Five stars from me. We just bought a car here, we're very, very happy with our purchase. Customer service was friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. We were left alone to inspect our car before purchasing it, no annoying sales talks, just helpful service when we had questions. I would have no hesitation purchasing a vehicle from Expert Towing & Auto Sales again in the future. As a side note, Chloe the dog is one of the most beautiful, gentle, and friendly dogs I've ever come across. Very glad we got to meet her while buying our car. Highly recommended local business with a good choice of second hand vehicles to choose from.

I would give 20 stars if I could. Billy saved me today when I locked my keys in my jeep at work and had no wallet on me to pay for help. He came right away and got me in. Was excited to see a Honda Civic on the lot as I love mine but it was ready for a little upgrade. Price was reasonable the staff was very helpful they even switched my tires and rims from my old car to my new car. The experience was easy-going, professional, and overall good.

I needed a tow, but when I called, they suggested sending their mechanic to the location of my vehicle. They even drove to my house to pickup the key, as I was not with the vehicle. The problem was fixed in about an hour, and they charged a very fair rate. I would highly recommend their service.

I think his name was Jesse, met me at their storage yard and helped me get all my belongings out of my wrecked car.Sharon went above and beyond and talked with my insurance company on my behalf. Highly recommend! Expert towing goes above and beyond for their customers! Car broke down and became stuck on the highway and they got to us with in less than 30 minutes from calling, got my car safely moved off the highways and to my home on a busy, rainy weekend and they also gave us suggestions of places we could take it to have it looked at on Monday since everything was closed during the weekend and they did this all for half the cost any of the other towing places we had contacted before we found their number to call. When we found a mechanic that could look at our car, they came back to pick it up (exactly on time ) from my home (which has a difficult driveway to navigate) and got it to the mechanic plus gave me a discount for having to tow it twice with in just a couple days. She also saw me walking in the rain to the store so I could wait for my taxi and stopped to give me a ride to the store and asked to make sure I had a ride home before she dropped me off. The most honest, kind, compassionate, quick and cost efficient towing company I’ve ever used and I will always chose them first and recommend to everyone from now on. They made my stress level decrease significantly and I am very appreciative for all the help they gave us! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Thank you!Service: Car towing

Great customer service and was able to work with me. I have previously bought a vehicle from another dealship and had issues with I out the door. Have had my car for at least a month now no problems at all. Sharron even brought my license plates to me at work because I wasn’t able to pick them up when they came in. Thank you Shaun and Sharron will definitely be coming back in the future if I ever need another car.

Holy smokes! Shaun is absolutely amazing! I was on my way to Coos Bay for work when my car died along 101. Shaun was able to get a tow truck out to my location in under an hour, and even went as far as to drop me off where I needed to go (I even got there on time!) and he also offered to give me a ride to the hotel afterwords if I needed it. He took my car back to his shop and as if by magic got it fixed same day and he even hung around the shop late so I could come pick it up that evening(he even offered to deliver my car to my location!). I’ve financed two different car from them, and let me say I’m very impressed with how they actually take the time to figure out which car is the right fit for your needs and if they don’t have it, they can find it for you. Sharron and Shaun are both awesome. Definitely would recommend for anyone new to buying cars or needs a friendly tow.

They where great they where the only company I could get to come to my apartments and tow my jeep the .5 miles for tires very disappointed in nb towing for canceling and state farm for not being able to find me a tow so even with road side services I had to pay but it was the best choice by far and I’m very happy with the driver she was prompt and and got my car where it needed to goin timeService: Special vehicle towing

Sharon was super helpful answering all my questions over the phone and the team definitely went above an beyond to help me get situated after the incident.
