This place is huge! Decent selection of houseplants (Large FLF for $50!), but the outdoor plant selection is amazing. P.S. Lots of cool pet stuff, too. 🐕

Great place to shop. Friendly people and prices are competitive. If you're in need of feed in bulk they also have that. You need fertilizer?Yep they got that too.For drivers picking up or dropping off they load and unload fast and you have the convenience store across the street as well as a pharmacy within walking distance.

I would like to let everyone know the fish at the grange don't live long every time we buy expensive fish from here they die within 2 days !!!! We just spent over 30.00 on two fish and they both die in less than 3 days!!! We have the same fish in the tank from another pet store in Medford for over a year now that are doing great!!Most pet stores will refund your money when they don't make it if you bring them back with a receipt in a timely manner but the grange doesn't. To me that is bad customer service ! Just beware before you buy fish from there!!!

Trevor was amazing! Went out of his way to help us with specific information about product. It wasn't exactly what I was after but still glad we came in. He had a very good vibe about him. Store was nice and clean. Lady in clothing was great too.

I stopped in today to get cat food, ended up over in the fish/animal section.Peaches began interacting with my woman and myself. While we were in awe at how sweet Peaches was being, Brian (Grange Employee) would let us know some facts or things peaches enjoyed. After some time an noticing the admiration on our end and curiosity from Peaches, Brian opened the cage and allowed Peaches to come see her new friends.Needless to say the whole experience left me completely and utterly overjoyed. Peaches made a massive impact on the quality of my day and I owe a huge thank you to Brian for allowing us to share that moment.Things like this earn you life long customers.Thank you Brian & Peaches for making this guys day!

Great fish care at this store! It was so refreshing to go somewhere where the employees seem to care about all the animals, even the fish. The in-store tanks were clean and healthy, the employees asked me about my tanks before selling the fish, and seemed genuinely knowledgeable. The guppies I purchased are so cute and doing much better than any I have gotten from petco and petsmart. Gorgeous bettas in clean cups too! My new go-to for fish.

Visited the store today to purchase a hamster. We had tons of questions and the employee (Abby) was so helpful. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. She really took time to go over everything with us. She was so patient with our kids. We had gone to another pet store last night and left empty handed. After today’s great experience we will always visit the grange for out pet store needs.

The Grange Co-Op located over here in Central Point is a good place to stop by for some shopping. They are located conveniently right there off of highway 99, and have a nice easy to use parking lot.The facilities are fairly clean and well laid out. And the employees are nice and helpful, and seem to know what they're about. They have a good selection of hardware, tools, farm and ranch supplies, and much more.Next time you're in this neighborhood, stop on by!

I will never step foot in that Grange Coop again!!! Which is unfortunate because the gentleman in the small animal is amazing and truly the best thing in the entire store. My reason for not going back...the extremely RUDE and unhelpful cashiers and other staff who LITERALLY told us to look up on their website what we need and come back when we know what they can sell me. They couldn't answer feed inventory questions or price questions...the only answer we kept getting was "look it up yourself".If I want to shop online, I wouldn't have come into the store, and I would just have it shipped. We like to keep our money in the community....thought Grange Coop did too, but apparently not!!!Coastal it will remain for us!

I just moved to Grants Pass and our family raises pygmy goats. I have had a difficult time finding Showmaker pygmy grain. I called the GP Grange and they said no to ordering the feed because they couldn't sell it. After talking to a breeder that lived in the area, she recommended calling the Central Point location because she previously purchased it there. I called and spoke to Donna Marie and she put me on hold. When she came back on the phone she told me she called the manufacturer and order me a few bags! Thank you so much for taking the time and getting the product that I need!

Enjoy coming to this Grange as they have a wider variety of items. We get most of our pet supplies from here. Houseplants are beautiful and a good selection. Love the plant pot selection. Customer service lacks at times.

Love this location. Wish I lived closer. We were referred here by staff at Boot Barn because we were looking for Ariat stuff. They have a great selection of clothing and concealed carry purses! Prices on clothing wasn't terrible but the purses were very expensive. They had one that I REALLY wanted but I just couldn't bring myself to spend nearly $200 on a Ariat purse. I regretted it after I left and have not been able to find the purse online. This will be a stop we make when we are in the area every time!

