Justin Clinkenbeard in Sporting Goods went above and beyond, in my opinion, and helped me warranty an Okuma steelhead fishing rod that I broke the tip on, that I had just bought 1 week earlier... I hate dealing with returning/exchanging items and he made it quick, easy and hassle-free.... that's why Bi-Mart is ALWAYS my first stop for hunting/fishing gear.

March 2023: Oster induction set is still going strong. The spring offerings here are fantastic! Seeds and fertilizer plus pots of live plantsNov 15: 2021: Got a whole Oster induction ready pot set for $50! What a find! I would have gotten one single pan on Amazon for that.My family has been using this Bi-mart location for about 2 years. Customer service is wonderfully friendly making the purchase experience a pleasure. The only time I have been disappointed in this specific store is in special sales where the most advertised item never arrived in store.There are generous amounts of choice in each department from clothing to makeup. I wouldn't mind having more in the way of single cans of hard seltzer. I have never had a problem with returns, either exchanging the item for another one, or receiving a refund.Online purchasing system is up and working well now which makes me really happy. I ordered 2 chairs late at night and by 8 am the next morning received an email that they were ready for pick up. The system is surprisingly easy to use.I would also like to thank them for keeping the mask requirement in place. Your understanding of our vulnerabilities and necessary safety protocols until this pandemic is truly over is gratifying. Thank you for being a place I love to purchase from regularly!

It took me two years, but I'm back to BiMart off of 4th st. Love this place, found everything I needed with help, of course and they were excellent, took me to where I could find my items and were gracious and patient with my indecisiveness. Can't wait until I go back again! Thank you BiMart!

The service was just downright awful. There was absolutely nobody in the sporting department and after calling for help it took a while for help with ammo. They couldn't find the products advertised in their weekly mailer and between the employee and the supervisor they had close to zero knowledge about the products they were selling. They even devolved into whinging to each other about their jobs instead of trying to sell anything. I'm sure these liberal leaning employees won't be satisfied until the store sells only soy beans and goes completely out of business.

Always go on Tuesday check my lucky number went for 11 years and never won found out each store has their own numbers so make sure that you use your card at the store you got it from. Bi mart still the one for me

Great store, very handy for a quick shopping visit to pick up gardening supplies, shelving, fishing and hunting gear. They have a decent enough selection of DVDS for your Plex or Jellyfin server needs, good for the classics. They now have a slightly expanded craft beer section with great beer at good prices. The staff are always very polite and friendly.

I'm a fan of Bi-Mart generally, but had an especially good experience today. I had a large cart full of items and my own bags. A very kind gentleman named Dan helped me at the register. He was eficent, helpful, and excellent at his job. He grabbed a flat box for my canned goods, and helped me load my cart. Seems like a small thing, but I appreciated the extra help and not feeling rushed.

I had to replace some very old paint and I needed it to match the previous paint. apparently this color no longer exists, however the staff was so nice and very helpful and probably spend 15 minutes helping me choose a color. they were extremely polite and gracious. it was a great experience! I definitely recommend this place 😊

Have not been to a Bi-Mart I didn't like.Have been treated well at all of them.Clean stores.Clean restrooms.Good service.Nice people.Good deals.Only reason we like one over the others is that we are used to it & know were everything is.Otherwise they are all very comfortable welcoming places with helpful happy respectful employees that we appreciate very much.

Customer service here is pretty bad. It is almost impossible to track down employees for assistance because they're never in their own department. I usually have to call the store from inside the store and ask for assistance in a department to locate anyone. However, the store itself always has really good deals on great products.

This is one of the nicest stores that I've been in, and I get around. A cashier at this location really had a hard time ringing up the cooler that I was buying but that's about the only issues I saw. Store is neat, well stocked and organized. B+
