Had a great experience. I had a long list of building supplies and George helped me get everything I needed. Got some advice on some projects I was working on and staff was patient with all my questions. Most of their prices beat big box store ( except T1 11) plus had free delivery. The guys that brought the delivery were super nice and stacked everything just where I wanted it. Will definitely continue to give them my business here!

Very helpful staff, always ready to help answer any silly questions us non contractors ask.Just watch out for the kid on the forklift, I almost got a fork stabbed through the door of my truck as he slid to a stop while going waaaaaaay too fast and not even looking forward.I can buy another door, but I can't buy another leg.Other than that, great store.Not a lot of "hardware store" kinda stuff, mostly lumber and framing hardware and some electrical stuff and flashing etc.If you need nuts and bolts and screws for a small project, go to Farrs.If you need lumber and roofing stuff and good advice and help, go here!

Folks at the counter we're very helpful. Walking the aisles the store was clean and well stocked. Was unable to locate a visible restroom but the store seems easily able to navigate for a wheelchair. The associates seem to know their stock and how that stock performs

Extremely helpful and lots of building materials and supplies. I’ve spent lots of money here and many trips. My rating isn’t based on a bad experience with any of the staff. They are all extremely nice and go out of their way to help. I would give five stars if: (1) were open on Sundays , (2) had prices on their building materials and (3) updated computer system. Almost worth taking the two hour drive to Home Depot or Lowe’s. I shouldn’t have to take pictures or write down SKU numbers to find out the prices at check out. Quite annoying. And they waste so much paper printing receipts with their outdated computer system. North Bend/Coos Bay could use a new hardware/lumber store if this is the best we have to offer people.

Fun, the guy at the gate teased me and said they were all out of they lumber I had paid for and after the look of shock in my face he said he was kidding.So, for payback, I told him one of the other guys told me this was black Friday week and you get two for the price of one. He laughed, I smiled and said have a Merry Christmas and he said the same to me and I left both of us smiling.

This is just the most delightful store, my dog would always get out of the house and chase the neighbor kid's. Lucky the kids would hear the barking and run back into their homes. But now I've got all new Windows and fence from here. It's mainly nice because I was also able to have my contractor install a run line for my dog as well. Now when the kids egg my house, I've weakened about 6 feet of l chain to my dogs line so it'll snap and get those darn kids.

Good overall prices. You will always find help, specially if you ask for it. Good luck with the outside regular lumber, ...got to dig through many of them to find one decent piece. Staff working outside are always nice and extremely helpful

Good place, wonderful staff. I have never had the customer service issues at first/probuild/lumbermans that I have had at home depot. Always cheerful and willing to help. I get 90% of my materials here. The only reasons they dont get 5 stars are that I am super picky about my framing lumber and I frequently have to "fish" for good boards. I also dont like having to dry it out before using it. That said, at least it is stored properly in a way that discourages further bending/warping in the wood.

Worst customer service ever! They are the rudest people in person and on the phone. You have to have the knowledge of a contractor to even talk to them because if you ask a question and it seems stupid to them, they give you an attitude for wasting thier timeI recommend this place to no one. They are also extremely overpriced!
