Bubbles and Bows is such a great place. My cat had rolled in something and was a mess. Angie had me bring her right in, shaved her and didn’t even charge me. They groom both my dog and cat. I highly recommend them. They are so nice and the place is clean and organized.

I cannot say enough positive things about the incredible grooming experience my beloved Bella had at Bubbles & Bows! The staff was welcoming and friendly. They showed genuine care and affection to Bella right from the moment we stepped in the door. It's evident that they have a real passion for animals, and that put my mind at ease knowing Bella was in loving hands.The grooming was exceptional and surprisingly quick, considering Bella was about 3-weeks overdue for her cut. It was evident that the groomer was skilled and efficient.Lastly, the price for the service was very reasonable. I feel like I got value for my money, and I will gladly return for future grooming needs.

Mindy and her staff are kind and caring first and foremost. They are skilled at their job and do an excellent job with one dog who needs his hair cut. They are also so good with our other dog who is always nervous. They take the extra step of examining the dogs from nose to tail for anything irregular and once found a foxtail buried between two toes! My dogs love them too!

They have great customer service here! My two dogs are afraid to get their nails cut, but they are very sweet and patient with them. I have tried several dog grooming places, and this is by far my favorite!

We stopped by today as they were closing with 3 dogs needing a nail trim. Two of our dogs are elderly, and they had no problem staying late and accommodating us. My dogs bite when ever anyone cuts their nails, but they were so loving and caring, my dogs sat for the nail trim and didn't wine or bite. This place is adorable but more importantly a place where they love dogs and you can be assured your babies will be well cared for.

I can not emphasize enough how highly I recommend this place. They had the most caring and compassionate staff. Angie and Dale do an incredible job with clipping my dogs nails. My dog is the most terrified and nervous dog when it comes to nail clippings and no other location will accept him because he is a handful but Bubbles and Bows embrace him with open arms and have never seen such fast and efficient work because they clipped his nails so quickly!

As always, they were amazing!! My furbaby wasn't sure about going inside at first, but when she did, the gal who did her 'mani/pedicure ' was very patient and calm with her . My baby was a very happy-girl when it was over and walked out with a big smile on her face ☺️☺️!!

I took my two border collies in today for their first visit. I was happy with their introduction to the owner and her demeanor as she explained their process and took the time to "get to know" my girls. When I returned for them I was frankly amazed. My older gal had so much fur to remove and it always seems she gets cut too short at my old groomer. These ladies did an INCREDIBLE job. My pup is very skittish at the groomers but for once she did not run to me like she had been tortured. They actually seemed reluctant to leave their new friends. I am THRILLED to have found my new groomer for as long as they will have us.

Bubbles and Bows is a wonderful place to have my dog groomed. The girls are caring, friendly and take excellent care of your pets. There is an outdoor fenced area and the shop has a bright clean open floor plan. There is always a bow placed on my dog's collar, its so cute.

Lenny had his first appointment at the shop today with Angi and it went great! I was worried because it had been years since he’d been to the groomer and he can sometimes act really nervous, especially when I’m not around. Angi took wonderful care of Lenny! She took the time to connect with him when they first met and tried to make him feel comfortable, which made me feel comfortable. She did a wonderful job with the grooming, he looks adorable. Everyone I spoke to that worked there was professional, had a friendly attitude, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Lenny and I will certainly be back. Thank you Angi and the entire staff! We appreciate you!

I took my cat to get his nails clipped. He was already nervous because he is an indoor kitty and hasn't been around other animals or many people. When I first got there I was very happy that the lady, an older lady with short grey/ white hair, was very kind and wanted me to hold him while she cut his nails. I left thanking her telling her it was wonderful and I will be back. When I got home and took him out of the carrier there was blood. She cut a nail too short and being in this profession that is absolutely not ok. We don't go get our nails done to have one cut off do we?. I am so upset and this has been an extremely traumatizing experience! He was quiet the entire way home and I thought it was because he was being a good boy;(. I am going to be calling this place once they open Tommorrow and make them aware so this doesn't happen to another kitty. Highly recommend NOT going to this place!

I have worked at Bubbles and Bows for almost three years. It is a beautiful shop with only the pets comfort in mind. We do our best to give everyone peace of mind that when their pet is left with us we care. As a response to the poor review left by John Puccini, I would highly recommend going to the shop directly to find out THE REST OF THE STORY. Very few shops deal with cats directly let alone one that was growling and angry with the potential to cause great injury to us. We were more than happy to try and remedy the situation but obviously were ignored.

Took our older male cat in to be shaved, as we do every year, gets rid of tangles, he's cool, and it all grows back by winter. They called to say he was done, but when my wife arrived to get him, he was not shaved, and they said the fee was $50 fora bath. When she complained that we had brought him for the shaving, they said we have to bring him in again when they were not so busy. Had I been there when she got the cat, there is no way I would have paid for a bath we did not ask for. Too bad for us. They did not even bother to tell us they had not shaved him when they called to say they were done. Needless to say we won't be back, and I would caution anyone to be careful about paying for services they don't want, and accepting your animal back without the service you ask for.These folks are not honest.

My friend and I took her cat in to get his nails cut, all the girls were very friendly and they took care of that cat right away because they had dogs in there and didn't want to stress the cat to much. I recommend to everyone.
