We were surprised by a recent car breakdown near Coos Bay OR and fortunately are members of AAA. Once we were connected with the Coos Bay center, it was not long before a tow truck arrived and were on our way to Morin's Auto Repair in Coos Bay. If an experience like this can be considered positive, AAA made it so. My only complaint is, when calling, you are presented with a number of "advertisements" before you are connected with a person, which is the last thing you want to deal with when the adrenaline is rushing to get help. A direct connection is what you need like it used to be

Got my 1 yr roadside assistance policy in a flash, was greeted by Josh and he hooked me up in minutes with my new policy, I feel great having AAA. Stop in and see them for any insurance needs you have, he'll take care of you.

Stopped here during travel about a month ago. Very helpful and friendly staff; set us up with maps and recommended a great place for chowder.This office visit was a great reminder of what a great blessing AAA can be when travelling.

I have car insurance through Josh Bementz at AAA..good luck trying to get through to him..the telephone number listed rings through to Portland, his email address on his business card is incorrect. This place needs more insurance agents!!!' Commerce West increased their rates two times last year..no one told me!!Their towing card is good..

Today I was denied access to this location's public bathroom illegally despite my urgent medical need. It is incredibly unprofessional to publicly berate a potential consumer for their medical condition. I'm a clean cut female driving a new truck and not easily confused with a drug addict or fecalpheliac. I write this hoping management reconsiders their choices in employees.

My family has had AAA for a few years....and when my daughter locked her keys in her car 2 days ago she had a TERRIBLE 1st experience!!!!She was with us hanging out with the family when she locked her keys in her car. She called AAA and they told her that there was a guy 30 miles away and they would call her when he was on his way. They promptly call her back and told her that their employe was on his way.... .only to call back 40 minutes later and tell her that he really wasn't on his way!When a man FINALLY did show up.. 2 HOURS LATER (after she'd called the first time)... he wasn't professional AT ALL! He told my daughter that she " shouldn't lock her car's trunk" and that her car was a "hard car to unlock"... she felt terrible... humiliated in front of the family members that had gathered around to see this man unlock her car. He ended up popping the trunk and SHE crawled through and got her keys. When the man was popping the trunk he tore the trim on the corner of the door on her car!Bottom line....My daughter was lied to....waited to 2 hrs for help (which should have been there in 30 min) was humiliated, frustrated, and will NOT be recommending AAA. My daughter feels as though she has wasted her money this past year with AAA, and if she was to do things over she would NOT go through AAA....!!!!!!!!!!
