The burger was great, fries could've been a bit better but we had a good meal. The owner seemed a nice guy. Good spot where we will for sure stop again when traveling north or south.

Worst customer service ever! Took the family to get breakfast (5 of us) both girls needed to use the restroom the waiter said we had to order first. "Ok" fine. But then we where told we could oder breakfast or lunch but the whole table had to pick on or the other. Since "everyone" had to order "Immediately" to use the restroom we could not look at any of the menus between lunch and breakfast. I even tried to order just an egg to start just so the girls could use the bathroom and I said we all will be ordering more we just need time to choose what we want. That was still not ok...I have a 6 year old! A choice takes time if nothing else just for him! Anyway....I ordered 1 scrambled egg, hash browns and toast for each of us and we waited for over 25 minutes for 5 scrambled eggs, 5 hash browns and toast. On top of all that! (If that was not enough) we watched about a dozen people walk in.. use the bathroom...and leave! They did not get stopped..they did not even order food!!!! And we even saw the sign on the door that said "restrooms for customers only" we wanted food and still got treated like trash. Finally we got out bill and it was 9 dollars a plate, ripped off to say the least. I would recommend this place to someone I hated.

Ran down, over priced, literally can't remember the last time I had something so bad. I ordered the French dip only because I had to order something. My 3 year old needed the restroom. There is literally a whole in the wall and you can see into the woman's restroom. (Don't get excited) I paid almost 16$ for a hotdog bun with some meat in it and the sauce literally looked like tea. Oh and not even a handful of fries

Try the Big Ugly! I didn't, but I've heard stories about it-it's a legend. I had to settle on the Mt. Thielsen. It was a perfect burger. They only use Oregon grass fed beef. I mean, I love to complain about businesses if they deserve it but it takes more motivation to leave a good review because businesses are supposed to do things "good" as they are taking our money as customers. I had to leave a review here where it was certainly due. One of a kind atmosphere you can only find in the middle of.... Nowhere.

The place don't look like much,but it was clean and the food was fantastic. If you're on a diet this ain't the place for you. I couldn't quit eating the burger long enough to get a decent pic. There must be near a pound of meat on that thing and it is 1 of the smaller ones on the menu. And did I mention the home cooked fries

Great food and quick service! Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. The food was very fresh too. The restraunt is clean but the restroom is outside and a bit creepy. A good quick stop on the way through.

I actually gave an extra star than I ordinarily would have given because the Marionberry Pie was THAT good. I've never had pie like that and it was phenominal.The wrap was okay. I got the crunchy chicken wrap and it came with Pringles on the side (yum!). The wrap was pretty stale but the other ingredients were fresh and the mayo-relish was also really tasty.People complain about the customer service. It's not a warm place where you're going to have a waitress calling you "hun", etc. The only guy working there w/ his granddaughter was nice enough and I didn't have any issues. Look at where you are before you complain about the service.

As a business owner myself I have never understood why people think a business should pay for non-customers to pee and poop! Just because you have to GO, doesn't mean we should have to pay for your water, lights, toilet paper and paper towels.Your unplanned moment is not our problem. This place is as hillbilly as it gets and I think it's great! The food was delicious and the toothless waitress was very polite. Could this place be a little cleaner? Sure it could, but who cares. See you at the next rest area, running for the restroom were you should have stopped before you stopped at the cafe.....

This is the biggest burger i have had and good it hat everything in it they place i ok but the taste on this burger was excellent if your passing by and want to have a good and juicy and big burger try the ugly it is a big big burger it is not for all and the price is ok for the portion of meet that you are getting you get four patties of beef,bacon,pastrami,ham,onion,mushroom,cheese and your regular veggies like tomatoes onion and a good part of lettuce the were all fresh and everything was cook at the time of the order for two people running the place i will say the do a great job and will definitely come back to try the big ugly ones more.My wife and kids had a bacon cheeseburger and they were all places whit what they had one of my kid did make a comment on why do i have to pay extra for frays but when he git the and were good he did say o i see why because they are made fresh every time so over all is a good place to stop and have something to eat we will definitely do it once more

Great food and very nice host! We stopped there by chance on our way from Crater Lake and were so happy we did! Everything was fresh and tasty (best marionberry pie EVER!!!) and we had a nice chat with the owner. We came short before they were closing, but it was no rush to finish our meal. Nice authentic place.

Kevin who owns and works the restaurant does amazing job. He stayed late after closing to accommodate our mini cooper group. He worked his butt off to serve our needs. The food was excellent and Kevin was very friendly.Parking: The parking area is open.

The Junction burger was delicious. The fries are fresh made and are a little different. Restuarant is clean and the lady running the place was nice. Came in half an hour before close and she have use the time to finish out meal.

Unorganized chaos. One woman was cooking and working the register. Another young lady was taking orders but obviously inexperienced, not allowed to “touch the register”. The owner kept calling on the phone, so was distracting the cook even more. However, as much as the owner was close enough to call and monitor, the owner did not come to help anyone. We paid for our watery lemonade and, after asking if they had even started our food yet (10 minutes later and they hadn’t), we left. I understand COVID presents hassles. But that was beyond. Sorry.

Coordinated a few days ahead of time and stopped in with 10 MINI Coopers and 20 people. Kevin worked is butt off and served all fabulous meals in under 30 minutes.Don’t let the exterior scare you off this was one amazing old school dinner!

Do not recommend unless you want to be discriminated against. Refused to serve Hispanic patrons that were looking for a place to eat a late lunch, leave a generous tip and charge a work laptop. Turned away by heavy set Caucasian man that said "no sorry, we are not set up for extra curricular activities like for that you can go up the road" Lets take into consideration not a living person was sitting at the tables, nor the bar it was completely empty on a Wednesday midday with plenty of daylight 4pm not a holiday or a busy season either. He rather not serve us and turn us away then to make some money for his business. If that's not below standard customer service then I don't know what is. Very disappointing in America in 2023.

I visited this place hopeful to eat their famous giant pancake but turns they didn't have any. So I order a breakfast sandwich and it what they brought me it was more like a grilled sandwich. So disappointed 😞
