "oddly helpful". That's literally their job, and one person doesn't know who has already approached someone. Go to Home Depot, or Lowes and enjoy zero customer service. Then leave your review. Thanks Ace team, John, Amy, Mike, Danny, all wonderful managers that make this store #1 in any surrounding Ace within hundreds of miles.

Looking for a faucet valve stem. None of the floor employees had any knowledge about plumbing except their manager Danny they said, when called in the office he would not come down to help till closing time. He grabbed 2 faucets and said try these and bring back if they don't work, shoved me out the door and when I realize I had no silicon tape to install I went to their locked door just couple of minutes but they ignored me and would not assist. I called on phone, Danny the manager said go to another store and look for tape because they closed a few minutes after selling me their items and not going to get me the tape period. I told him will write review he said make sure to say "DANNY" the manager on complaint, obviously being sarcastic.

Helpful wasn't all that helpful. They have a really nice store, very clean and friendly. I was looking for a part for my faucet and didn't have anyone offer assistance. I don't think they would have had what I needed, but the offer would have been appreciated.

The most helpful staff i have ever experienced. I was there with my family and we had 3 different employees who asked us and then went above and beyond to not only help us find things but also to help is figure out some solutions to our leak and clog problems!! Wish it had a larger selection of lumber and such but that is the problem with small city life. Definitely recommend!!

This has become my go-to place for gardening items. They have a very decent selection of gardening tools, and some beautiful pots. I also appreciate that they donate their parking lot for local fundraising events such as the Pawlapaloosa to benefit the animal shelter. The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful.

First of all, I did not feel safe in there. Too many people walking around with no regard for others, wearing no mask, and nobody asking them to put one on.Although they appear to have a good selection of goods, (The reason for two stars), they didn’t have what I was looking for and the isles were somewhat unorganized. Hard to find stuff.Farrs down the road is much better I think.
