These people really gave us the opportunity to calm down and get our bearings after we almost totaled our bus. So my friend and I flew out to upstate Washington to buy a school bus. Driving during the night we didn’t realize we were in the mountains and that there was black ice. We got stuck in the snow for several hours. Mind you we’re from Los Angeles and have no experience with this climate. This Pilot was the closest place to us. We sat here till the roads were clear. They gave us lots of caution and told us to stay and when it’d be safe to leave. Big shout out for being amazing hosts. Rainy and Julie y’all are the best!

DO NOT RESERVE PARKING HERE, THEY WONT HAVE A SPOT FOR YOU!!! We reserved parking because we knew there was a storm coming, when we got there they said they couldnt move trucks because of the storm. Lol are you serious, so instead of us parking in the parking lot we had to go down the road and park on the side. Just be aware that if you reserve parking, you are not going to get your spot, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT TRUCKERS.

Store was good. Showers were clean. One question is it just me or has pilot and flying j seemed to have turned down the water temperature in their Showers? Last couple of Showers have been lukewarm at best

This place is busy. They say rv friendly on their web site but if you are linger than 40 feet combined ed length use the out side lanes. Due to store parking the inner pumps will be tough

Excellent showers! Get really hot and the water pressure is great! Small in terms of parking space for semi's but if you are in the area and need to do hygiene and rest I recommend it

There is a Subway sandwich shop here. They serve breakfast sandwiches here for a quick bite and get back on the road, much healthier and more filling than McDonalds.

Amazing place to stop, use the restroom, get snacks, lunch, dinner, entertainment for the little ones, gas. They have an amazing assortment of so many things, and a great selection of coffee drinks. Thoroughly impressed!Stopping here halfway through our trip, made our trip a treat!Great customer service too!Really looking forward to stopping here everytime we are in town!!

So it is self serve and silly people don't know it is. Sat behind a girl just sitting in her car on her phone for 15 minutes. Changed to another lane, person was eatting their lunch in the lane!

We had a reserved spot , apparently it was done after midnight , they were super full not only did they promptly refund our money the very polite man working walked outside with my husband and assess the situation. That area had been hit with major snow storms the past week so parking was a real issue! But he was able to show us to some over flow parking. (No charge) His kindness was so appreciated! Thank you so much!

The staff I interacted with were nice and professional, but I won't be parking at this location ever again.This is the second time I have stayed at this location and both times I have had someone siphon fuel from my tank.If I ever come back here I will get my fuel/items from inside and leave.

They charge $18 for a shower and provide a much smaller space with less necessities. The water pressure was pretty much not existent. The water only got Luke warm and they had the regular ac unit blasting like the North Pole. Wanted to take a hot shower and go to sleep and wound up freezing my whole shower and being irritated!

Nice clean store with plenty of stock on hand. It can be a bit busy at times, but considering where it is, that is not unexpected. The restrooms were clean and the employees cheerful and welcoming. They have the fuel pumps in the rear for the big rigs but the entrance and exit can be a bit crowded. They do have plenty of snacks and drinks, as well as some groceries, and though prices are a bit higher than in larger cities, the prices are fair for the community.

Very friendly workers! Their paid tire air service didn’t work so they let me use the truck stop to put air in my tires. Great trucker merchandise inside. I bought a phone mount but saw some car charging port cooking appliances that were clever! Shower services available and clean bathrooms. Very impressed by this stop.

If you're going to monopolize the market and run every other business out of town, at least offer good food. At 9:30pm everything in town was closed except pilot. But their subway was closed too because only one person working and she left for break. Very little selection for hot food in the store. Hot dogs, but no buns.

12/23/20Around 8:00 amThe place itself is decent. The restroom was actually ok but these two ladies pretty much was focus on me the entire time. When I finally came to the register one of the ladies gave a really dry “is this all for you” like she really didn’t want to speak to or assist me. The great thing about this experience is I was able to keep $200 that obviously wouldn’t have been appreciated and will give to someone else. Around Christmas, I always put $200 in a Christmas card and randomly give the card to 10 people in random states. I’m so glad I didn’t waste it on someone not so nice. I would say maybe she was having a bad day but that can’t be it, as I seen her interact with others just fine.

It is a pretty good truck stop. The parking lot does fill up , so don't show up late and expect to easily park. They have clean restrooms. They have the normal food court restaurants. It is easy to see from the freeway and easy to get back to the freeway.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!When I arrived at the Pilot I was completely frazzled. My phone had died due to a faulty charging cord. Vicky from the Subway (inside the Pilot)was kind, she loaned me her charger and invited me to sit in the Subway out of the cold. Tamara (at the Pilot) gave me really good advice about night driving. Matt was awesome, he downloaded an app on my phone so that I could be tracked by my loved ones. It took awhile because of my outdated phone. He was very patient and funny. Randy (with those gorgeous blue eyes) suggested night time glasses (I was unaware of such a thing).Tamara, I followed your advice, arrived home safely. Thank you so much for all of your help and outstanding customer service.
