I always have a good experience at IV Bldg.Supply! The employees Care and are quite helpful. Today I bought a plunger and while I was checking them out, a nice employee saw my indecisiveness and offered a helpful opinion and I made my choice, paid and left!Thank-you IV Building, I appreciate you!!

Been living here 3 years and unless you're an in-bred relative you'll be treated with contempt. I haven't been Able to buy Anything at this horrid store. Either they won't budge to help or just pretend your not there. Today I dropped in after seeing something displayed outside I'd been looking for but there was no posted prices. The woman cashier turned her back on me. A little man doing nothing barked that prices are posted on the bin. After I look again he storms out looks at a tiny scrap of paper on the side & says the price must have faded & marches back in the store yelling some more. I go in, let them know what I think of their small town monopoly while the cashier, little man and all their kinfolk glare at me until I walk out with some large farmer & family following me then threatening me.Enter at your own risk. You've been warned.

I love this place. I can pick up Chicks and not get slapped.They can even order Peeking Duck Chicks for me at the end of February.Whatever farm and ranch item I need, they have or can get.They don't hassle me when I buy Ivermectin for my horse.Great people, too.

The people are great very nice and will help you do anything! The products they have are very very low quality and most do not last long !!! As far as screws, bolts and hardware forget it these are very low quality!! The cost of everything is outrageously high just like shop smart they gouge you hard! Save some money and go to grants pass and get high quality better prices and save yourself a headache!

Disorganized, lacking customer assistance, low product knowledge, understaffed, lack of ambition and the only game in town about 60 years. Their stock is good usually, prices not bad. Some things like Milwaukee tools they beat a lot of big box prices.

I called and spoke to Marjorie. I need to do a phone order by credit card so my on site handyman could pick up supplies to repair a waterleak. She was rude from the start, made me feel as though my call was an inconvenience .I was told phone orders by card can only be done if they are pre approved by coming in, filling out a form, showing ID and being put in a file. That does not work when I am four and a half hours away and water is spewing onto the ground.The policy is inconvenient, but if that's how you do business, that is your choice. The rude attitude was completely unacceptable .Thank goodness Cave Junction has a True Value Hardware store that is much more accommodating with pleasant employees!

Great people but I worry they might be very understaffed. It seems like there is always 2-3 people in "EVERY" line throughout the store. The workers are very polite. Higher than average prices. It's a toss up.

I love all the people that work there.But that being said, they never have enough help and are constantly out of regular things.Very frustrating.Especially when it's my animals food for 2 weeks

Employees couldn’t care less. With the 15% up charge over Home Depot combined with the complete lack of restocking, you might as well just drive to grants pass instead of wasting your time and money.

Rented me a stump grinder that was still broke from the time before. And has have me waited for almost 2 weeks now to get it back and still waiting. Also took me 4 trys to get ahold of someone at the desk just for them to tell me they had no idea when there belt is getting in...

More like a 30 minute wait.. place is a joke.. try hiring employees that actually know what they are doing.. I have to help myself around the store because of the incompetent people working there
