Tatiana has been taking care all of my dogs grooming needs for years and is wonderful. One of my dog's is a monster and she still manages to deal with her. Can't recommend her enough, very professional

This is ridiculous...I call and call and call and call, for weeks now.Not once has anyone picked up.You can't book online unless you are booking the entire grooming package, Walk-in's aren't available. And if you work 135 hours a week with only one day off, apparently you can't ever get a nail trim for your dog, or appointment.Shouldn't offer a service that can't be provided.

To be fair we did not end up getting grooming, but the woman at this particular location was seemingly having a pretty bad day, was condescending, and not easy to work with. We had rabies vaccine papers but not the right ones (make sure to ask which papers before going), and she did not explain until I had to call to clarify/ did not try to honor the appt.

They did a very good job. My only concern is they took 3 1/2 hours. My dog is not use to being in a kennel. I would prefer to be called the minute they are done with her.

This was my puppies first grooming. This was my first time taking a puppy to grooming. I always had cats. She was shaking she was so nervous. I felt SO guilty. Once the groomer greeted her and talked to her she calmed and I was reassured. We will be back! Thank you.

I come to the store different days and they NEVER have the Instict Protein dry food. I go all the way to Tualatin and they have stock, why? If this store sells more than they should order to meet the demand. Very frustrating!

My dogs groomer Jen always does a good job and takes pride in doing her job and my dog loves her groomer I go out of my way and commute a little longer to make sure my dog has the best care

Currently this Petco has only 2 groomers, so these are hard working girls who are intelligent professionals with some serious skills, both with the 4 legged clients and their owners
