When approaching the front counter we noticed the worker (female) appeared dirty and she smelled horribly, she had sores all over her face and you could tell she was high. Unbelievable that the manager did not take notice. We will not ever return to this store.

Good selection of general food and household goods. Prices are far better than the local Gas Station Markets which are your only other choices save the one grocery in town.Sometimes, the clerks vanish and you have to wait a minute or two for one to appear to ring you up. Hence the 1-Star deduction.

I was pleasantly surprised by the large inventory of just about everything, However I was looking for some small bottles of arts and crafts acrylic paints which they did not carry, but all in all it's a great well stocked store priced at what a "dollar" store should be.

I absolutely love this store! I call it the little walmart! They have an awesome variety of goods. Pretty much everything you might need as far as household essentials and foods. And the pricing is very comparative to Walmart and I've found all of my favorite items that other stores in town discontinued or do not carry! I was worried that it mite hurt local business, but, I think it has become a new local asset! Thank you Dollar General!

My biggest pet peeve there, is trying to shop with their stock carts blocking the shelves. You can't get to anything just annoying

The manager is a doll. I love shopping there. They always have what I need at a great price. So, the other day I had miss read the cost of a bagof snacks. I was 1.75 short. I could have put it back. The manager , took her own cc and came around, swiped it and paid for it. I told her i would be back in a couple hours to pay her. She said dont even worry about it. I came back at 230 in the afternoon. I paid her back 2.00. She hugged me and thanked me and said; you didnt have to. I said yes, i did. I will never as long as i live forget her kindness to a stranger. I will always support that store.. Dollar General,, you rock.

So happy to see one of these chains in the great PNW! Transplant from Central Florida where these are a staple lol Clatskanie DG is a great representation of fast friendly and personal service! Excellent customer service, lower than Walmart prices when it comes to the H&B products and paper goods. Great app for extra savings :)

Finally I found a "Dolla Gentral! I am from Georgia and this is a store I truly missed!! Glad to finally get my Southern bottom in one! The prices were amazing and the lady behind the register was super friendly!! I was impressed!!

Generally speaking, most items in this store are NOT one dollar. That said, there are some very decent deals with which have given me cause to frequent this chain of stores.

Right on the highway 30, south side of the street, brand new store in Clatskanie. Good for a quick stop before the longer stretch to the next town on either direction.

This location only has coke products, when dollar generals have a contract with Pepsi. So if you want Pepsi products look elsewhere.
