We called Haven hot tubs to repair our rather old but beloved hot tub which wasn’t heating up. They scheduled us quickly and had the repair man out promptly. It was a tough job as the hot tub is sunk into the deck and the area under is not so pretty… but he was a good sport and got it repaired and charged a very reasonable price. We will be loyal to this company from now on!

We knew less-than-nothing about hot tubs but Haven has been incredible with helping us find the right model, recommending an electrician, fulfillment and then post-sale service. The service is the reason you go here, forget Costco or other places that might (mind you I said *might*) be cheaper, stay local and get better service, 100%.

Steph, Facio, and Adam were very respectful of us and our home. Steph communicated well with us prior to arrival to keep us apprised of the delivery time. No surprises and no drama. We are very happy to have learned about Haven Spas even though we are 90 minutes away because our Corvallis spa company failed time and time again to return our calls and has very limited choices.

I had Haven out to service our two fireplaces. They are very old (29 years). Neither were working, I was sure I would have to buy new ones, but the tech got them both working, cleaned them and even got the remote working that hadn't worked in the 12 years we have owned our home. He completed the work in a few hours. He was polite, professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them!

The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The two installers wasted no time, knew exactly what they were doing, and answered any questions I had. Even the stupid questions! I don’t usually do reviews but Haven went above and beyond from the time my wife and I came to the showroom in Beaverton. I’ve The install crew did a great job with the install. It was a very tight area to move the tub into and they showed up with everything needed to make it happen at no additional charge! Everyone I have dealt with at Haven has been personable, professional and very helpful. All phases of my hot tub purchase (sales, finance and install) have been excellent and I will confidently recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you so much for a truly pleasurable experience!

I had Haven Pool, Spa & Hearth come out to check for an apparent leak in our swim spa. After several minutes of checking different spots around the pumps, jets and joints, Joshua discovered the source of the leak and made the necessary repair. Very satisfied with the work by Joshua and Haven Pool!