Always love going here! Took my 18 month old grandson with me today and he loved the bunnies, birdies and the bearded dragons. I found some high protein / limited ingredient cat food for my 16 lb beautiful bag -o- blades Bella (and less expensive and better nutritional value than her food I was ordering from Amazon), my Golden Fire pellets for her litter box, fly strips (tried to find them 3 other places), a hammock and toys for my daughter's pet rat Stuart, and my new favorite Carhartt hoodie on sale!!!! Also picked up 4 pumpkins for us. Thank you Grange, always a pleasure doing business with you

It's hard to describe how I feel about the Grange Co-Op in Central Point, because I've never been to a place quite like the Grange Co-Op in Central Point! It's part big-box home-improvement store - meets - farm supply store, but with a local touch that tells you that they really care about what their customers think! On my first visit there, my senses were overwhelmed with SO MUCH attention to detail in everything they do! Meticulously kept, and well-thought-out, their supply chain is sure to meet (and exceed) anything you want to do with your home / garden / farm (and I wouldn't be surprised if they offer more items and services that I'm not even aware of!)Overall, the Grange Co-Op far exceeds anything that I could've imagined. My family and I enjoyed buying gorgeous flowers and plants, a small toy for the kiddo (and, we definitely know where we're gonna shop when it comes to buying our next indoor pet -- and chickens)!I feel truly lucky that such a place exists to close to us... because in the multiple states I've visited, I've not known of such a place.

Awesome store! However, the area inside near the garden smells like a plastic monster died and started rotting. Not good for my weak-*** nose and lungs, but that's my problem. Cashiers and assistants were very kind and helpful.

Ok I have to brag about the boys working the service station! I needed six bales of straw. Of course I did not realize how big they were going to be. Despite my poor planning the guys loaded them up with a cheerful attitude and strapped them to my car. To the guys that were working the Sunday shift June 12th from about 4-5pm- Thank you! are all amazing and awesome: keep up the great customer service.

Love this local company. Almost always have what I want. I only wish that the small pet section was better. They really lost a lot of their selection when they combined the 2 stores. But. Still 5 stars. Oh, and the employees are ALL amazing.

I LOVE Grange Co-Op. But, this ones pet section made me super upset. There were at least 10 medium rats in a 10 gallon tank. The mouse tanks were even worse. Extremely overfilled with adults and babies. The only plus is that everything seemed clean, just way overstocked. Hopefully this isn't a continuous problem because I did like their fish selection.

I went with a friend on August 13, 2020, saw a beautiful mrtyle crepe bush, rounded off $300.00 planted in container. I found a employee, and asked if they delivered, why yes we do, couldn't be happier, I was willing to pay the fee, now I am really happy!! I, went with my friend to buy and arrange delivery, then the story starts to change, huh? Well, you need to purchase the item and pay for delivery, however, I can't give you any estimate of when, the product will be delivered, not a week or weeks ECT. We're not very happy, but go to pay, then we're informed, you can't pay for delivery, by the same lady, who said to! I am informed well a guy retired, and something about, another guy! I didn't care of their excuse, why did you say, yes and a minute later say NO? Do you think, your company, needs to lie to sell an item anyway possible? I bought, this item, it was a plant, We had been looking for, Grange Co-op got $299.99. Be for warned of the tactics used by this store, that has multiple other locations, but seems they don't help each other out. You should be embarrassed and ashamed, on how you, treat your customers!! Your plants are 5 star, customer service, communication 1 star. Yes, the virus is a problem, using it as a convenice for not doing something is outrageous!!!! I am wondering 60 dollars for a radius of 10 miles, really fair. Then told the cost of every mile over the 10 was $150.00, per mile, my friend heard, was this another attempt, to not deliver. Simple enough to say, at this time deliveries are not available, don't make up a story! I, also called corporate, right up the road, yes another case of miscommunication! Now promised a phone call back, strike 3. Is this another miscommunication, I don't think so, pure arrogance, I have to assume!! To poor Peaches, the cockatoo, you use to be so happy, what have they done to you?? Please sell Peaches, several places, just shouldn't have a parrot, as a mascot. I am sorry, to say, yours is one, don't take this personally, just not the right place!! Finally your stores are now asking for donations, put a jar out. Please stop asking for donations!!!! While, I consider this store as local, for the management not to return a phone call is outrageous. This, again is a local place were suppose to support. I, will not support any store, who doesn't care about, there customers, enough said!!
