There are many qualities that I admire about our local dispensary. Of course, one that we'd all agree on is their top-notch products. Yet, I think what we'd all agree on the most is their amazing staff and Customer Service skills. It's extremely rare in today's world to find individuals who have genuine servant hearts. Not here. At Citi Zen, the Owners may be younger than most (mainly speaking for myself lol!) but they have not forgotten where they came from and hold true to the old-school mentality and values of not only the vital importance of marijuana's medicinal benefits but the traditions of bringing people together and sitting in a circle as we all take our place at the table and pass a rolled slice of zen. Like the days I remember and cherish we become one to form a family of like-minded, optimistic people who share in whatever way possible to uplift and encourage us all to work together to keep our community thriving...to do good unto others.Those whom they've chosen to serve and assist us at the dispensary are all sincere and gentle-spirited caregivers who truly have the desire to be a blessing as we purchase and go about our daily lives. Each individual there has also shown by their knowledge of each product there, their seriousness in making sure we get exactly what we need to function in a world that's otherwise gone mad. It is because of their employees' work ethics, and loyalty to the owners and guests that make me a lifetime member,of the family. They're all too happy to not let me leave without the hugs I ask each of them for. It's an essential part of my visit because I take with me, not only the BEST products at the BEST prices...I also leave-taking their amazingly positive vibes that last till we meet again. All the employees are marvelous but of course, anywhere we go we connect on different levels with different people. Props to All Employees and those who have made a huge difference in my life...even away from here. Quality flower, with many great strains to choose from. Flower was all harvested within a couple of months and didn’t seem too dry which is a huge plus! You can get eyes on all the flower with large magnifying glass plus check the smell to make sure it’s a good strain for you. Weighed/packaged in front of you. All my preferred ways to buy flower. Highly recommend for your flower needs.

Nice shop, GREAT staff, reasonably decent stock... and the most expensive prices I have seen in 4 states.Would love to use them... only shop near me... but going 30 miles away saves over $100 p/oz. (you read that right... they're REAL expensive)Not a difficult decision to make.

Please please do not buy here I'm very disappointed I bought some pre-rolls from them it was supposed to be an infused and it turned out to be none of the above it had a little bit of taste of tobacco and very very old marijuana it did not have nothing to do with infused as well the taste of the infused wasn't even there it was a lie hush by the way that's the name of the brand they sell very low quality marijuana at very high price don't buy.

This shop is worth your time. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they adhere to COVID precautions. I visited another local shop prior to this one and felt they were more concerned about selling cannabis as a party drug - they didn't get me at all. I came here second and was immediately greeted with knowledge about their product, and felt they were more in tune with cannabis in a respectable way. They deserve your business.

Great prices and even better service! They have some competition in town but Citi Zen hands down takes the crown for best dispensary around. I was helped by David (I think that's his name, sir with the fresh ink 😎) he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be coming back!

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful especially Curtis. They not only comply with COVID regulations but also take precautionary and neccasary steps to ensure the safety of their staff and customers. If you're in or near Pacific City, OR I highly suggest this dispensary be your #1 choice. You will not be disappointed with their selections of top shelf products or the service you receive. 10/10 will recommend to everyone I talk to!

SUCH a friendly experience. Never been able to go to a dispensary in the coast til this year, and this was my first. Family owned and SUCH amazing staff and beyond outgoing and friendly. I was recommended the perfect flower for my budget and edibles. Will be coming back everytime I visit the Coast♥️

Friendly peeps but small inventory. Prices could be better and their weed seems a bit low quality. Bought some 5g gummies and ate three of them later that night. Took hours for them to hit my system and the high didn't last very long. Had a similar experience with both their blunts and pre rolls. Maybe the flower will be okay?

I had been checking their online menu for over a week and it hadn't been updated for a month then one day or said updated 14 hours ago. So I drive the 20 miles thinking they have what I want. The menu said so but nope, both kinds I wanted were gone and had been gone. I was told I should have called first. Well what the friggin heck is the online menu for? And if your going to update-DO IT RIGHT
