Jacob was fantastic and told us all about Dutch Bros and their plans for expansion East! We’re from Florida and never had it before so decided to stop here and check it out! He gave us our first coffee on the house and it was amazing so we’ll be stopping at Dutch Bros again for sure! They have every flavor you can imagine including sugar free options and almond milk too! Best of luck to Jacob as he leaves in a few months to open one in Kansas!!

Worst service ever experience with Dutch. Ordered drinks. They made a mistake then instead of remaking the drink, huddled together and scooped the whip cream off and passed it back. When asked for a complete new one , was denied! What a terrible display of customer service!

Great staff at this location! But after yesterday's experience I won't be returning. Already priced at a higher rate, they also require you to pay extra when getting light ice, I couldn't help but laugh at the girl when she said the normal 6 dollar coffee would be 8 dollars. Idk about everyone else, but I work hard for my treats, so the price spike, because I don't like watered down espresso is a bit excessive. Sure do make it hard for the poor staff to receive tips for their work at that point. Luckily there are plenty of locally owned places to visit instead 😁.

Brilliant, kind, patient and fun staff! This place is run excellently and clearly in great hands. Treated this first timer like a princess lol. We drink a lot of coffee we usually stop to pick up some fresh from McDonald’s or any other fast food joint almost every morning and after coming here I can confidently say it’s the only place I’ll be getting coffee from now on! Got a caramalizer cold brew and pumpkin caramel crème brûlée cold brew and absolutely amazing! Some of the best coffee I’ve genuinely had. Great coffee taste, not too sweet or bitter. Perfect! Can’t wait to try the golden eagle chai next time I go.

Always fast friendly service here. If it gets a little backed up they come out and take your order. I use my app to order and pay, it also keeps track of my points towards my free one at 250 points. My drink is always exactly how I like it.

Stopped by here tonight after the monster truck show. The lady who took mine and my son's order was very friendly and sweet, and made our drinks quickly. Dutch bros, especially the ones located in the coos bay/north bend area, have always been amazing and will continue to have my business.

Hit&miss on whether your coffee is going to be burnt or not... DBros burns their shots LESS than Starbucks does, so when I feel like gambling on a coffee drink, DBros it is.... Though, it is disappointing, after buying a large caramelizer and realizing AFTER you leave, that you're just gonna end up throwing it away cuz it's burnt so bad.

I don't generally drink a lot of coffee, but this place is my favorite. I showed up the first day, not knowing what to get. Told them to surprise me. I love vanilla and caramel, blended. They made me a Golden Eagle. My favorite, by far. They're always quick on their feet, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I'd go higher than 5 stars if I could. High five, guys and gals! I'll be seeing you soon!

Amazing customer service!! I accidentally ordered a soda instead of a tea since the names are the same. We went back to get the tea instead and they made it free of charge AND refunded us $5 for the other drink! They're super friendly and the drinks are amazing too!

I normally hate going to any Dutch Bros. Only because I hate the million questions they ask while waiting for my coffee. Everyone knows, dont talk to someone till they have their coffee..... except Dutch employees, they'll ask you for your social security number just to make conversation. But these guys at this location are cool, not SO pushy, and no matter how long in between trips, they always remember me and my order. These are the good guys.
