Sean and his crew completed 3 different floor installations for us (2 residential and 1 commercial) using a variety of different wood species. We couldn’t be happier with the customer service, the scheduling of the installation, or the final product. We are on year 4 of our new floors at home, and I love them more every day. Sean also has an affinity for creative patterns and installations, which we chose to explore with the inclusion of live edge borders on our transitions. Our commercial space was done using salvaged maple flooring, and the floor looks amazing! We needed some extra contrast on our stairs after the install, and Sean was happy to accommodate with prompt service and beautiful walnut trim accents. Quality products and superior service. We have a unique Australian Spotted Gum Tree wood floor. The floor needed refinishing and Sean did a fantastic job for us. He communcated with us promptly, made a visit to evaluate our floor, provided a professional estimate and followed up with us frequently. These are the indicators of a true professional. When he and his crew came to our home, they were efficient, professional, and did exactly what was needed and within the time frame and estimated costs. He followed up after the job to check on our satisfaction. Our floor is beautiful and we are so happy with it. Sean and his crew installed oak flooring in the living room of a small cabin I have been remodeling. He provided great advice to me about how I should prepare the sub floor before he installed and finished the tongue and groove flooring. I provided the flooring which came from two different sources with very different widths and lengths. Sean laid the floor masterfully beautifully blending the mixed widths into a very pleasing pattern. This wasn’t the first time Sean did a floor for us. Cannot say enough about the quality and professional service provided by this company. They repaired and refinished hardwood floors that had been hidden under carpet for 60+ years. The floors turned out beautifully, and without being asked Sean came back a couple days later to install new grout around the hearth, and then to paint the grout. This company had a lot of positive reviews. So, I contacted them for an estimate. The average refurbishment of 1,000 square feet of hardwood floors in Oregon is $1500-$2000. The estimate for approximately 500 square feet from this company was nearly $4,000.00! For obvious reasons, I did not contract with them. It’s sad that , in a smaller community, price gouging happens.I’m doing the job myself for theOut of pocket price of just under $600. That includes equipment rental for a week.

I am so thankful for Sean and his crew! We had a last minute emergency situation. He came to the rescue and did a beautiful job on our 1900's original red oak floors. The floors had major stains from pets and God only know what else. He repaired it all, stained and sealed in a matter of days. Did a fantastic job and they look beautiful. He adjusted his schedule to help us in a tight situation and I will forever be grateful.
